The notion of rough sets was introduced by Z. Pawlak in the year 1982. The notion of a $\Gamma$-semigroup was introduced by M. K. Sen in the year 1981. In 2003, Y. B. Jun studied the roughness of sub$\Gamma$-semigroups, ideals and bi-ideals in i-semigroups. In this paper, we study rough prime ideals and rough fuzzy prime ideals in $\Gamma$-semigroups.

We introduce the notions of intuitionistic fuzzy prime ideals, intuitionistic fuzzy completely prime ideals and intuitionistic fuzzy weakly completely prime ideals. And we give a characterization of intuitionistic fuzzy ideals and establish relationships between intuitionistic fuzzy completely prime ideals and intuitionistic fuzzy weakly completely prime ideals.

In this paper, the relations between L-fuzzy semi-prime (respectively, L-fuzzy prime) ideals of a poset and L-fuzzy semi-prime (respectively, L-fuzzy prime) ideals of the lattice of all ideals of a poset are established. A result analogous to Separation Theorem is obtained using L-fuzzy semi-prime ideals.

In this paper, we study and establish some interesting results of ideals in a poset. It is shown that for a nonzero ideal I of a poset P, there are at most two strongly prime ideals of P that are minimal over I. Also, we study the notion of primal ideals in a poset and the relationship among the primal ideals and strongly prime ideals is considered.

We introduce the concepts of weakly prime and weakly semi-prime ideals in po-${\Gamma}$-semigroup and give some characterizations of weakly prime and weakly semi-prime ideals of po-${\Gamma}$-semigroups analogous to the characterizations of weakly prime and weakly semi-prime ideals of po-semigroups considered by N. Kehayopulu.

Let R be a commutative ring with identity. A proper ideal I of R is called 2-prime if for all a, b ∈ R such that ab ∈ I, then either a² or b² lies in I. In this paper, we study 2-prime ideals which are generalization of prime ideals. Our study provides an analogous to the prime avoidance theorem and some applications of this theorem. Also, it is shown that if R is a PID, then the families of primary ideals and 2-prime ideals of R are identical. Moreover, a number of examples concerning 2-prime ideals are given. Finally, rings in which every 2-prime ideal is a prime ideal are investigated.

The purpose of this paper is to study the some properties of fuzzy quasi-semiprime ideal, fuzzy prime ideals and to prove some fundamental properties of semigroups. In particular, we will establish a relation between fuzzy prime ideals and weakly completely semiprime ideals by using the some equivalent conditions of fuzzy semiprime ideals.

In a ring $R_n(K,\;J)$ where K is a commutative ring with identity and J is an ideal of K, all prime ideals of $R_n(K,\;J)$ are of the form either $M_n(P)\;o;R_n(P,\;P\;{\cap}\;J)$. Therefore there is a one to one correspondence between prime ideals of K not containing J and prime ideals of $R_n(K,\;J)$.

We introduce the notions of interval-valued fuzzy prime ideals, interval-valued fuzzy completely prime ideals and interval-valued fuzzy weakly completely prime ideals. And we give a characterization of interval-valued fuzzy ideals and establish relationships between interval-valued fuzzy completely prime ideals and interval-valued fuzzy weakly completely prime ideals.

In this paper, we define fuzzy prime ideals of C-algebras and investigate some of their properties. Furthermore, we study the topological properties of the space of fuzzy prime ideals of C-algebra equipped with the hull-kernel topology.
