Wind Turbines of big scale of modem stage are made of a part glass F.R.P. Carbon Reinforced Plastic and Kevlar can be used 0 reinforcement but those are not economical in big scale of Wind Turbines. In this study life sized 10kW-class Rotor Blade is made of F.R.P. which is high stiffness and good dynamic behavior characteristic for light weight. It is accomplished an experimental research of Bending analysis blade. Bending analysis blade are calculated with F.E. Analysis performed with commercial F.E.M program ANSYS. Finally, experimental research is compared with F.E. Analysis. The results indicate that experimental values have good agreements with the F.E. Analysis.

We show that the following statements are equivalent; (i) $X_f{\subseteq}{\cup}_{\alpha{\in}S}X_{g\alpha}$ only if $X_f{\subseteq}X_{g\alpha}$ for some $\alpha{\in}S$, (ii) $V(f){\subseteq}{\cup}_{\alpha{\in}S}V(g_{\alpha})$ only if $V(f){\subseteq}V(g_{\alpha})$ for some $\alpha{\in}S$, (iii) $V(f){\subseteq}{\cup}^n_{i=1}V(g_i)$ only if $V(f){\subseteq}V(g_i)$ for some i, (iv) Spec(R) is linearly ordered under inclusion.

We define and study a concept of $T^f$-space for a map, which is a generalized one of a T-space, in terms of the Gottlieb set for a map. We show that X is a $T_f$-space if and only if $G({\Sigma}B;A,f,X)=[{\Sigma}B,X]$ for any space B. For a principal fibration $E_k{\rightarrow}X$ induced by $k:X{\rightarrow}X^{\prime}$ from ${\epsilon}:PX^{\prime}{\rightarrow}X^{\prime}$, we obtain a sufficient condition to having a lifting $T^{\bar{f}}$-structure on $E_k$ of a $T^f$-structure on X. Also, we define and study a concept of co-$T^g$-space for a map, which is a dual one of $T^f$-space for a map. We obtain a dual result for a principal cofibration $i_r:X{\rightarrow}C_r$ induced by $r:X^{\prime}{\rightarrow}X$ from ${\iota}:X^{\prime}{\rightarrow}cX^{\prime}$.

In this paper we prove the stability of functional inequalities ${\mid}f(ux+vy,uy-vx,zw)-f(x,y,z)f(u,v,w){\mid}{\leq}{\phi}(u,v,w)$ or ${\phi}(x,y,z)$, ${\mid}f(ux-vy,uy-vx,zw)-f(x,y,z)f(u,v,w){\mid}{\leq}{\phi}(u,v,w)$ or ${\phi}(x,y,z)$ for all $x,y,z,u,v,w{\in}{\mathbb{R}}$. Furthermore, we give refined descriptions of bounded functions satisfying the inequalities as in Albert and Baker [1].

In this paper, we investigate the Cauchy-Rassias stability in Banach spaces and also the Cauchy-Rassias stability using the alternative fixed point for the functional equation: $$f(\frac{sx+ty}{2}+rz)+f(\frac{sx+ty}{2}-rz)+f(\frac{sx-ty}{2}+rz)+f(\frac{sx-ty}{2}-rz)=s^2f(x)+t^2f(y)+4r^2f(z)$$ for any fixed nonzero integers s, t, r with $r\;{\neq}\;{\pm}1$.

Oryeong-san (ORS) is a traditional Korean herbal medicine widely used for renal associated diseases, composed of five medicine herbs; Atractylodes japonica Koidzumi, Cinnamomum cassia Presl, Polyporus umbellatus Fries, Poria cocos Wolf and Alisma orientale Juzepzuk. We studied to improve the convenience of intake and portability by developing modernized dosage forms, and examined the effect on anti-inflammation of ORS. In order to develop the tablet formulation of ORS (ORS-F), the tablets were evaluated on the basis of physical characteristics include diameter, thickness, weight variation, hardness, friability and disintegration. To analyze the marker components of ORS-F, eight index markers from five herbal medicines were chosen. And the method using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with diode-array detector method was established for the simultaneous analysis. The biological activities were examined the effect of ORS-F on pro-inflammation mediated by LPS-stimulation. The production of nitric oxide (NO) and cytokines were determined by reacting cultured medium with griess reagent and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and inducible NO synthase (iNOS) were investigated by Western blot and RT-PCR. The anti-oxidant activities of OJS-F increased markedly, in a dose-dependent manner. and, The total phenolic compound and flavonoids contents of OJS-F were 10.20±0.09 ㎍/㎎ and 12.86±0.86 ㎍/㎎. OJS-F which is LPS has diminished in the LPS-induced release of inflammatory mediators (NO, iNOS, COX2 and PGE2) and pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β) from the RAW264.7 macrophages. Therefore, the developed formulation for tablet of ORS-F provide efficiency and usability, and indicated effect of anti-inflammation.

An experimental investigation was conducted to examine the behavior of high strength R/C columns subjected to reversed cyclic and axial loads and to find the relationship between amounts of lateral reinforcement and axial loads ratios. The test parameters of column specimens were the compressive strength of concrete($f`_c$=250, 320, 460, $517kg/\textrm{cm}^2), $ the yield strength of longitudinal steel($f_y$=3700, $5254kg/\textrm{cm}^2), $ axial load ratio(0.3, 0.5, 0.6$f`_cA_g$). The results indicated that axial load can significantly affect and alter the behavior of HS R/C column under inelastic cyclic loadings. Also we found that the relationship between amounts of lateral reinforcement and axial load ratios was $\rho$ =(0.37η+0.15)f`/f.

Based on a n-regular polygon $P_n$, we show that $r_n = 1/(2 \sum^{[(n-4)/4]+1}_{j=0}{cos 2j\pi/n)}$ is the ratio of contractions $f_i(1 \leq i \leq n)$ at each vertex of $P_n$ yielding a symmetric gasket $G_n$ associated with the just-touching I.F.S. $g_n = {f_i $\mid$ 1 \leq i \leq n}$. Moreover we see that for any odd n, the ratio $r_n$ is still valid for just-touching I.F.S $H_n = {f_i \circ R $\mid$ 1 \leq i \leq n}$ yielding another symmetric gasket $H_n$ where R is the $\pi/n$-rotation with respect to the center of $P_n$.

We show that the \lambda$-potential $G_Kf$ of f is a weak solution of $(\lambda I - \frac{1}{2} \tilde{\Xi}_{0,2}(\kappa))_u = f$.

We define new generalized factorials in several variables over an arbitrary subset ${\underline{S}}{\subseteq}R^n$, where R is a Dedekind domain and n is a positive integer. We then study the properties of the fixed divisor $d(\underline{S},f)$ of a multivariate polynomial $f{\in}R[x_1,x_2,{\ldots},x_n]$. We generalize the results of Polya, Bhargava, Gunji & McQuillan and strengthen that of Evrard, all of which relate the fixed divisor to generalized factorials of ${\underline{S}}$. We also express $d(\underline{S},f)$ in terms of the images $f({\underline{a}})$ of finitely many elements ${\underline{a}}{\in}R^n$, generalizing a result of Hensel, and in terms of the coefficients of f under explicit bases.
