  • 본고는 기업정보 포탈 (Enterprise Information Portal : EIP)의 필요성에 대해 일본인 전문가들이 기술한 원고이다. 이글을 통해 일본의 EIP 수준을 알아보고 우리나라의 경우와 비교하여 경쟁력을 가늠해 보고자 한다. 다만 EIP에 대한 개념정리가 주로 다뤄지고 있어 그러한 비교분석만에 초점을 맞춘다는 것이 무리가 있을수 있다. 일본의 시장이나 기술 수준을 평가하기에는 다소 미흡한 점이 있으나 다만 일본에서의 논의되고 있는 수준을 짐작하는데에는 무리가 없을 듯 싶다.

Comparative Study on the Perceptions of Global and Korean HRD Professionals in Workplace Learning and Performance(WLP) Competencies (한국과 글로벌 HRD 전문가의 WLP 역량 인식 비교연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to scrutinize and compare the perceptions of Global and Korean HRD Professionals in Workplace Learning and Performance(WLP) competencies in Korea. To answer these questions, the following research methods were employed. A questionnaire, which was modified and translates from the 2004 ASTD model for WLP, was distributed to 319 HRD consultants working in Seoul and Kyounggi-Do. It was sent out directly and by email. Among returned questionnaires, 205 were valid to be examined. The important findings of the study were as follows. First, the role of business partner ranked highest in the level of importance of WLP roles in Korean and the role of special professional ranked highest in global. For the competencies of WLP, effective communication ranked highest both Korean and global. Based on the findings of this study, the conclusion was as follows. First, the perceptions of WLP roles were different between Korean and global HRD professionals. The reason why it's differences is because the size of market are different. Second, the perceptions of WLP competencies were similar between Korean and global HRD professionals. HRD professionals should need to professionalize the communication skills continuously.

  • The primary purpose of this paper is to identify the cognition of the convergence human resource for firms. For this purpose, Data have been collected from 110 firms in Daejeon city and studied the convergence human resource which recognized by firms on the company competitive power level. The results of this empirical studies are summarized as fellows. We classified in company competitive power as leading chaser, innovators and late chaser. In the talent, leading chasers demanded the total designer, problem solver and insighter, innovators demanded the total designer, problem solver and specialist, and late chasers demanded the traditional humanity. In technology management, all group think important fields. In the demanding forecasting for the market and technologies, leading chasers and innovators demanded the CEO, R&D researcher and a middle manager as the important position. For this education, they demanded the convergence ability of other technologies, the up-to-date abilities of product and technology and the understandings of market needs. In the convergence talent or leader, leader chaser and innovator demanded the specialist who attempted to combine others industries, who know well in technology and management, and the specialist who attempted to combine others technologies. But, late chaser demanded the specialist who attempted to combine others industries.

  • The purpose of this research is to positively analyze the self-efficacy and the impact of self-management on business performance, and to help improve self-efficacy and business performance through self-management of beauty professionals. The analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, and as a result, there was a positive (+) correlation between self-management, self-regulation, and challenge. There was a statistically significant positive (+) effect on business performance, environmental performance, customer performance, and market performance, and self-efficacy had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on job performance, environmental performance, customer performance, and market performance. Was found to appear. Therefore, I hope that it will be an opportunity to contribute to self-efficacy and management performance through qualitative improvement in self-management.

Analysis of Construction Management Market Using System Thinking (시스템 사고를 이용한 건설사업관리 시장 영향요인 분석)

  • The necessity of professional construction management has been increased as a construction project is getting larger, more complex and specialized. Thus, the CM market has steadily expanded since 1996 in Korea. Despite the external expanding of the CM market, experts claim that domestic CM regulations and infrastructures should be revised. Therefore, this paper developed a causal map which consists of elements vitalizing CM market. Then, the simulation model using NUMBER (Normalized Unit Modeling by Elementary Relationships) to predict the size of the CM market is established. As a result, in the case of more regulation related CM, the quantity of CM projects could not reach of construction supervision until 2020. This paper can be used as a baseline providing a prospection of the change of CM market according to causal relation between the improvement as well as the base of revitalization research of CM market based on non-institutional factors change.

  • The method of predicting the future may be predicted by technical characteristics or technical performance. Therefore, technology prediction is used in the field of strategic research that can produce economic and social benefits. In this study, we predicted the future market through the study of how to predict the future with these technical characteristics. The future prediction method was studied through the prediction of the time when the market occupied according to the demand of special product. For forecasting market demand, we proposed the future forecasting model through comparison of representative quantitative analysis methods such as CAGR model, BASS model, Logistic model and Gompertz Growth Curve. This study combines Rogers' theory of innovation diffusion to predict when products will spread to the market. As a result of the research, we developed a methodology to predict when a particular product will mature in the future market through the spread of various factors for the special product to occupy the market. However, there are limitations in reducing errors in expert judgment to predict the market.

Development of Competency Evaluation Model for Public Private Partnership to Establish Strategies for Overseas Expansion (해외진출 전략 수립을 위한 민관합작투자사업의 역량평가모델 개발)

  • With the number of social overhead capital(SOC) projects that introduce private capital on the rise, overseas construction global companies today need to establish and advance their overseas order strategies. In this context, the purpose of this study is to develop the public private partnership(PPP) capacity evaluation model for developing countries and use it for domestic overseas construction companies to establish strategies for overseas expansion. The PPP competency evaluation model analyzes the importance of PPP competency evaluation items and infrastructure environment competency evaluation items through a review of previous studies and an interview survey with overseas construction experts. Through the above analysis results and expert surveys, problems that may occur when overseas construction companies enter the PPP market were derived, and improvement measures were proposed. Countries with a high probability of overseas construction companies entering the PPP market were determined to be those that have a mature PPP system, low risk in construction, and a good entry environment with a high infrastructure market size and growth rate. In addition, a lack of PPP investment experience, the absence of information on the infrastructure environment, and a shortage of PPP experts were identified as problems when entering the overseas construction PPP market. As an improvement measure, it was suggested to enter in cooperation with domestic and foreign companies. In addition, a plan was proposed to develop a curriculum to secure experts in areas such as PPP finance and contracts and to provide PPP information for each country. These findings are expected to contribute to overseas construction companies proposing strategies for entering the overseas construction market and using them for overseas expansion strategies and policy establishment.

  • LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)는 디지털 기기의 주요 구성 요소이며, 모든 크기의 FPD (Flat Panel Display) 시장에서 지배적인 시장점유율을 보인다. 그러나 많은 전문가들은 LCD 산업이 수년 내에 OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diodes), 3차원 디스플레이, 플렉서블 디스플레이와 같은 차세대 디스플레이 기술의 강력한 도전에 직면할 것이라고 예상한다. 이러한 경쟁환경에서 LCD 산업이 살아남기 위한 방안으로 본 연구에서는 LCD 산업의 경쟁력의 원천을 밝혀내고, 이를 극대화하는 전략적 방향을 제시한다. 이를 위해 먼저 LCD 산업구조와 가치사슬을 분석하여 LCD 산업의 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 기본적인 전략적 대안을 개발한다. 이 단계에서 얻어진 통찰력을 바탕으로, 인과지도(causal loop diagram)와 시스템 다이나믹스 (system dynamics) 방법론을 활용하여 기존의 LCD 산업구조에서 판매량, 시장점유율 및 이익 등의 핵심 지표에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 구조적 특징을 규명한다. 또한, 여기서의 다이나믹스 모형을 바탕으로, LCD 제조업자의 관점에서 프로세스 역량을 극대화할 수 있는 전략적 대안을 모색한다.

  • 이 글은 1999년 제49차 CIRP General Assembly에서 Key Note Paper로 발표되었던 논문을 전재한 것이다. CIRP는 생산공학분야의 가장 중요한 국제학술대회 중 하나로, Key Note Session에서는, 각 분야의 대표적 연구자들이 해당 분야의 현황과 추세를 매년 조사한 내용들이 발표된다. 지난해 생산시스템 분야에서 주목해야 할 주제로서 재구성형 생산 시스템(Reconfigurable manufacturing system ; RMS)이 선정되어, 미국, 일본, 유럽의 일곱명의 전문가에 의해 정리된 내용을, Michigan 대학의 Koren 교수가 취합, 편집 및 발표하였다. 원문 요약은 아래와 같다. 21세기 제조업체들은, 글로벌한 경쟁과 예측 불가능하게 급변하는 시장에 효과적으로 대응하여야 할 것이다. 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해서는, 효율적이면서도 시장변화에 조속히 대처 할 수 있는 새로운 생산시스템을 보유하여야 한다. 시장변화에 대한 효율적이며 신속한 대응을 위한 엔지니어링 기술로서 재구성 기술(reconfigurability)이 필요하다. 새로운 생산 방식으로서 재구성형 생산 시스템은, 재구성이 가능한 기계들과 제어 장치, 그리고 그것들을 체계적으로 설계하고 신속하게 초기 가동 관리(ramp-up)하기 위한 방법론으로 이루어진다.

The Factors Affecting Rural Female Marriage Immigrants into the Professional Field (농촌 여성결혼이민자의 전문분야 진입 결정요인)

  • This study focused on the reality that the necessity to professionalize women marriage immigrants is increasing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of rural female marriage immigrants' entry into the specialized field. The factors are categorized into social and institutional factors. Based on the labor market segmentation theory, which finds the imbalance of the labor market in terms of institutional and structural factors, factors affecting rural female marriage immigrants entering managerial or professional occupations were set as social relation factors, cultural adaptation factors, and policy support experience factors. As a result of analysis, they are all found to have a statistically significant effect on rural female marriage immigrants entering managerial or professional occupations. The policy implications are that for rural immigrant women to grow into professionals, social relations and cultural learning capabilities, including language skills, need to be strengthened, as well as continued governmental support.
