The object of the present paper is to study generalized pseudo-projectively symmetric manifolds and Einstein generalized pseudo-projectively symmetric manifolds. Finally, the existence of generalized pseudo-projectively symmetric manifolds have been proved by two non-trivial examples.

In this paper, we characterize amphicheiral 2-bridge knots with symmetric union presentations and show that there exist infinitely many amphicheiral 2-bridge knots with symmetric union presentations with two twist regions. We also show that there are no amphicheiral 3-stranded pretzel knots with symmetric union presentations.

Symmetric interpolating refinable function vectors with compact support are of interest in several applications such as signal processing, image processing and computer graphics. It is known in [13] that orthogonal interpolating refinable function vectors can not be symmetric for multiplicity r = 2 and dilation d = 2. In this paper, we shall investigate symmetric interpolating refinable function vectors with compact support for multiplicity r = 2 and dilation d = 2 by omitting orthogonality. To illustrate our theorems and results in this paper, we shall also present some examples of symmetric interpolating refinable function vectors with compact support and high order of sum rules.

We study some properties of a semi-Riemannian submanifold of a semi-Riemannian manifold with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection. Then, we prove that the Ricci tensor of a semi-Riemannian submanifold of a semi-Riemannian space form admitting a semi-symmetric non-metric connection is symmetric but is not parallel. Last, we give the conditions under which a totally umbilical semi-Riemannian submanifold with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection is projectively flat.

An operator $T{{\in}}{\mathcal{L}}({\mathcal{H}})$ is said to be skew complex symmetric if there exists a conjugation C on ${\mathcal{H}}$ such that $T=-CT^*C$. In this paper, we study properties of skew complex symmetric operators including spectral connections, Fredholmness, and subspace-hypercyclicity between skew complex symmetric operators and their adjoints. Moreover, we consider Weyl type theorems and Browder type theorems for skew complex symmetric operators.

The object of the present paper is to study conformally at almost pseudo Ricci symmetric manifolds. The existence of a conformally at almost pseudo Ricci symmetric manifold with non-zero and non-constant scalar curvature is shown by a non-trivial example. We also show the existence of an n-dimensional non-conformally at almost pseudo Ricci symmetric manifold with vanishing scalar curvature.

We define a new connection on semi-Riemannian manifolds, which is called a symmetric connection of type (${\ell}$, m). Semi-symmetric connection and quarter-symmetric connection are two examples of this connection such that $({\ell},m)=(1,0)$ and $({\ell},m)=(0,1)$ respectively. In this paper, we study lightlike hypersurfaces of an indefinite Kaehler manifold endowed with a symmetric metric connection of type (${\ell}$, m).

We define a new connection on semi-Riemannian manifold, which is called a non-metric ${\phi}$-symmetric connection. Semi-symmetric non-metric connection and quarter-symmetric non-metric connection are two impotent examples of this connection. The purpose of this paper is to study the geometry of lightlike hypersurfaces of an indefinite Kaehler manifold with a non-metric ${\phi}$-symmetric connection.

We define a skew-symmetric Laplace distribution by a symmetric Laplace distribution and evaluate its coefficient of skewness. And we derive an approximate maximum likelihood estimator(AME) and a moment estimator(MME) of a skewed parameter in a skew-symmetric Laplace distribution, and hence compare simulated mean squared errors of those estimators. We compare asymptotic mean squared errors of two defined estimators of reliability in two independent skew-symmetric distributions.
