  • Subshifts of finite type can be classified by various equivalence relations. The most important equivalence relation is undoubtedly strong shift equivalence, i.e., conjugacy. In [W], R. F. Williams introduced shift equivalence which is weaker than conjugacy but still sensitive.

  • We obtain a relation between generalized Hausdorff and packing multifractal premeasures and generalized Hausdorff and packing multifractal measures. As an application, we study a general formalism for the multifractal analysis of one probability measure with respect to an other.

  • In this paper, we determine the dimension of the rectangular product of certain finite lattices. In face, if L1 and a L2 be finite lattices which satisfy the some conditions, then we have dim (L1$\square$L2) = dim(L1) + dim(L2) - 1.

  • In this paper we introduce matrix representations of polygroups over hyperrings and show such representations induce representations of the fundamental group over the corresponding fundamental ring. We also introduce the notion of a polygroup hyperring generalizing the notion of a group ring. We establish homo-morphisms among various polygroup hyperrings.
