The importance of person-environment fit has been highlighted for human resources management in convergence environment. This paper was validated through a structural relationships model, the impact of person-environment fit on innovative work behavior by focusing on mediating role of positive psychological capital. Person-environment fit showed a significant effect on positive psychological capital and turnover intentions. Innovative work behavior appeared to have a mediating effect on the relationship between person-environment fit and innovative work behavior. Especially the person-environment fit itself has no direct effect on innovative work behavior, and when the awareness of the positive psychological capital is firstly formed into a person, it can increase innovative work behavior.

Despite decades of work experience, workers at small- and medium-sized enterprises(SME) here have yet to make inroads into the self-employed sector that utilizes the job competency they have accumulated at work after retirement. Unlike large companies, SME do not have a proper system for improving the long-term job competency of their employees as they focus on their immediate performance. It is necessary to analyse the independent variables affecting the job competency of employees of SME to derive practical implications for the personnel of SME. In the preceding studies, there are independent variable analyses that affect job competency in specialized industries, such as health care, public officials and IT, but the analysis of workers at SME is insufficient. This study set the person-job fit and organizational justice based on the prior studies of the independent variables that affect the job competency of SME general workers as a dependent variable. The sub-variables of each variable derived knowledge, skills, experience, and desire for person-job fit, and distribution, procedural and deployment justice for organizational justice, respectively. The survey of employees of SME in Korea was conducted from February to March 2019 by Likert 5 scales, and the survey was retrieved from 323 people and analyzed in a demonstration using the SPSS and AMOS statistics package. Among the four sub-independent variables of person-job fit, knowledge, skills and experience were shown to have a significant impact on the job competency, and desire was not shown to be so. Among the three sub-independent variables of organizational justice, deployment justice has a significant impact on job competency, but distribution and procedural justices have not. Personnel managers of SME need to improve the job competency of their employees by appropriately utilizing independent variables such as knowledge, skills, experience and deployment at each stage, including recruitment, deployment, and promotion. Future job competency modeling studies are needed to overcome the limitations of this study, which fails to objectively measure job competency.

The factor analysis showed that the job embeddedness of the dental hygienists was composed of three elements, namely 'organization fit', 'job connectivity', and 'personnel relationships'. The validity of the model examined by a confirmatory factor analysis satisfied most of the relevant requirements. All of the factors had the conceptual reliability and variant extracted index above the minimum requirements, ensuring reliability and concentrated validity. The Cronbach's alpha shows a good reliability. In conclusion, it was proven that dental hygienist's job embeddedness measurement tool has high validity and reliability. Further, this study could be used to improve dental hygienist's long term working, and the growth stage of dental clinic.
This study was conducted to present comprehensive professionalism measurement tools suitable for hospital administration staffs. The study used measurement tools related to the psychological and behavioral characteristics of individuals used in prior studies for administration staffs at general hospitals and hospitals. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and internal relevance. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that composed of 5 factors, and that the total reliability was 94.4%, which was very reasonable as a comprehensive professionalism measurement tool. Therefore, each component was defined as Confidence of Job performance, Salary Adequacy, Pride in Duties, Ability to achieve work goals, and Work Autonomy in order to provide a clear meaning. Professionalism from a modern perspective is a broader concept than traditional professionalism, including the subjective perceptions of job values and individuals' their abilities. Many companies have made a lot of efforts to keep these core personnel, job embeddedness and work satisfaction are important factors which make effects on workers turnover. Prior research applying for many different industries do not show the consistent research results. There is no empirical research applying for construction IT industry which information technology has been playing more important role because of u-city etc. Therefore, in this research job embeddedness and work satisfaction are to be measured and the relationship with turnover intentions are to be investigated focusing on small and medium construction IT workers. The sub-constructs of job embeddedness are fit, links and sacrifice, and the sub-constructs of work satisfaction are career satisfaction and job satisfaction. It is empirically tested how these factors can have effects on the turnover intentions. Field surveys targeted to construction IT workers were done and finally 177 survey questionnaires were used to analyze. Research results show that if the sacrifice, career satisfaction and job satisfaction of small and medium construction IT workers are higher, turnover intentions will be lower. On the other hand, 2 hypotheses are rejected that if the fit and links of these workers are higher, turnover intentions will be lower. Radiological Technologists deals with the life of a person which means professional competency is essential for the job. Nevertheless, there have been no studies in Korea that identified the job competence of radiologists. In order to define the core job competencies of Korean radiologists and to present the factor models, 147 questionnaires on job competency of radiology were analyzed using 'PASW Statistics Version 18.0' and 'AMOS Version 18.0'. The valid model consisted of five core job competencies ('Patient management', 'Health and safety', 'Operation of equipment', 'Procedures and management') and 17 sub - competencies. As a result of the factor analysis, the RMSEA value was 0.1 and the CFI, and TLI values were close to 0.9 in the measurement model of the five core job competencies. The validity analysis showed that the mean variance extraction was 0.5 or more and the conceptual reliability value was 0.7 or more, And there was a high correlation between subordinate competencies included in each subordinate competencies. The results of this study are expected to provide specific information necessary for the training and management of human resources centered on competence by clearly showing the job competence required for radiologists in Korea's health environment.
The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of employees' career development in the hotel industry on person-job fit and job satisfaction. Based on total 353 employees obtained from empirical research, this study reviews the reliability and fitness of the research model and verifies a total of 3 hypotheses using the AMOS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model test are also analyzed using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi}^2$=563.417(p<0.001), df=236, CMIN/DF=2.387, RMR=.070, GFI=.881, AGFI=.848, NFI=.921, CFI=.952, RMSEA=.065. The SEM results show that employees' career management (${\beta}$=.138), career plan ${\beta}$=.284), and career identity (${\beta}$=.437) among employees' career development plans have significant positive effects on person-job fit. Also, employees' career management (${\beta}$=.238) and employees' person-job fit (${\beta}$=.637) have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
This study was conducted to identify the effects of perception of job characteristics, personal-organizational fit and emotional labor on the turnover intention. 228 nurses working in across 11 hospitals in U city participated in this study. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics t-test, one way, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Hierachial Regression analysis. The factors affecting the turnover intention of the subject are the marriage (β=-.106, p=.044), personal-organizational fit (β=-.441, p=.001), emotional labor (β=.318, p<.001) and the three variables could be sufficiently explained by 47.7%. therefore, it is necessary to create an environment where nurses can adapt to their organizations, and to find a way to reduce their emotional labor to decrease nurses's turnover intention.
