물성 정보는 연구활동 및 기술개발을 위해 아주 중요한 데이터이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 연구자들이 연구개발을 위해 이용하고 있는 물성정보 현황과 향후 연구자가 필요로 하는 물성정보 현황이 제대로 파악되지 못한 실정이다. 또한 물성정보의 생산 및 유통을 위한 인프라도 구축되어 있지 못한 상태이며, 연구자 마다 반복적으로 물성정보를 입수하기 위해 소요되는 시간과 비용도 적지 않다. 본 연구에서는 산업계, 연구계, 학계에서 현재 이용하고 있는 물성정보에 대한 이용실태를 조사하고 향후 연구자가 연구를 위해 필요한 물성정보 수요를 파악하고 이를 분석하였다.

There is increasing interest in the many beneficial aspects of green tea to human such as anti-carcinogenic, anti-aggregant, anti-allergic, anti-bacterial, anti-mutagenic, and anti-oxidant activities. Besides these beneficial aspects, it has been reported that green tea ingredients, especially polyphenolic families (i.e., catechin), have some UV protection property both in vivo and in topical applications. In this study, green tea extract was used as a dyeing stock for cotton and the UV protection property of the dyed cotton fabric was examined. To increase the affinity of cotton fiber to the polyphenolic components in the green tea extract, a natural biopolymer, chitosan, was used as mordanting agent. The effects of chitosan concentration in mordanting on the dyeing characteristics and the UV protection property were examined. Chitosan mordanted green tea dyed cotton showed better dyeing characteristic and higher UV protection property compared with the unmordanted green tea dyed cotton. As the chitosan concentration in mordanting increased, the dyeing efficiency and the UV protection property also increased. Therefore, adapting chitosan mordanting in green tea dyeing can increase the UV protection property of cotton fabrics to some extent.

We prove that if a continuous surjective map f on a compact metric space X has the average shadowing property, then every point x is chain recurrent. We also show that if a homeomorphism f has more than two fixed points on $S^1$, then f does not satisfy the average shadowing property. Moreover, we construct a homeomorphism on a circle which satisfies the shadowing property but not the average shadowing property. This shows that the converse of the theorem 1.1 in [6] is not true.

In this paper we show that if A ∈ L(X) and B ∈ L(Y), X and Y complex Banach spaces, then A ⊕ B ∈ L(X ⊕ Y) is subscalar if and only if both A and B are subscalar. We also prove that if A, Q ∈ L(X) satisfies AQ = QA and Q^p = 0 for some nonnegative integer p, then A has property (C) (resp. property (𝛽)) if and only if so does A + Q (resp. property (𝛽)). Finally, we show that A ∈ L(X, Y) and B, C ∈ L(Y, X) satisfying operator equation ABA = ACA and BA ∈ L(X) is subscalar with property (𝛿) then both Lat(BA) and Lat(AC) are non-trivial.

In this paper we introduce the notions of strict persistence and weakly strict persistence which are stronger than those of persistence and weak persistence, respectively, and study their relations with shadowing property. In particular, we show that the weakly strict persistence and the weak inverse shadowing property are locally generic in Z(M).

Let V be a Euclidean Jordan algebra with a symmetric cone K. We show that for a Z-transformation L with the additional property L(K) ⊆ K (which we will call ’cone-preserving’), GUS ⇔ strictly copositive on K ⇔ monotone + P. Specializing the result to the Stein transformation S_A(X) := X - AXA^T on the space of real symmetric matrices with the property $S_A(S^n_+){\subseteq}S^n_+$, we deduce that S_A GUS ⇔ I ± A positive definite.

Let E and F be Banach spaces with $X{\subset}E$ and $Y{\subset}F$. Suppose that X is weakly compact, convex and has the fixed point property for a nonexpansive mapping, and Y has the fixed point property for a multivalued nonexpansive mapping. Then $(X{\oplus}Y)_p$, $1{\leq}$ P < ${\infty}$ has the fixed point property for a multi valued nonexpansive mapping. Furthermore, if X has the generic fixed point property for a nonexpansive mapping, then $(X{\oplus}Y)_{\infty}$ has the fixed point property for a multi valued nonexpansive mapping.

In this paper, we give definitions for common limit in the range property of mappings and obtain common fixed point theorem for a pair of weakly compatible functions in intuitionistic fuzzy metric space using the joint common limit in the range property of mappings(shortly, (JCLR) property). Our results improve and generalize results of Chauhan et al[1].

Let $r\;{\geq}\;q$. We get the stability of the estimates of the $\bar{\partial}$-Neumann problem for (p, r)-forms on a weakly q-convex complex submanifold. As a by-product of the stability of the $\bar{\partial}$-estimates, we get the Mergelyan approximation property for (p, r)-forms on a weakly q-convex complex submanifold which satisfies property (P).

Let (X, d) be a compact metric space with metric d and let f : $X{\rightarrow}X$ be a continuous map. In this paper, we consider that for a subset ${\Lambda}$, a map f has the eventual shadowing property if and only if f has the eventual shadowing property on ${\Lambda}$. Moreover, a map f has the eventual shadowing property if and only if f has the eventual shadowing property in ${\Lambda}$.
