  • 소프트웨어 프로세스를 개선하여 소프트웨어의 품질 및 생산성을 높이고 조직의 업무를 효과적으로 달성할 수 있는 체계적인 프로세스를 수립하고 지속적으로 프로세스를 개선함으로서 프로세스의 수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 접근 방법이 많이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 및 심사 모델로서 ISO에서 표준으로 제정중인 ISO 15504(SPICE)와 2000년 발표된 CMM(SEI)의 CMMI 모델에 관하여 비교 연구하고 사례연구로 형상관리 프로세스에 대하여 그 활동을 비교 분석한다.

  • SPICE 모델은 조직의 프로젝트 수행 프로세스들에 대하여 능력 수준을 결정하여 각 프로세스의 개선을 위한 활동을 제안하여 최종적으로는 제품에 이르기까지 품질을 향상시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문은 한국의 19개의 피심사 조직의 189개의 프로세스에 대한 실제 심사 데이터를 통하여 심사 수준과 프로세스별 상관관계를 분석하여 특정 프로세스간의 능력수준의 변화가 타 프로세스에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구한다.

  • The parameter through the motor designing program is used to predict motor response and design the motor drive circuits. The application programs such as "Saber" are often used for these. However, making the electrical model of motor for these simulation tool is uncomfortable and impossible for general users. Therefore, in this paper, we develop the "Spice" library generation program with the motor designing program "Motor Expert".   • Characteristics of an active pixel switch readout circuit were studied by SPICE simulation. A simple readout circuit consists of an operation amplifier, a diode, and a down-counter was suggested, and its successful operation was verified by showing that the differences in the detected signal intensity are accordingly converted to modulation of the voltage pulses generated by the comparator. A scheme to use these pulses to generate the original image was also put forward.

  • 본 논문에서는 국제표준화기구(ISO)에서 1999년을 목표로 표준화하고 있는 SPICE(Software Process Improvement & Capability dEternimation) 심사 모형을 사용하여 프로세스 속성의 위험 분석 방법을 제시하고 있다. 위험 분석에 사용된 자료는 통신관련 소프트웨어를 개발하는 조직의 공학 범주에서 4개 프로세스를 선정하여 실제로 심사한 결과이다. 또한 위험 분석에서 민감도 분석이 어떻게 활용될 수 있는 지를 설명한다. 마지막으로 위험분석과 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 방향 설정과의 관계를 설명한다.

열전 냉각기를 포함하는 볼로미터 패키지의 SPICE 등가 모델링 (SPICE-Compatible Modeling of a Microbolometer Package Including Thermoelectric Cooler)

  • For a successful commercialization of microbolometer, it is required to develop a robust package including thermal stabilizing mechanism. In order to regulate the temperature within some operating range, thermoelectric cooler is generally used but it's not easy to model the whole package due to the coupled physics nature of thermoelectric cooler. In this paper, SPICE-compatible modeling methodology of a microbolometer package is presented, whose steady-state results matched well with FEM results at the maximum difference of 5.95%. Although the time constant difference was considerable as 15.7%, it can be offset by the quite short simulation time compared to FEM simulation. The developed model was also proven to be useful for designing the thermal stabilizer through parametric and transient analyses under the various working conditions.

  • An algorithm for extracting SPICE MOS level 2 model parameters for the high voltage MOSFET DC model is proposed. The optimization method for analyzing the nonlinear data of the current-voltage curve using the Gauss-Newton algorithm is proposed and the pre-process step for calculating the threshold voltage and the mobility is proposed. The drain current obtained from the proposed method shows the maximum relative error of 5.6% compared with the drain current of 2-dimensional device simulation for the high voltage MOSFET.

지역정보화 사업의 소프트웨어 프로세스 평가에 관한 연구

  • This study is to answer the following three questions: (1) What is SPICE? (2) Is it flexible enough to be applied to the small projects such as the ones owned by local companies and government agencies. The standards and models which comprise SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination) or IS0/IEC 15504 were thoroughly reviewed first Based on the standards, we developed a methodology for the assessment of software processes was developed. Then the methodology is applied for the assessment for three projects in Kwangju area. For this experiment, a university, a district office, and a IT company were selected. Both the development application of the methodology was considered to be successful. As we go through the assessment, we can be convinced that the foundation of the SPICE is very sound. As we stick to the principles of SPICE, the assessment methodology that we developed worked well. The study suggests several implications for the policy making.

SPICE를 이용한 MOSFET의 병렬운전 특성해석 및 설계 (Design and Analysis for Parallel Operation of Power MOSFETs Using SPICE)

  • To apply the Power MOSFET to the high powerd circuits, the parallel operation of the Power MOSFET must be considered because of their low power rating. This means, in practical applications, design methods for the parallel operations are required. However, it is very difficult to investigate the problem of parallel operations by directly changing the internal parameters of the MOSFET. Thus, in this paper, the effects of internal parameters for the parallel operation are investigated using SPICE program which is often used and known that the program is very reliable. The investigation results show that while the gate resistance and gate capacitances are the parameters which affect to the dynamic switching operations, the drain and source resistances are the parameters which affect to the steady-state current unbalances. Through this investigation, the design methods for the parallel operation of the MOSFET are suggested, which, in turn, contributes to the practical use of Power MOSFETs.

유기박막 트랜지스터에서 문턱전압 이동의 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 (Modeling and Simulation of Threshold Voltage Shift in Organic Thin-film Transistors)

  • In this paper the author proposes a method of implementing a numerical model for threshold voltage ($V_{th}$) shift in organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) into SPICE tools. $V_{th}$ shift is first numerically modeled by dividing the shift into sequentially ordered groups. The model is then used to derive a simulations model which takes into simulation parameters and calculation complexity. Finally, the numerical and simulation models are implemented in AIM-SPICE. The SPICE simulation results agree well with the $V_{th}$ shift obtained from an OTFT fabricated without any optimization. The proposed method is also used to implement the stretched-exponential time dependent $V_{th}$ shift in AIM-SPICE and the results show the proposed method is applicable to various types of $V_{th}$ shifts.
