This study describes a multicultural literacy program that can nurture multicultural people who can live in a multicultural society. A total of 10 20-hour programs were conducted for 22 youths in Busan. Through this, the current perception and acceptance of multiculturalism among young people in Busan was investigated, and a curriculum suitable for multicultural awareness, multicultural acceptance, and multicultural competency enhancement was constructed. In accordance with the goal of strengthening the multicultural competency required for multicultural activists through education, learners can exchange opinions through the activity sheet, so that learners can know the difference between themselves and others. Students could learn about each other's culture and values through cultural exchange with others, and through teachers with diverse cultures, they could learn various perspectives and cultures about culture and values. Through the results of the multicultural literacy program, I would like to suggest three methods of multicultural literacy education to strengthen multicultural competence in a multicultural society. Therefore, efforts should be made to develop various multicultural education courses to strengthen the multicultural capabilities of Koreans.

Purpose: The purposes of the study were to identify level of health literacy and factors influencing health literacy of migrant workers. Methods: Data were collected using a cross sectional correlational design. Participants were 128 migrant workers in Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test, and hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The health literacy level of migrant worker was low and they had difficulty in understanding patient education materials and medical forms. Factors influencing health literacy were residential areas (city or rural), education level, length of stay in Korea, and ability to understand spoken Korean. Regression model accounted for 14.2% of the variance in health literacy. Conclusion: Lower levels of health literacy make it difficult for migrant works to visit medical facilities and perform health behaviors appropriately. Therefore, diverse strategies should be developed by nurses to enhance the health literacy level of migrant workers.

본 연구는 초등학교 저학년 아동들의 국어 읽기 능력의 신장 및 문자 해독 능력을 배양하기 위한 입문기 문자 지도용 멀티미디어 프로그램을 설계 및 구현하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 기본 음절표 및 쓰기 시범 자료와 표준 발음을 포함한 학습 내용으로 재구성하여 입문기 문자 지도에서 요구되는 반복 연습 및 개별 학습의 기회를 제공하여 아동들이 자신감을 가지고 접근할 수 있는 멀티미디어 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 본 프로그램은 낱자 공부, 낱말 공부, 바르게 쓰기 등의 기본 학습 내용과 동화 읽기, 쉼터 등의 심화 학습 내용 및 숨은 그림 찾기, 낱자 끌어다 놓기, 배운 것 알아보기 등의 평가 내용으로 구성되어 있으며, 실제 교육 현장에서의 활용 가능성 및 기대 효과를 제시하였다.

This research aims to develop the instrument of feasible and reliable digital-age literacy to be used in the learning process. This needs to be done due to a different region, tribe, and gender involved in this research. The digital-age literacy developed in this research consisting of 8 constructs, including 1) basic literacy, 2) scientific skill, 3) economy skill, 4) information skill, 5) technology skill, 6) visual skill, 7) various cultures skill, and 8) global awareness. As many as 650 respondents were chosen through stratified and random sampling in this survey. Those respondents were students at Universitas Terbuka based on gender and Ethnicity comparison. To see the internal consistency, the data were then analyzed using SPSS 23.00 version for Windows. It was obtained that all questionnaire constructs were valid and reliable, proven by obtaining a high mean reliability value of Cronbach Alpha (0.816 > 0.6), in which each item had a high value (0.778-0.841). Therefore, the number obtained the results proved that this research had produced a quality instrument that can be used to evaluate the students' mastery of the digital-age literacy of the learning process in Universitas Terbukain Asia, especially in Indonesia.

The ultimate objective of environmental education is to develop characteristics of the affective domain being the basis for environmental behavior. As this need, the researchers developed a modular program for environmental values education suited elementary school's actuality. In practice of program development, researchers analyzed the contents of environmental education in current curriculum. Researchers set up development principles of modular program according to the level of elementary moral development. The system of this modular program consists of three levels like environmental awareness, environmental literacy, environmental responsibility, and each module is made up of three subjects representing these levels. So this modular program is classified with three level's modular group like low grade, center grade, and high grade. And set in array after selecting value strategies suited each grade level. The expectant effects of this program for environmental values education are as follows: Students form sound environmental values and attitudes for environment through various strategies that develop environmental awareness and environmental literacy. And those strategies provides various experiences to construct knowledge, value, and attitude about environment by oneself working together with teacher. So teacher and students can utilize easily at school or in nature. Besides, since it relates with single environmental problem from awareness to participation about environment, teachers can conduct elementary environmental curriculum more systematically and effectively.

본 연구는 국제성인역량조사(PIAAC)에서 측정하는 스킬을 토대로 성인의 일상적인 삶에 필수적인 기본 리터러시를 도출하고, 국내 공공도서관의 성인 리터러시 프로그램 실태를 조사한 결과를 바탕으로 기본 리터러시의 습득을 지원하는 공공도서관의 리터러시 프로그램 모델을 구안하여 계획서와 함께 예시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 모델은 하나의 프로그램을 통해 네 가지 기본 리터러시를 습득할 수 있는 통합된 프로그램으로 이용자의 자기주도적인 학습을 통해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며 대상과 주제에 따라 자유롭게 적용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 모델은 대상, 주제, 실행전략, 도구, 자료, 평가의 여섯 가지 요소와 대상의 선정, 대상의 분석, 주제 선정, 실행전략 수립, 계획의 성문화, 실행, 평가하기라는 일곱 단계로 이루어져 $6{\times}7$모델로 명명하였다.

본 연구에서는 수력에너지에 관한 융합인재교육 프로그램을 개발하고 초등학생들에게 적용하여 에 너지소양과 창의적 문제해결력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 6학년 학생 29명을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였고, 에너지소양과 창의적 문제해결력에 관한 사전·사후 검사 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수력에너지에 관한 융합인재교육 프로그램은 초등학생들의 에너지소양에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 수력에너지에 관한 융합인재교육 프로그램은 초등학생들의 창의적 문제해결력에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 수력에너지에 관한 융합인재교육 프로그램을 마친 후, 학생들은 에너지 및 과학에 대한 관심 및 흥미가 높아졌고, 일상생활과 연계하려는 태도를 가지게 되었다. 융합인재교육 프로그램을 통해 학생 중심 수업으로 학생들이 스스로 문제 해결 계획을 수립하여 수력에너지를 발생시키고, 이를 활용해보는 과정에서 의미 있는 성과를 거둔 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 디자인분야 대학생의 핵심 정보문해능력을 향상시키기 위한 디자인분야 정보문해 프로그램 모형을 개발하기에 앞서 정보문해 교육방법과내용을 조사 분석하고자 하는 것이다. 고등교육 정보문해 기준과모형 및 정보문해 프로그램에 대한 비교분석과 국립미술디자인학교협회(NASAD)의 디자인분야 학사학위 프로그램을 위한 기준과 지침의 분석에 대한 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 델파이 조사를 통해 디자인분야 정보문해 교육방법과내용에 대한 디자인 전문가의 견해를 조사 분석하였다. 연구결과 디자인분야는 디자인학과 요청에 의한 도서관 전문사서의 디자인 정보문해 교육을 가장 선호하였으며, 학습 및 실제 상황에 적용할 수 있도록 디자인-특정 컨텐츠와 정보탐색 프로세스에 기반을 두고, 디자인분야 특정 도구, 자원을 상세히 제시하는 정보문해 교육을 요구하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

현재 우리나라에서 학교교육과정에서 학교도서관의 역할이나 정보활용교육의 종류는 학교도서관 이용법, 독서교육, 학교도서관연계 수업모형 개발, 사서와 교과교사 협력하는 통합교육 등으로 나눌 수 있으며, 단위학교별 그 수준 편차는 다양하게 나타난다. 이러한 이유는 정보활용교육을 담당할 사서의 부재와 학교도서관에 대한 기본적인 인식과 제도의 환경 때문에 교과교사 중심의 정보활용교육이 이루어지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 학교도서관을 활용한 다양한 프로그램의 효용성 평가는 대체적으로 긍정적인 효과를 보여주고 있다. 이는 앞으로 학교교과과정 내에 정보활용교육이 자리매김하는 경우에는 현재보다 장기적인 관점에서 정보활용교육의 효용성을 더욱 극대화 시킬 수 있음을 나타내주고 있다. 이를 위해서 정보활용교육을 교과과정 내에 통합하는 정책적 측면과 교과과정 분석 그리고 사서교사의 전문인 양성의 실천적인 방법이 요구됨을 제언한다.

연구의 주요 목적은 정보활용능력과 수사학의 융합을 통해 정보활용능력 교육이 대학에서 필수적인 교양과목의 요건을 갖출 수 있는지를 논증하는 것이다. 연구 결과 수사학적 정보활용능력의 성격을 1) 발견법을 이용한 상황적 활용능력, 2) 탐구를 중시하는 과정 중심 활용능력, 3) 편재성에 적합한 활용능력으로 정리하였다. 이렇게 하여 수사학적 정보활용능력이 학제성을 띠는 민주시민의 핵심 교양이 될 수 있음을 논증하였다. 정보활용능력의 교육에는 기술 이용 중심의 방법도 있는 등 다양성이 존재하는 만큼 이 부분과의 비교가 필요하다. 수사학적 정보활용능력 교육의 실제 프로그램으로는 '문제 발견을 위한 상황적 질문하기', '학습론 책 선별해서 읽고 서평 쓰기', '실제 도서관 탐방 보고서 쓰기', '민주시민을 위한 정보윤리 교육하기' 등을 제시하였다.
