매우 버스티한 특성을 갖는 데이터 트래픽을 지원하는 ABR (Available Bit Rate) 서비스 클래스는 피드백을 이용하여 트래픽을 제어한다. 이에 관한 연구는 점-대-점 연결에 적용하기 위한 것으로 시작되어 최근에는 멀티캐스트 서비스를 요구하는 트래픽 전송이 증가함에 따라 점-대-다중점에 적용하는 연구로 확장되고 있다. 그런데 피드백에 의하여 트래픽을 제어하는 경우 전파지연이 클수록 제어의 효율성이 떨어지게 된다. 특히 멀티캐스트의 경우에는 원거리 수신원은 근거리 수신원에 비하여 피드백의 적시성이 더 떨어져 경로 상황 및 수신원 능력이 동일함에도 불구하고 더 낮은 서비스를 받는 불공정성이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 멀티캐스트의 경우에는 전파지연으로 인한 피드백 부적시성을 수정하는 것이 더 중요하다. 본 논문은 EPRCA (Enhanced Proportional Rate Control Algorithm)에 의하여 ABR 멀티캐스트 트래픽을 제어하는 스위치들이 자신의 능력이 허용하는 경우 동적인 셀 스케줄링을 이용하여 하단의 폭주에 일시적으로 반응하는 방식을 제안함으로써 원거리 수신원에 대한 제어를 효율적으로 해 줄 수 있는 스위치 동작에 대하여 살펴보았다. 제안한 스위치는 VC (Vitrual Circuit)마다 피드백되는 역방향 RM (Resource Management) 셀에 의하여 동적인 셀 스케줄링을 하므로VC마다 버퍼를 두는 구현상의 복잡성이 있으며, 버퍼 점유율이 높아지는 오버헤드가 있다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 스위치 동작을 멀티캐스트 연결에 적용하여 본 결과원거리와 근거리 모든 수신원에서의 셀 손실율이 낮아질 뿐 아니라 두 수신원간의 셀 손실율의 차를 감소시킬 수 있음을 볼 수 있었다.

MPLS(Multiprotocol Label Switching) 망에서 LSP(Lable Switched Path)의 수와 레이블 수를 줄이는 것은 망의 자원 관리 측면에서 매우 중요하며, MTP(Multipoint-to-Point) LSP는 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있다. 트래픽 엔지니어링을 고려할 때, MTP LSP는 트래픽 부하의 균형을 통한 망의 가용성과 링크 사용율을 높이는 경로를 선택하여야 한다. 또한 링크 단절시의 재 경로 설정이 요구되므로 빠른 경로 결정 방법이 요구된다. 본 논문은 Diffserv를 지원하는 MPLS 망에서, Diffserv의 PHB(Per Hop Behavior)와 다중경로 MTP LSP간의 매핑을 통한 트래픽 엔지니어링을 제안한다. 제안하는 트래픽 엔지니어링은 서비스 특성에 따라 계층적인 MTP LSP의 다중 경로를 결정한다. Monte-Carlo 방법을 사용한 빠른 트래픽 부하 균형 해를 구함으로써, 망 형태 정보가 빈번히 변하는 대규모 망에서 신속한 재 경로 결정을 할 수 있다. 제안하는 MTP LSP의 경로 결정 방법은 알고리즘의 수행 정도에 따라 최적의 경로 결정에 접근한다. 경로 결정의 시간 복잡도는 O(Cn²logn)으로 기존의 다중 경로 결정 방법과 동일한 시간 복잡도를 가지며, 선형 프로그래밍 접근보다 빠른 수행 시간을 갖는다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안하는 알고리즘은 망의 형태정보와 요구하는 트래픽 부하 균형에 따라 효과적으로 제어될 수 있음을 보이며, 또한 제안하는 트래픽 엔지니어링의 호 차단율과 대역폭 차단율을 비교함으로써 망의 가용성이 기존의 다중경로 설정보다 높음을 보인다.

남도지역주민 내 대학생을 대상으로 남도음식에 대한 인식을 기술분석을 통해 고찰하고, 인식과 관계의질 간의 관계를 파악하였다. 나타난 기술분석과 실증분석을 통해 지역전통음식에 대한 이해와 한식으로서 지역전통음식이 관광자원으로서 음식관광을 활성화를 하는데 기초적 자료로 제공하고자 하였다. 선행연구결과에 대하여 직간접적으로 지지하고 있다. 따라서 지역음식의 특성을 알고 있음으로 표현 할 수 있는 인지는 지역음식에 대한 지속적 관계 및 유지 등으로 표현이 됨으로 관계의 질로서 표현되는 신뢰, 몰입, 만족은 지속적 관계, 유지, 관심으로 표현할 수 있다. 지역음식으로 음식관광을 성장 및 발전을 유도하기 위해선 지역 음식에 대한 의미와 스토리텔링이 부여가 된다면 지역전통음식의 이미지 구축에 많은 도움이 될 것이다. 지역전통 음식에 대하여 인식이 호의적이거나 비호의적인 태도로서 관련된 반응으로 파악한다면 이후 지역음식에 대한 적극적인 관심, 자부심 등 지역민으로서 지역음식에 대하여 의미와 지속적인 관심과 식음료행동에 관련이 있을 것은 물론 지역전통음식이 관광자원으로 성장, 발전을 하는데 큰 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구의 목적은 사회과학 전반에 걸쳐서 수행되고 있는 조세 분야의 대표적인 연구주제로서 조세순응, 납세의식, 성실납세(이하 "조세순응")에 관한 연구의 흐름을 정리함으로써 융합학문으로서 세무학의 지평을 확장하는 것이다. 이에 조세순응에 관한 국내 학술지 논문을 학제적 관점에서 종합적으로 분석하기 위하여 텍스트마이닝의 일환으로 토픽모델링 기법을 적용하였다. 데이터 수집-키워드 전처리-토픽모델 분석의 흐름으로 총 347편의 논문에 연구자가 등록한 조세순응 관련 키워드들로부터 잠재적인 연구주제를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과로 첫째, 키워드 분석에서는 세무조사, 조세회피, 성실신고확인제도 등의 키워드가 단순 빈도 기준으로 상위 5개 키워드에 포함되었고, 키워드의 상대적 중요도를 감안한 TF-IDF 값에서도 상위 5개 키워드에 포함되었다. 한편 탈세라는 키워드는 단순빈도에서 부각되지 않은 것에 비해 TF-IDF 값 기준으로 상위 키워드에 포함되었다. 둘째, 토픽모델링을 통해 잠재적인 8개의 연구주제를 도출하였다. 해당 주제는 (1) 조세공정성과 조세범칙행위의 억제, (2) 조세법의 이념과 조세정책의 타당성, (3) 실질과세원칙과 조세채권의 담보 (4) 납세협력비용과 세무행정 서비스, (5) 신고납세제도와 세무전문가, (6) 조세풍토와 전략적 조세행동, (7) 조세행동의 다면성과 차별적 순응의도, (8) 과세정보시스템과 효율적 세원관리와 같다. 본 연구는 학문 간의 경계를 넘어 조세순응이라는 주제어를 바라보는 다양한 관점을 포괄적으로 조망함으로써 학제간 소통의 기회를 마련하고 합리적인 조세제도를 구축하는데 실천적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 간호사가 인식한 간호관리자의 진정성리더십과 팀 창의성 관계에서 긍정심리역량의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구참여자는 서울과 경기도 소재 4곳의 종합병원에 근무하는 124명의 일반간호사였다. 자료수집은 진정성리더십, 긍정심리역량, 팀 창의성 측정도구를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 간호관리자의 진정성리더십, 긍정심리역량, 팀 창의성 간의 상관관계는 Pearson's correlation coefficient로, 진정성리더십과 팀 창의성 사이의 긍정심리역량 매개효과는 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 일반간호사가 지각하는 진정성리더십이 높을수록 팀 창의성이 높아지고, 간호사의 긍정심리역량도 높았다. 또한 진정성리더십과 팀 창의성과의 관계에서 긍정심리역량은 부분매개효과를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 팀 창의성 향상을 위해서 간호관리자의 진정성리더십과 일반간호사의 긍정심리역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 융복합적이고 조직행동론적 관리전략이 필요하다.

Library and information research is often directed towards either the management of resources (e.g., the economics of resource management), their storage and retrieval (e.g., much information retrieval research), and the users of these resources (the whole area of information behaviour. However, the question that is less often asked is, "What research do librarians want to have carried out to help them in their work?" Clearly, some of the topics just mentioned will fall into the priority areas, but what do librarians actually perceive will be of use to them. There is a notion that a research-practice gap exists in the field and perhaps the reason for that is that researchers do not ask the practioners what research will be of value to them. To find an answer to this question on a global basis would, of course, be impossible - at least impossible without the level of funding that would be difficult to obtain from any source. However, it is possible to carry out research on a national level that could prove useful both to practitioners and to the library and information research community. This was the aim of a project, supported by the Svensk Biblioteksf$\"{o}$rening (Swedish Library Association), which was carried out in 2008/2009. Ideas on potential research projects were collected from librarians themselves, from discussion group archives and from the professional journals in a number of countries. These ideas were then grouped thematically and formed the basis of two rounds of a Delphi process to solicit the opinions of a panel of librarians in different sectors, recommended by their peers as 'expert' in their field. The Delphi process was concluded with a workshop involving a subset of the panel. This paper will report on the results of the investigation, which attracted a great deal of interest within the profession in Sweden, and will also reflect on issues that were ranked lowly in the investigation. For example, not a great deal of priority was given to topics relating to the development and use of technology: why was this? And would the same result be found in other countries? One major area of research interest was into the future of libraries and a topic of relevance here, especially for academic and research libraries, is the changing information behaviour of researchers: what, now, do researchers want of libraries? Clearly, technology is playing a role here, but digitized resources and the World Wide Web may not be the answer to every researcher's need. Research into libraries and research for libraries ought to figure largely in the profession's view of its aims, objectives and visions of the future: but for it to do so requires a recognition that the work will not be done unless researchers and practitioners come together to determine how to approach the future.

Purpose: The hotel industry needs a leader who can actively demonstrate leadership to respond to and accept changes in the organization in a highly competitive and fast-changing environment. Therefore, the role of leaders who instill clear vision and goals of the organization in their members, listen to their opinions, and empathize is paramount. Leaders should encourage successful organizational activities based on active participation by employees and create the best environment for working with a sense of mission and responsibility. This study aims to identify the relationship between empathy leadership and job engagement as a result variable of team cohesion in the hotel culinary department and conduct empirical studies on the role of empathy leadership and job engagement. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from employees who work in culinary department at a five-star franchise hotel located in the Seoul metropolitan area. Because it is difficult to conduct a survey through face-to-face contact with employees due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the online survey was conducted from February 1 to February 28, 2020. A total of 330 questionnaires through online were distributed and 268 employees completed the survey, yielding a response rate of 81%. Of the 268 returned responses, 27 responses were not usable due to missing information. Thus, a total of 241 responses were used for analysis. Results: The study results are as follows. First, it has been shown that the empathy leadership of culinary department in hotel companies has a significant positive impact on the job engagement. Second, it has been shown that job engagement has a significant positive effect on members' team cohesiveness. Third, empathy leadership of hotel companies' culinary department has a significant positive impact on members' team cohesiveness. Fourth, job engagement has a significant positive (+) mediating effect in the relationship between empathy leadership and team cohesiveness in culinary department. Conclusion: This study supports the theory that an emotional and empathic leader's behavior or ability can change the effectiveness or atmosphere of a rapidly changing hotel culinary team organization by presenting a research model on the effect of empathic leadership on job engagement and team cohesiveness. And hotel chefs should be more aware of the importance of empathic leadership and make them a human resource of the organization through formal and informal communication with culinary employees.

Objectives: The Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) is a national surveillance system that has been assessing the health and nutritional status of Koreans since 1998. Based on the National Health Promotion Act, the surveys have been conducted by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC). Methods: An oral examination as part of The National Health and Nutrition Examination was proposed to calculate the sample design and survey participation. The surveying system was presented by classifying the measurement environment, screening, and survey items by year, and the merits and limitations of using the data were suggested by examining the status of survey quality management and the process of disclosing raw data. Results: This nationally representative cross-sectional survey samples approximately 10,000 individuals each year and collects information on oral examinations and oral health interviews. Data for the oral health component of KNHANES was obtained to assess the oral health status of Koreans and determine the prevalence of dental caries and periodontitis. The oral health data quality control of KNHANES was composed of three parts: "Education Program" and "Field Training Program" for quality control of oral health examiners (dentists) by the professional academy, and "Data management" by the KCDC. After completion of the three-step data check, the indicators of dental caries, periodontal disease, and oral health behavior were published in the National Health Statistics. Conclusions: To achieve the goals of oral health indicators, we will continue to monitor so that we can use it as basic data for oral policies and carry out various linkage analyses related to oral diseases.

해양수산부는 2014. 4. 16. 발생한 세월호 전복사건 이후 안전관리 부실 문제가 제기되어 법과 제도를 강화하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 내항 여객선에서는 최근 5년 동안 매년 평균 약 13건의 충돌·접촉·좌초사고 발생하고 있다. 특히 해양안전심판원의 재결에 따르면, 항내에서 조선 중 발생한 여객선 사고의 주된 원인은 대부분 선장의 부적절한 조선 또는 부주의라고 판단하였다. 이에 본 논문은 항내에서 발생한4건의 여객선 해양사고를 분석한 후 선장의 부적절한 조선 등 행위에 기여한 환경적·제도적·물적·인적 요인에 대해 상세히 살펴보았다. 그결과 다음과 같은 기여 요인들이 확인되었다. 첫째 환경적인 요인으로서 선회장의 크기가 기준을 충족하지 못한 사례가 확인되었다. 둘째 제도적인 요인으로서 VTS관제가 적절히 지원되지 않았고, 선장이 안전한 항내 조선을 위한 교육이 부족하며, 최신화된 해도가 제공되지 않았다. 셋째 물적요인으로서 선장이 Wing bridge에서 접·이안 조선 중 실시간으로 속력을 확인할 수 있는 속력계가 설치되어 있지 않았다. 그리고 인적요인으로서 선장이 적절한 선교자원을 지원받지 못하였고, 적절한 항해계획이 수립되지 않았다. 이에 본 논문에서는 선장의 안전한 항내 조선을 위해 기준에 맞는 선회장을 확보하는 것과 선장이 선박조종 시뮬레이션 교육을 이수하도록 하는 것 등을 개선방안으로 제시하였다.

세계화의 진전으로 기업 간의 경쟁은 날로 치열해지고 있으며 그동안 단순 비용으로만 인식되던 물류분야가 비용과 서비스 제고 측면에서 제3의 이익원으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 물류경로 상에서 공급자와 판매자 및 수송과 보관의 연계를 원활하게 수행하도록 하는 핵심 인프라인 물류센터의 관심이 고조되고 있으며 본 연구에서는 물류센터의 활성화 및 발전을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 먼저 이론적 고찰을 통하여 선행연구 및 물류센터의 개요 및 역할, 현황 등에 대하여 알아보았으며 물류센터의 문제점 파악과 더불어 물류시설의 수요조사 및 표준화 구축을 위한 가이드 제시, 관련 법령 및 제도 정비, 규제 보완, 불공정 거래 척결을 위한 방안 등의 정책 개선, 공동화, 정보화 등을 통한 효율적 운영을 위한 시스템 구축, 안전관리, 원가산정을 통한 비용개선, 파트너쉽 구축, 재정적 지원, 부처별 협력 등의 발전방안을 제시하였으며, 이러한 방안은 물류센터의 활성화 및 선진화에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
