The tree products of groups with amalgamation subgroups are generalizations of the free products of groups with amalgamation subgroup. The aim of this paper is to construct a tree called the standard tree where the tree products of groups with amalgamation subgroups act without inversions and then find the quotient of this action. Furthermore, we show that if the amalgamation subgroups are finite and the factor groups act on disjoint trees then there exists a tree called the fiber tree where the tree products of groups with amalgamation subgroups act without inversions and find the quotients of this action. If each factor is a tree products with amalgamation subgroups, we get a new fiber tree and the corresponding factors.

In this note, we shall show that the generalized free products of subgroup separable groups amalgamating a subgroup which itself is a finite extension of a finitely generated normal subgroup of both the factor groups are weakly potent and cyclic subgroup separable. Then we apply our result to generalized free products of finite extensions of finitely generated torsion-free nilpotent groups. Finally, we shall show that their tree products are cyclic subgroup separable.

Grossman [7] showed that certain cyclically pinched 1-relator groups have residually finite outer automorphism groups. In this paper we prove that tree products of finitely generated free groups amalgamating maximal cyclic subgroups have residually finite outer automorphism groups. We also prove that polygonal products of finitely generated central subgroup separable groups amalgamating trivial intersecting central subgroups have residually finite outer automorphism groups.

Let G = E${\ast}_{A}F$, where A is a finitely generated abelian subgroup. We prove a criterion for G to be {A}-double coset separable. Applying this result, we show that polygonal products of central subgroup separable groups, amalgamating trivial intersecting central subgroups, are double coset separable relative to certain central subgroups of their vertex groups. Finally we show that such polygonal products are conjugacy separable. It follows that polygonal products of polycyclic-by-finite groups, amalgamating trivial intersecting central subgroups, are conjugacy separable.

In this paper, we show that tree products of certain subgroup separable groups amalgamating normal subgroups are cyclic subgroup separable. We then extend this result to certain graph product of certain subgroup separable groups amalgamating normal subgroups, that is we show that if the graph has exactly one cycle and the cycle is of length at least four, then the graph product is cyclic subgroup separable.

We give a characterization for fundamental groups of graphs of groups amalgamating cyclic edge subgroups to be cyclic subgroup separable if each pair of edge subgroups has a non-trivial intersection. We show that fundamental groups of graphs of abelian groups amalgamating cyclic edge subgroups are cyclic subgroup separable, hence residually finite, if each edge subgroup is isolated in its containing vertex group.

A new tree-structured neural network classifier is proposed for the automatic real-time inspection of cold-rolled steel strip surface defects. The defects are classified into 3 groups such as area type, disk type, area & line type in the first stage of the tree-structured neural network. The defects are classified in more detail into 11 major defect types which are considered as serious defects in the second stage of neural network. The tree-structured neural network classifier consists of 4 different neural networks and optimum features are selected for each neural network classifier by using SFFS algorithm and correlation test. The developed classifier demonstrates very plausible result which is compatible with commercial products having high world-wide market shares.

Jujube trees infected with phytoplasma exhibit symptoms of typical witches' broom, such as yellowing, abnormally small leaves, short internodes and proliferation of shoots. A 1.2 kb fragment of the 16S rDNA from jujube phytoplasma was generated by R16F2n/R16R2 primer pair from earlier amplified P1/P7 PCR products of cloned jujube witches' broom phytoplasmas. Enzymatic restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) and sequence analysis of 16S rDNA revealed that the jujube tree was infected with 16S rDNA I and V groups of phytoplasmas. Extensive comparative analyses of restriction enzyme profiles from Alu I, Hha I, Msp I, and Rsa I clearly classified the two into different phytoplasma groups. The phylogenie analyses based on 16S rDNA showed that the similarity of the two different clones was 87.5%. This is the first report of a mixed phytoplasmal infection in a single jujube tree.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to explore and diagnose the characteristics and behavioural patterns of rural tourists after COVID-19 using decision tree analysis to classify and identify key segmentation groups. Design/methodology/approach - The CHAID algorithm was used as the analysis technique for the decision tree. The explanatory variables used in the analysis of each decision tree model were demographic variables and rural tourism usage behaviour and perception variables, and the target variables were the preferences of rural tourists' activities after COVID-19. From the Rural Tourism 2020 survey data, 614 samples with rural tourism experience were extracted and used in the analysis. Findings - The variables that significantly explained the preference for each type of rural tourism activity after COVID-19 were rural tourism safety perception, repeated visits to the region, rural tourism priority activity, rural tourism accommodation experience, gender, age group, marital status, occupation, and education level. Among them, rural tourism safety perception was the most important explanatory variable in each analysis model. Research implications or Originality - Overall, to promote rural tourism, it is necessary to enhance the safety image of rural tourism, strengthen loyalty programs for repeat visitors, and develop customized products that reflect the preferred trends of rural tourism.

There is a heavy stocked wood volume in the forest of Kang-Won Province compared with the other forests of Korean Provinces. It mainly, however, consists of non-productive and inferior hardwoods and shrubs which grows naturally. -This naturally grown hardwood forest should be cut and reforested with more economical confierous and diciduous tree species by artificial and natural regeneration under the positive government support. This study was carried out to survey the reasonable and economical utilization measures on harvesting wood products when existing hardwood forest should be cut primarily. This is the rust report on the resources and the classification of tree species by the uses of wood growing in the hardwood forest of Kang-Won Province. According to the investigation, 321 hardwood species are growing in this forest, and 141 species of them are extremely not suitable for wood production. The usable species as fuel wood was 180, and these are able to classify into the 22 groups by the uses of wood.
