본 연구의 목적은 현행 A대학의 강의평가 문항의 문제점을 보완하고 강의의 질 제고라는 강의평가의 본래 목적에 부합하도록 강의평가 문항을 개선하는 것이다. 이를 위하여, 대학 교육에서의 좋은 수업의 의미, 선행 연구의 강의평가 영역 및 요소, A대학의 현행 강의평가 도구의 내용 및 문제점을 살펴보았으며, 이를 토대로 개선안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과로 제안된 개선안의 주요한 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평가 영역, 평가 항목, 평가 문항의 구성 체계를 재구성하였다. 둘째, 강의 개선에 중요한 정보를 제공하기 위해 대학에서의 좋은 강의의 특징을 토대로 문항을 개발하였다. 셋째, 선행 연구의 강의평가 도구들이 공통적으로 제시하고 있는 평가 요소 등과 관련한 문항을 개발하였다. 넷째, 강의의 질 제고를 위해 필요한 정보가 있다면, 산술평균으로 결과를 제시할 수 없더라도 관련 문항을 개발하였다. 다섯째, 현행 강의평가 문항의 문제점으로 지적된 부분을 수정 보완하였다.

Students' perceptions of generosity and fairness in lecture evaluation and grades, communication with professors, and self-fidelity and satisfaction during the COVID-19 situation were statistically analyzed by surveying students at M university in Daejeon. These data were analyzed in the context of parameters that might impact online class lecture evaluations, namely gender and school year. Descriptive analysis shows students' perceptions of online lectures are significantly high. As for differences by gender and school year, the t-test results indicate female students generally have better perceptions of online classes than male students. However, there is no statistical difference between male and female students regarding the generosity of lecture evaluation. Also, ANOVA test results show that as the school year increases, the general perceptions for online classes become negative. However, there is no statistical difference by school year regarding the generosity of lecture evaluation. Regression analysis shows that the "perceptual generosity of grades" most significantly influenced the "perceptual generosity of lecture evaluation."

In general, lecture evaluation has been used in most universities as an important criterion to evaluate quality of education. This study is exploratory research on the predictors that determine lecture evaluation in college of engineering to give practical implications for improvement of engineering education. For the exploration of predictors of lecture evaluation, the data of lecture evaluation in A College of Engineering located in the metropolitan area was used, and Decision Tree Analysis was utilized as an analysis method. As a result, the characteristics of students turned out to be the most distinct predictor comparing with those of course and instructor at lecture evaluation in college of engineering. That is, as various elements other than teaching competency influence lecture evaluation in college of engineering, it is necessary to be more careful in evaluating quality of lecture or teaching competence. Thus, a follow-up study should be conducted to adjust the influence by the predictors that instructors can hardly control.

강의평가는 정확하게 학생들의 수준을 평가하고 대학교육의 교육방법 개선을 위한 중요한 요소이다. 그러므로 본 논문은 보다 객관적이고 공정한 강의평가가 이루어질 수 있도록 강의평가 서비스에 대한 연구를 하였다. 연구 방법은 K 대학에서 시행된 강의평가를 기반으로 각 교과목별로 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 수업에 4주 이상 장기결석한 학생은 강의평가에 참여할 수 없도록 한다. 둘째, 공정한 강의평가를 위하여 평가 시점을 다음 학기 수강신청이 이루어지는 시기로 한다. 셋째, 수강 신청한 학생 수와 강의평가와의 연계성을 고려한다. 넷째, 다양한 강의평가 도구유형을 적용하고, 강의평가 기술방법도 객관식과 주관식 등 다양한 평가방법을 적용한다. 마지막으로 강의평가 결과는 반드시 다음 강의에 반영될 수 있도록 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 교양 ICT활용 과정의 서술형 강의 평가에 대해 텍스트 마이닝의 토픽모델링 분석을 실시하여 수강생의 강의 선택 요인과 강의에 대한 긍정적·부정적 요소 파악을 하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 M 대학교의 2019년 2학기에 개설된 ICT활용 과정 강의에 대해 '강의를 신청한 이유', '강의에서 개선되어야 할 점'과 '강의에서 좋았던 점'에 대한 데이터 전처리부터 키워드 빈도 분석, 워드 클라우드 시각화 및 토픽 모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 M 대학의 2019년 2학기 ICT활용 과정은 자격증 취득을 위해 강의를 신청하며, 동시에 자격증을 취득할 수 있어 강의가 좋았다는 긍정적 분석을 알 수 있다. 부정적 요소로 강의실 사용 환경 불편에 대한 것을 알 수 있다.

Lecture Evaluation system is an only way, so far, to evaluate the quality of lectures in our university and yet has several problems. This system does not have any effects on professors; however, it is rather used to threaten assistant professors and/or part-time/full-time lecturers. As a result, students are still dissatisfied with the unchanging lectures of professors. Generally speaking, We should consider new ideas to introduce a head teacher system or improve the lecture evaluation system to open doors wider for teachers, professors do their best to expand students' understanding by practicing the Lecture Evaluation System. In fact, it is hard to keep the objectiveness that the professors estimate the quality of professors. That is why this check list should be restricted only as a guideline among the system. After all, it is expected to bring better educational circumstances when the system functions properly to provide professors to research more.

This paper shows that there are some extra-factors on the evaluation of lecture by students. The extra-factors are sex, day and nighttime, academic year, size of lecture, and grades. And this paper analysis the proportion of the student which put the same mark on all items(same marked proportion).

Objective : This paper was written to develop clinically useful education system of 'Yang-Seng Gi-Gong' based on the principles of Korean medicine by analyzing the lecture evaluation through the questionnaire Methods : We surveyed 55 students who took 'Yang-Seng Gi-Gong' lectures at Wonkwang University School of Korean Medicine in 2016. Results : 1. The degree of reflection of the learning goal was 7.0 ± 2.1 and the overall interest was high in the regression analysis of the learning goal reflectivity. The satisfaction of the practical lecture was higher than the theoretical lecture. 2. In the evaluation of difficulty level, it was evaluated that the practical training was effective and the practice of standing position was the most difficult. 3. Due to the nature of the lectures, the difference between men and women was found in several items but it was not effective. 4. Generally, we appropriately assessed the preparation and progress of the class and practice. 67% of the respondents evaluated the current class as appropriate. 5. In the survey on participation in class, there was a high degree of participation in the practical lecture and a high correlation between overall participation and participation in the practical lecture. Conclusions: It is necessary to look for ways to concentrate with interest in the lecture, focusing on the practice, and to encourage the participation of women in the practice.

본 연구는 H대학 전교생 필수인 IT 교과목 강의평가에 영향을 주는 요인에 대해 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 강의만족도가 학업성취도, 출석율, 수강과목군과 유의미한 상관관계를 가지는지 파악하는 것이다. 특별히 컴퓨터를 활용하는 실습이 많이 요구되는 IT 교양과목들의 강의 만족도가 일반 교양과목의 강의만족도 경향과 어떤 차이가 있는가를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 H 대학교에서 2019년도 1, 2학기에 진행한 교양 IT 교과교육과정의 12개 교과목에서 2,322명 수강생들이 제출한 2,149건 강의평가 결과를 자료로 사용하였다. 강의평가 결과는 객관식 선택형 문항의 평가점수 외에도 주관식 서술형 문항도 학생들이 제출한 서술문을 긍정형과 부정형으로 분류하여 계량화를 하여 강의평가 결과를 객관화하였다. 연구 결과, 출석률과 학업성취도가 높을수록 강의만족도가 높았으며, 주관식 문항에서는 부정 단어보다는 긍정 단어를 더 많이 사용하였고, 학점이 낮을수록 부정 단어를 더 많이 사용하였다. 초급프로그래밍이나 소프트웨어활용군 과목군에서는 출석률이 높을수록 강의만족도가 높았지만, 중급프로그래밍에서는 출석률과 선택형 평가점수는 상관관계가 없었으며 주관식 문항에서도 타 과목군보다 부정 단어를 많이 사용하였다. IT 교과목에 대한 강의평가 경향은 일반 교과목의 강의평가 경향과 유사한 면도 있지만 중급프로그래밍 교과목에서는 대체로 부정적인 평가를 하는 것으로 나타났다.

대학, 기업 및 학원에서 제공하는 교육 서비스의 질을 향상하기 위해서는 주요 활동인 강의의 품질 개선이 필수적이다. 강의 수행 후 수강생에 의해서 평가되는 강의평가 설문 데이터는 강의 품질을 측정하고 개선할 수 있는 좋은 도구로서, 대부분 간단한 통계분석을 통해 처리되고 있다. 본 연구는 강의평가 설문 데이터를 SOFM (Self-Organizing Feature Map) 신경망과 C4.5와 같은 분석도구를 사용하여 분석함으로써 수강생의 만족도와 강의 성과 관련한 특징을 보다 정확하게 파악하고 개선이 필요한 강의 품질 요소를 구체적으로 도출하여 강의 품질을 효율적으로 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방안을 국내 기업의 사내 강의에 적용한 결과, 만족도와 강의 성과 관점에서 미흡한 3개의 수강생 그룹에서 개선이 필요한 총 강의시간, 강의 자료, 강의 시간표 구성 요소를 개선하여 강의 품질이 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.
