A Study on Factors affecting OTT Users' Intention to continue using Curation Services (OTT 이용자의 큐레이션 서비스 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구)

  • This study aimed to provide implications required to establish a content strategy by examining the influencing factors affecting the acceptance of curation services for 320 OTT users, and the main results are as follows. First, innovativeness was found to have a positive effect on performance expectations. Second, innovativeness was found to have a positive impact on the effort expectation. Third, performance expectation had a positive effect on the intention to use continuously. Fourth, it was shown that the effort expectation had a positive effect on the intention to use continuously. Fifth, social influence was found to have no significant effect on the intention to use continuously. Sixth, it was found that the facilitating conditions did not significantly affect the intention to use continuously. The above results can be assessed as the higher the OTT users perceive the performance and effort expectations of the curation service, the higher their intention to continue using them. This study is meaningful in that it verified the factors affecting the intention to use the OTT curation service and expanded the UTAUT model.

  • This study examined the concept and usage moderated mediating model in structural equation modeling. The theoretical model and hypothesis were developed based on the Location-Based application's Expectancy disconfirmation, Location-Based application's satisfaction, Location-Based application's continuous usage intention, service trust. The statistical results of the two model were compared: one was free model(positive/negative) and the other was the Moderated Mediating Model(positive/negative). A structure equation model analysis was carried out to test the research model. Further studies are necessary to Ssupport the research hypotheses.

우리나라 단기이자들의 피셔효과

  • 이 논문에서는 1991년 1월부터 2000년 12월까지의 납세 후 CD수익률 자료와 소비자물가지수 자료를 사용하여 우리 나라 금융시장에서 단기적 피셔효과가 존재하는지를 검증하고자 시도하였다. Fama(1975)의 방법에 따라 3개월 물가상승률을 CD수익률에 관해 회귀분석한 결과, CD수익률이 미래 물가상승률의 예측치로서 충분한 역할을 하지 못한다는 결과를 얻었다. 단기적 피셔효과를 검증하기 위하여 CD수익률을 기대물가상승률에 관하여 회귀분석하였다. 기대물가상승률은 상수 및 시간추세와 계절성을 반영하는 부분과 확률적 부분으로 구분하고, 확률적 부분이 랜돔워크 모형에 따르는 경우와 AR(1) 모형에 따르는 경우에 대해 기대물가상승률을 구하였다. 랜돔워크모형에 의해 예측하든 AR(1)에 의해 예측하든 기대물가상승률의 회귀계수는 유의한 양(+)의 값이긴 1보다는 훨씬 작은 값으로 추정되었다. 이것은 우리나라의 CD수익률에 단기 피셔효과가 부분적으로만 존재하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 그리고 AR(1)을 사용하여 예측한 기대물가상승률이 랜돔워크모형을 사용한 경우보다 나은 추정결과를 보여주고 있다.

The Relationships of academic self-efficacy, outcome expectation, and department-adaptation of Students Majoring in sports (스포츠 계열 전공 대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 결과기대 및 학과적응의 인과관계)

  • The main purpose of this study is to verify cause-and-effect relationship between the influential level of the academic self-efficacy, the expectation for academic outcome and the adaptation to the department for students majoring in sports. To meet the purpose, the survey was conducted with a random sample 514 students who are a major in sports and analyzed. The gathered data is analyzed through the confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis using SPSS v18.0 and AMOSS v20.0. The result are as follows; The study shows that the academic self-efficacy had a statistically-significant influence on the academic self-efficacy as well as the expectation for academic outcome and had a good influence to students on the adaptation to the department. Moreover, the relationship between the academic self-efficacy and the adaptation to the department shows that even though the academic outcome expectation had indirect effects, it turned out to have a positive influence in statistically. As the conclusion of this study, it is more important to increase the academic outcome expectation to raise the department adaptation for the students who are a major in sports.

Influence of Parental Attachment on Learning Flow: Mediating Effects of Parental Academic Expectation and Optimism in Adolescents (청소년들의 부모애착이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향: 부모의 학업기대와 낙관성의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effects of parental academic expectations and adolescent's optimism in the influence of perceived parental attachment on learning flow. The subjects of this study were 184 middle and high school students in Seoul. The results of this study are as follows. First, academic expectation and optimism showed significant full mediation effects on the relationship between parent attachment and learning flow. Second, there was no statistically significant difference in the difference between the indirect effects of academic expectation and optimism by the bootstrapping method. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the healthy attachment relationship with the parents increases the parent's supportive expectancy, improves the optimism for the youth, and improves the learning commitment for effective learning. Finally, we discussed the role and expectations of parents and adolescents in promoting the learning commitment of adolescents.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among service quality, self-efficacy, achievement need, and satisfaction in internet shopping mall entrepreneurial education. In this research, service quality consists of four factors including curriculum(lecturer expertise, distinction, and diversity of curricula), type(theory-oriented and practice-oriented), and administration(operation, facility and networking). First, this study investigated how service quality affected both self-efficacy and achievement need, second analyzed how both self-efficacy and achievement need influenced the satisfaction in internet shopping mall entrepreneurial education. The data were obtained from a questionnaire handed out to a random sample of 129 individuals that Cafe 24 in progress in the shopping mall entrepreneurial education. With the information obtained, and after the scales validation process, a structural equation analysis has been conducted. The analysis results indicate that service quality affects both self-efficacy and achievement need. According to the analysis, first, expertise, distinction and operation affect self-efficacy, second both expertise and operation affect achievement need. In addition, the results show that self-efficacy and achievement need influenced the satisfaction of entrepreneurial education. Finally, based in the findings of this study, theoretical contribution and managerial implications are discussed.

A Study on Structural Relations between Teacher-Student Interactions, Outcome Expectancy and Academic Engagement in Physical Education Classes (체육수업 상황에서 교사-학생 상호작용과 결과기대 및 학업열의의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to inquire into the structural relations between teacher-student interactions, outcome expectancy, academic engagement which are perceived in a physical education class. To this end, this study selected a total of 442 copies of questionnaires as final valid samples using the convenience sampling method targeting middle school students at 4 schools in metropolitan area. For data processing, this study confirmed the goodness of fit test of the whole model using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0, and then did hypothesis testing; the study results are as follows: First, proximity, one of subfactor of teacher-student interactions, had significant effects on outcome expectancy and academic engagement whereas influence had no significant effects on it. Second, students' outcome expectancy had significant impacts on their academic engagement. Third, outcome expectancy had mediating effects on relations between teacher-student interactions (proximity) and academic engagement.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 현재 중국 각 지역에서 중소기업을 경영하고 있는 중국인 창업가나 기업가를 대상으로 기대이론의 1차 수준을 적용해서 창업에 대한 기대, 창업 그리고 성장의도를 서로 간의 관계를 입증하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서 기대는 창업에 대한 기대로 정의하고 창업 및 성장의도는 창업가의 주도적 생각으로 정의 되었다. 연구결과에 따르면 제시된 가설은 모두 채택되었다. 즉 기업가의 창업에 대한 기대는 창업 그리고 성장의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 창업은 성장의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 창업의 매개역할 확인하려고 실시한 매개회귀분석 결과는 창업이 부분 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

Shared Value Expectation on Lifelong Education (평생교육에 대한 공유기대가치 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the components of users' shared value expectation(SVE) on lifelong education through convergent approaches. After reviewing primary data and collecting secondary data with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, the components of users' SVE on lifelong education were categorized into 10 perspectives, 27 measured variables, and 81 questions. After conducting a confirmatory factor analysis, the latent measurement model was confirmed as reasonable. Internal reliability, construct convergent discriminant validity were also confirmed as reasonable. In a viewpoint that builds interdisciplinary theory, this research may help grasp users' SVE on lifelong education with interdisciplinary approaches. In a strategic viewpoint, this study may contribute to both understanding categorized users' value expectation and planning/executing suitable programs that can meet the expectations. In a managerial viewpoint, this result may help measure the effectiveness of SVE on lifelong education quantitatively.

The Mediating Effect of Outcome Expectation on the Relationship between the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and the Career Planning of Career Interrupted Women (경력단절 여성의 진로결정 자기효능감과 경력계획의 관계에서 결과기대의 매개효과)

  • The present study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of outcome expectation on the relationship between the career decision-making self-efficacy and the career planning of career interrupted women. Survey data were collected from 270 career interrupted women. To examine the mediating effect, the hierarchical regression analysis had been done according to the procedure suggested by Baron and Kenny(1986). The results of data analysis were summarized as follow: First, the career decision-making self-efficacy, the outcome expectation, and the career planning scores from the career interrupted women showed positive correlations. Second, the result of the hierarchical regression analysis showed that the outcome expectation partially mediated the relationship between the career decision-making self-efficacy and the career planning of career interrupted women. The current results imply that the level of outcome expectation is important for the career counseling for career interrupted women in practice and future research.
