  • This paper deals with functions of the form $f(z)=a_1z-{\sum}{\limits}_{n=2}^{\infty}a_nz^n(a_1>0,\;a_n{\geqslant}0)$ with $(1-{\mu})f(z_0)/z_0+{\mu}f'(z_0)=1(-1. We introduce the class $\varphi({\mu},{\eta},{\gamma},{\delta},A,B;\;z_0)$ with generalized fractional derivatives. Also we have obtained coefficient inequalities, distortion theorem and radious problem of functions belonging to the calss $\varphi({\mu},{\eta},{\gamma},{\delta},A,B;\;z_0)$.

  • In this paper we consider weighted arithmetic and geometric means of several positive definite operators proposed by Sagae and Tanabe and we establish a reverse inequality of the arithmetic and geometric means via Specht ratio and the Thompson metric on the convex cone of positive definite operators.

  • In this paper, we study the behavior and sensitivity analysis of the solution set for a new system of generalized parametric multi-valued variational inclusions with (A, $\eta$)-accretive mappings in q-uniformly smooth Banach spaces. The present results improve and extend many known results in the literature.

  • In this paper, we propose an extension of the classical Bessel function by means of our ℓ-hypergeometric function [2]. As the main results, the infinite order differential equation, the generating function relation, and contour integral representations including Schläfli's integral analogue are derived. With the aid of these, other results including some inequalities are also obtained. At the end, the graphs of these functions are plotted using the Maple software.

  • We present new bounds for the numerical radius of bounded linear operators and 2 × 2 operator matrices. We apply upper bounds for the numerical radius to the Frobenius companion matrix of a complex monic polynomial to obtain new estimations for the zeros of that polynomial. We also show with numerical examples that our new estimations improve on the existing estimations.

  • Using the results in the paper [12], we give an estimate for the first positive and negative Dirac eigenvalue on a 7-dimensional Sasakian spin manifold. The limiting case of this estimate can be attained if the manifold under consideration admits a Sasakian Killing spinor. By imposing the eta-Einstein condition on Sasakian manifolds of higher dimensions 2m + 1 ≥ 9, we derive some new Dirac eigenvalue inequalities that improve the recent results in [12, 13].

  • In this paper, we introduce a new generalized nonlinear quasivariational inequality and establish its equivalence with a xed point problem by using the resolvent operator technique. Utilizing this equivalence, we suggest two iterative schemes, prove two existence theorems of solutions for the generalized nonlinear quasivariational inequality involving generalized cocoercive mapping and establish some convergence results of the sequences generated by the algorithms. Our results include several previously known results as special cases.

  • Let $f{\in}C^r$ ([-1,1]), $r{\geq}0$ and let $L^*$ be a linear left fractional differential operator such that $L^*$ $(f){\geq}0$ throughout [0, 1]. We can find a sequence of polynomials $Q_n$ of degree ${\leq}n$ such that $L^*$ $(Q_n){\geq}0$ over [0, 1], furthermore f is approximated left fractionally and simulta-neously by $Q_n$ on [-1, 1]. The degree of these restricted approximations is given via inequalities using a higher order modulus of smoothness for $f^{(r)}$.

  • In this paper we introduce a new subclass $K_{\mu}^{\lambda},{\phi},{\eta}(n;{\rho};{\alpha})$ of analytic and multivalent functions with negative coefficients using fractional calculus operators. Connections to the well known and some new subclasses are discussed. A necessary and sufficient condition for a function to be in $K_{\mu}^{\lambda},{\phi},{\eta}(n;{\rho};{\alpha})$ is obtained. Several distortion inequalities involving fractional integral and fractional derivative operators are also presented. We also give results for radius of starlikeness, convexity and close-to-convexity and inclusion property for functions in the subclass. Modified Hadamard product, application of class preserving integral operator and other interesting properties are also discussed.
