This study is to explore the awareness of human rights and human rights education of workers in welfare facilities for the disabled from various aspects by using Creswell's mixed methodology. Although 10 years have passed since the statutory compulsory human rights education in welfare facilities for the disabled was implemented, there is still a limit to containing practical contents that can be applied to the welfare field for the disabled. Based on this reality, this study intends to examine in depth what human rights education is perceived by workers in welfare facilities for the disabled. As a result of the study, in the qualitative analysis, human rights in the field of social welfare practice, the perception of human rights education and human rights instructors, the direction of effective human rights education development, and the creation of a human rights-friendly community were presented as major issues. In the quantitative analysis, a survey was conducted targeting the welfare facilities of the disabled in Seongnam City to understand the general status of human rights education and the specific conditions of human rights education including the educational environment. Based on the results, including the results of qualitative analysis, a development direction for statutory compulsory human rights education for workers in welfare facilities for the disabled was proposed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of Korean child welfare facilities using the DEA analysis method and to present policies. The input variables for the analysis of this data were the number of employees, the number of facilities, and the number of gardens, and the output variables were the current sources. The results of the study are as follows. As a result of CCR analysis, inefficient facilities were found to be temporary protection facilities and comprehensive facilities. As a result of BCC analysis, inefficient facilities were identified as temporary protection facilities. As a result of SE analysis, inefficient facilities were found to be temporary protection facilities. The suggestion is as follows. First, adjustment of the capacity of temporary protection facilities is required. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the professionalism of workers in child welfare facilities. Third, strengthen the expertise of the child welfare facility manager.

The analytical result indicates that their sociological variables including education background, age and marital status, and job satisfaction factors including employment term, job title, compensation, organization, promotion, colleague, job transfer have a significant impact on the quality of their life. This means that their job satisfaction affects the quality of life. In other words, it is necessary to create an environment which can offset their complaints about job environment and conditions and furthermore, generate a sense of pride and a rewarding experience. The study suggests transparent, fair HR system and continuous training and management in consideration of employees' qualification, experience and interest to boost a sense of pride and social recognition and increase the level of job satisfaction as a result. In line with this approach, their dedication to bringing positive changes in local communities is also essential.

Elderly welfare practitioners study on job performance systems and information security management though important information, including personal information, social services for the elderly extent of protection is insufficient. The elder welfare institution engaged in information security of whether the research was conducted to enhance information security capabilities against How does affect the information security acts as a parameter. The empirical research was conducted by latent mean analysis by gender of workers. As a result of the study, there were differences among the groups according to gender in relation to information security awareness, information security capacity enhancement, and information security behavior. There were gender differences in information security behavior. It has been found that the strengthening of information security has an important influence on information security behavior.

This study aims to explore ways to provide a high quality work environment services to social workers to analyze the relevance of relationships and exhaustion of the organizational environment, and the working environment and clients with disabilities living facility workers Gwangju and Jeonnam 252 people were targeting professionals working with people with disabilities living facility located on the main results are as follows. Organizational environment, work environment, organizational environment results by setting the relationship with the client as independent variables conducted a regression analysis to investigate the factors that influence independent of exhaustion (${\beta}$=-.200, p=.001) and Job environment (${\beta}$=-.460, p<.001) was a significant independent explanatory factor was 31.0%. However, relationships with clients (${\beta}$=-.059, p=0.258) were not significant factors in exhaustion. Consequently, practitioners must always have the confidence to actively work with pride and facilities are needed to improve the organizational environment and the working environment.

The aim of this study is to analyze the correlation between the job characteristics, psychological wellbeing, and organizational commitment of workers in social welfare organizations. The subjects were 275 workers of social welfare organizations in Y city, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The analysis were frequency, reliability, correlation, and regression using the SPSS Program. The results of the study, analyzing the effects of job characteristics on organizational commitment showed that authority, harmony, and autonomy had positive effects on organizational commitment. Analyzing the effects of job characteristics on psychological wellbeing showed that authority and harmony had positive effects on psychological wellbeing, but autonomy was not. The organizational commitment to the effects of job characteristics on psychological wellbeing was analyzed as the partial mediated effect. The implications of this study are expected to be utilized as baseline data in developing programs for improving organizational commitment for the psychological wellbeing of social welfare organizations workers.

This study used latent profile analysis to identify heterogeneous subgroups with respect to the perception of work environment among workers in residential facilities for people with disabilities. The final model yielded five latent profiles of the perception of work environment: 'low workload group' who scored low in time pressure and job responsibility, 'discrimination perception group' who scored low in supervisor support and high in sex and academic/regional discriminations, 'positive perception group' who scored high in work autonomy and peer and supervisor supports, 'high workload group' who scored high in workload, time pressure, and job responsibility, and 'average group' who scored average in most areas. In the case of job satisfaction, positive perception group was the highest, followed by average group, low and high workload groups, and discrimination perception group.

This study apply concept mapping to realize of client participation and self-determination in social welfare program for the mental disorders. They are relatively easily marginalized in decision-making process of their program. But realization of client participation and self-determination is directly connected with effect of service. For this reason, we confirmed the applicability of concept mapping in program planning that support client participation. Case of this study is social welfare program of B community psychiatric rehabilitation center located in the A city. This program is community interchange service for the mental disorders. Interchange type is to have a food with the mental disorder and the solitary elderly. We took advantage of the concept mapping to derive the outcomes that are expecting the mental disorders and mental health social workers. Concept mapping was proceeding in six steps; preparation stage ${\rightarrow}$ idea collection stage ${\rightarrow}$ structuralization stage ${\rightarrow}$ analysis stage ${\rightarrow}$ interpretation stage ${\rightarrow}$ application stage. Participants were a total of 25 people including the mental disorders and community psychiatric rehabilitation center employees. The participants produced 42 statements. Sorting results, the mental disorders produced 6 clusters; community psychiatric rehabilitation center employees produced 3 clusters. The mental disorders classified better detail than community psychiatric rehabilitation center employees. Two group were found gap of expected outcomes each other, went narrowed it. They agreed 3 expected outcomes finally. We identified empirically the usefulness of concept mapping to realize self-determination and program participation.

Purpose: This study aims to identify the level of subjective noise perception among School Meal Facility Workers and analyze the relationship between subjective noise perception and insomnia, as well as the factors affecting insomnia. Methods: School meal facility workers were surveyed from November 1 to December 31, 2021, and 717 people were selected as participants for the study. Using SPSS/WIN 25.0, t-test, x² test, and multiple logistic regression analysis were conducted. The Korean Insomnia Severity Index (ISI-K) was used to evaluate insomnia. Results: The variables that showed significant differences in insomnia in general characteristics, health-related characteristics, subjective health perception, and subjective noise perception of the study participants were mental disorders such as subjective health perception, work stress, depression, etc., gastrointestinal disorders, and subjective noise perception, among which subjective health perception, mental disorders such as depression, and subjective noise perception were analyzed as factors influencing insomnia. Conclusion: To improve the quality of insomnia and sleep among school meal facility workers, there is a need to improve healthcare, emotional management, and noisy work environments.

This study compared policies of elderly abuse of long-term care facilities on WHO, Main countries for improvement of Korean policy. So, This study reviewed policies of elderly abuse of long-term care facilities on WHO, Main countries. So, This study reviewed risk factors that may increase the potential for abuse of an older person can be identified at individual level, care-woker levels, socio-cultural levels and facilities levels. The results of the study were as follows: First, The openness of long-term care facilities are emphasized on many countries. There are a need for a policy considerations such as policies of Ombudsman, Adult guardianship for visiting facilities, external monitoring. Second, There was a difference of facilities infrastructure and workers of treatment condition long-term care facilities each other countries. So It is important to improve facilities infrastructure and workers of treatment condition. Third, It is necessary to consider traits of elderly in long-term care facilities. Especially, it is required to manage dementia elderly and elderly on night time in long-term care facilities. Finally, implications and future directions of policies of elderly abuse of long-term care facilities were discussed based on the finding of the study.
