This study was conducted to identify the relationship between the willingness to leisure activity and job satisfaction of dental hygienists and to suggest the need to expand opportunities for the will to leisure activity. The degree of job satisfaction was 3.84 points, and the willingness to leisure activity was analyzed to prioritize exchange with the community. As a result of the analysis of the correlation between job satisfaction, turnover intention, and willingness to leisure activity, all three items show a strong correlation. If job satisfaction is high, then the willingness to leisure activity is high and the intention to turn over is low, and if the will to leisure activity is high, then job satisfaction is high and turnover intention is low. Results of regression analysis to establish measures to increase job satisfaction, turnover intention (β=-0.551), leisure use (β=0.368), health status (β=0.139), current working years at work (β=0.069), number of patients visiting the hospital during the day (β=-0.056) were analyzed in order of effect. It is judged that there is a need to establish a plan to provide an optimal working environment in consideration of the intention to turnover, leisure activity, health status, working years at work, and the number of patients visiting the hospital during the day.

This study suggests a plan for revitalizing return-to-farming / fishing villages through the marine leisure industry by analyzing the practical problems faced by young and older adults who have returned to the marine leisure field. A case study was conducted to identify the problems faced by those returning to marine leisure, and to determine the measures for revitalizing return-to-farming / fishing villages. Interview participants were those returning to marine leisure and experts in related fields. The problems identified include the exclusive culture of fishing villages, difficulty in raising initial investment funds, and lack of marine leisure education programs for return-to-farming / fishing villages. The proposals to solve these problems and revitalize return-to-farming / fishing villages through the marine leisure industry include the introduction of an incentive system to mitigate barriers to entry; establishment of a matching system; use of idle land in fishing villages to promote return-to-farming / fishing villages; introduction of a consignment management system after the pre-investment of the fishing villages; and establishment of an education program, including in the fisheries field, and infrastructure for return-to-farming / fishing villages for marine leisure.

Recently, by fast industralization and development without environmental concern, our environment deterioration have being continued rapidly. Therefore, many species is placed on crisis of extinction or was already extincted by habitat destruction. In Minjujisan area, there is a plan to construct the Sport and Leisure Complex by which convert the forest conservancy district to the district of development promotion and district of sighseeing and leisure by Yongdong District. To investigate the avifauna impacts by habitat destruction, bird censuses was carried out before the Sport and Leisure Complex be construct in Minjujisan and Sokgisan area during 4-5 May, 1992 and 16-21 June, 1992. Total 229 birds of 41 species in 23 family of 9 orders were recorded during censuses. Sitta europaea amurensis was the most abundant species and Parus ater amurensis, Phylloscopus borealis xanthodryas, Parus major wladiwostokensis, Parus palustris hellmayri, and Turdus pallidus were dominant species. Accipiter nisus nisosimilis, Accipiter soloenis, and Otus scops stictonotus were found out to the natural monuments in this suvey. Halcyon pileate was observed to a rare bird in this surveyed area. Species diversity of this census was 3.381 which showed slightly higher degree than other surveyed area. The area of Minjujisan, Sokgipong, and Samdopong which have little pollution agent around there and kept away from mankind were approved the heavy avifauna area which have so many bird species. Biogeographically, the Taebaek Mountains was connected with the Sobaek Mountains through this area, therefore it was significant that many animal species could be move to each mountains ranges. The construction plan of the Sport and Leisure Complex in Minjujisan area should be restrain with concern about environmentally destruction by the Muju Resort in Dokyusan National Park which connected to that area have master plan to development the ski slopes for the 1997 Universiad with permission by the Ministry of Environment.

In order to have market competitiveness in local and global areas, Domestic Marine Leisure Industry business, which is a latecomer in the Marine Leisure industry, should retain a strong market adaptability by reducing time and cost that are required for work of planning, designing, and preparation for product development. To meet above requirements, it is essential that integrated system control extensive marine leisure industry. After ensuring integrated information by figuring out the systematic link between related-industries, the core of this research is to secure information classifications that are not just in the flow of simple serial order, but in that of integration and object-oriented information classifications. For this end, we examine other similar cases in industries using real information system applied to industrial production and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Digital Manufacturing (DM) and applying the same methodology to review practical application in order to construct the information system, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), compared with the case studies. Through this basic task for the marine leisure industry classification system configuration (Work Breakdown Structure, WBS) and utilizing information of driving real companies of marine leisure industry, a unique area of MLWBS (Marine Leisure Work Breakdown Structure, MLWBS) is configured. This Marine Leisure Work Breakdown Structure can be used in various areas of applications like products, design information, engineering, production, purchasing, sales, marketing, AS, utilizing various forms of customer support.

Recently most Elderly in 2050 Our country is becoming an "aging society" at a speed far more rapidly than expected, the interests of silver industry is also increasing. Many researches about the elderly are already presented in academic world, especially in the field of housing environment, the housing plans on the basis of physical, social and emotional characteristics for the elderly are proposed. As the number of elderly participating in economy activities is getting higher, we selected on "active aging" generation which given a definition by OECD. In this research, we examine the present situation related to the needs for leisure time with the elderly who want to have their comfortable life. This purpose of this study is to survey the residential facilities for elderly, and how that facilities are reflected to their needs for the leisure. This study will indicate to the direction of plans in elderly housing.

The purpose of this study is to present a practical class design model that applies the problem-based learning (PBL) method to the subject of home economics. To begin with, a specific class model example was developed by conducting thorough document research and expert consulting. Two modules, named "Click! Global Leisure Environment" and "Happy Leisure Product Launching" were presented as the PBL questions. The case study focused upon in this research is an elective course called "Leisure Culture and Life Management". The 21 students enrolled in this course were considered in this study. Two teaching methods, namely a face-to-face teaching method and a web-based system "Snowboard" teaching method, were used to run the class. The research results are as follows: first, theoretical research and program development and demonstration were practiced with five different age groups: childhood, adolescence, university student, middle age, and senescence. Then, selfevaluation, peer evaluation, and group evaluation were conducted to motivate the students. Finally, a class evaluation was conducted by questioning the lecturer, who ranked well, scoring higher than or equal to 4.0 points out of 5.0 on all the questions. Through the PBL method, students showed an improved study attitude with more proactive participation in the class, they strengthened their communication skills and created a synergy with their team members. This study has significant meaning because it is the first research to apply the PBL method to home economics. Therefore, we expect other curricula to apply PBL and fully utilize this teaching method as well in the future.

As leisure boats become large-scaled and high value-added, their design requirements gradually get more complicated and accordingly their manufacturing processes get more complicated than those of existing ones. Leisure boat builders overseas make efforts to overcome this circumstance by establishing a 3-D model-based design system which is based on the concept of PLM. On the other hand, Korean shipbuilders still remain in the development process of traditional leisure boats which are mainly based on 2-D drawings. There have been some efforts made to have the 3-D model-based design system; however, they belong to a very early stage. This study carried out initial research to apply DMU technology to the development process of leisure boats. It established the design process based on a DMU model and proved its usefulness through a case study on the design of 40-ft class aluminum leisure boats.

The purpose of this study is to identify the personal characteristics of college students participating in leisure activities and the impact of their leisure experience on job-seeking Stress, To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were sampled 264 university students participant using purposeful sampling method for 2 months from september to october of 2019. Using questionnaires stratified cluster random sampling in university students in C city. Studies have shown that first, looking at gender, women receive more academic stress than men. Second, looking at the results of the school year, the first and fourth graders received more personality stress than the second and third graders. Third, if you look at the results of the major category, it turns out that students in the natural major receive more personality stress than in the social major category. In addition, students in the humanities major are more stressed out about the Family environment stress than in the natural major. Fourth, if you look at the results of the allowance, students who receive 400,000 won to 500,000 won and those who receive 100,000 won to 200,000 won or less are under stress from the family environment stress than those who receive 500,000 won or more. Fifth, if you look at the results of your experience in leisure activities, the more experience you have in leisure Therefore, college students will have to lay the groundwork for self-control through various leisure activities for job stress. activities, the lower your job-seeking Stress.
