The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiency of a government-supported project developed to improve the quality and hygiene levels of food, service, and restaurant facilities for foreign customers in Chungnam province. Data was collected from 53 restaurant owners and restaurant managers. This study empirically analyzes and presents a mode with key factors influencing transfer of training and training satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis methods were used to test the relationships among four factors for transfer of training, training satisfaction, and retraining intentions. There are three main findings. First, teaching methods and relevance factors had a significant effect on transfer, but instructor and education environment factors did not. Second, the teaching methods, instructor and education environment factors had a direct influence on training satisfaction, but the relevance factor didn't. Third, transfer and satisfaction both were influenced significantly by retraining. Based on the findings of this study, a trainer, designing training curriculum for a production environment, should emphasize the role of the trainer and focus on learning tools. Finally, a thorough learning design is needed for learner's satisfaction.

2015 개정 교육과정이 고시됨에 따라 정규 교육과정을 중심으로 코딩 교육의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 코딩 교육 강사가 요구되고 있는 시점이며, 이러한 강사는 여성새로일하기센터를 비롯한 민간 교육기관에서 코딩교육 강사 양성 프로그램이 운영되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 코딩교육 강사 양성 프로그램의 교육현황 및 교육 내용에 대한 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 여성가족부의 여성새로일하기센터에서 진행되고 있는 코딩 교육 프로그램의 사례를 분석하여 보고, 그 시사점을 찾고자 한다.

Interest and investment in drones that apply the concept of the 4th industrial revolution and ICT convergence advanced technology are continuing. The purpose of drone operation has been widely spread from the initial military use to the use of various industries such as construction, forestry, facilities, and agricultural support. In these industries, the training of pilots who can actually operate drones is increasing centering on the qualification system. However, the detailed standards including the training place, training place, educational environment, and education method for nurturing pilots are ambiguous, so the education through the oral instruction of the training instructor is continuing at the drone training site. In order to solve this problem, this study conducted a study on a dual control platform in which a training instructor could directly intervene in the pilot's flying drone to execute a map in order to improve the quality of synesthesia, which is essential in the field.

This paper proposes a system intergration method for M20J flight simulator development. The simulator consists of three modules. The first module is for flight dynamics simulation, and the second module is for avionic systems and flight instrument and the last module is for interface card which connects PC and input devices using rotary encoders and switches. Two computers are equipped in the simulator for instructor and trainee. An instructor can give a mission to a trainee, and control the flight simulation options through RS-232C serial port. Also, the instructor can monitor the training results of the trainee.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of utilization level and to propose the improvement related in obtaining qualification for senior sports instructors. The population of this study was participants who took the course of the general course and special course Training Program for Sports Instructors for senior in JeollaNam-do from 2015 to 2017. A total of 113 of them answered the survey. The data process of this study was used by the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program, and frequency analysis was conducted. The results of this study are follows. First, What was your situation when they took the qualifications program of sports instructor for senior, the largest number of answer were 'working in the sports field'. Most respondents answered that the reason for acquisition was to have various abilities. Second, The qualification of sports instructor for senior helped person get a job but did not help with promotions or wage increases. the largest number of answer to the reason were'the lack of benefits from qualification'. At the national level, the system of sport instructor qualification for senior must be an important system for preparing for future social problems and maintaining a healthy society. In order to be effective, however, the training program should be strengthened for the senior and provide professional experiences.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of educational environment on satisfaction among trainees of beauty vocational training institutions. By examining the literature of previous studies, the research model and research hypothesis were established, and empirical analysis was conducted through questionnaires to establish theoretical concepts and identify variables of the educational environment to verify the effects on trainee satisfaction. A questionnaire was collected from 180 beauty trainees in Gyeong-gi, Seoul, and the collected data was analyzed using AMOS 22.0. As a result of this study, first, it was found that the educational environment had a significant positive effect on the NCS education method and instructor competency. Second, the NCS education method had a negative effect on the trainee satisfaction. Third, it was found that the instructor's competency had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of trainees. Based on the study results, implications and limitations were presented.

The purpose of this study was to serve as a basis for better student practice in dental hygiene and for determining educational direction for dental hygiene clinical education by examining what students and clinical-practice instructors thought on clinical practice and what factors gave an impact to clinical education. For attaining the purpose, an investigation was made of 449 third-grade students in the department of dental hygiene at seven educational institutes in Seoul and Kyoung-gi province. 246 instructors in charge of the clinical practice of the students at dental hospital or clinics were also examined. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The instructors and students had different opinions on the number of trainees, training time, beginning of training, and assessment(p<0.05). The instructors thought that a trainee was appropriate for an instructor(59.8%), and that training time was not sufficient(30.8%). They considered it proper for students to start practice during the summer vacation of second year(21.5%), and responded that assessment should be done by the dentist, dental hygienist or professor in charge(44.7%). However, the students had an idea that an instructor should take charge of 2 or 3 trainees(47.4%), and that there was a lot of training time(55.7%). They considered it appropriate to start practice in the first term of second grade(l9A%), and thought the assessment should be made by the dentist and dental hygienist in charge(44.8%). 2. The students' satisfaction was clinical practice was affected(p<0.05) by their own selection of training institutes(28.1%), the absence of trainee from other colleges(29.4%), ample practice time(28.3%), implementation of student assessment once a day(45.3%), diverse practice opportunities (45.5%), and easy traffic to the training institute(32.9%). 3. The achivement of clinical practice was influenced by practice opportunities, the degree of faithful treatment performance, the frequency of student assessment, the number of trainees, traffic to training institutes, assistance in understanding theoretical knowledge of clinical practice, and assessment methods(p<0.05).

The overall Air Force's serious accident rate is decreasing, but the trainer's accident rate is on the rise from 0.24% in '00~'09 to 0.77% in '01~'19. Base on the SHELL model recommended by the ICAO, the risk factors of the introductory flight training course were analyzed, implications were examined, and safety promotion measures were proposed. A survey of 25 questions was organized based on regulations, guidelines, and related data for each component of the SHELL model in accordance with the introductory course of Air Force flight training. The survey was divided into a student group and instructor group and compared and analyzed into L-L, L-S, L-H, and L-E based on the results after conducting it, and implications for this were derived. Compared to other analysis factors, L-L showed that the average of the instructor group was relatively higher that of the student group in all questions.

This paper is about designing and implementing the simulation training equipment (simulator) for the CBRN Reconnaissance Vehicle-II (armor type). The simulation training equipment (simulator) is a military training equipment in a virtual environment that analyzes the training using various CBRN equipment according to the CBRN situation and make a professional report. The controller or training instructor can construct a scenario using the instructor control system for a possible CBRN situation, spread the situation, and observe the process of the trainee performing the propagated situation appropriately. All process can be monitored and analyzed by the system, and it can be recorded, so it is also used for AAR (After Action Review). To implement CBRN situation training in a virtual environment, instructor control (IOS), host (HOS), video (IGS), input/output device (IOC), and sound (ACS) were implemented, a long-range chemical automatic detector (LCA), a combined chemical detector (CAD), a control (MCC) and an operation (OCC) computer were developed as simulators. In this paper, the design and development of simulation training equipment for CBRN Reconnaissance Vehicle-II (armor type) was conducted, and the performance was verified through integrated tests and acceptance tests.

The regular maintenance and repair status of major farm machinery such as power tiller, farm tractor, rice transplanter and combine harvester etc., were surveyed and analyzed for the full-time farmers in order to get basic information for promoting farm machinery productivity. The survey was carried out through 209 farmers from 9 provinces. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. The regular maintenance of farm machinery was conducted at repair shop(49.5%) or dealer agency(12.0%), and also conducted by farmers at their house(34.9%). 2. For the status on the cleanness or exchange times of engine oil, fuel filter and air cleaner, most farmers conducted fewer times than the necessary times. And, 5.3%, 7.7%, and 2.9% of surveyed farmers experienced breakdowns due to the insufficient cleanness or exchange oil, fuel filer, and air cleaner, respectively. 3. Most farmers(76.1%) recognized the necessity of farm machinery training or education, and they preferred one week for the training period, simple or easy maintenance for the training level, agricultural technical center or farm machinery manufacturer for the training agency. 4. Complete recognition of operation manual and sufficient maintenance before-, during-, and after-operation for the farm machinery can minimize the breakdowns, enlarge the endurance prevent the safety accidents, and promote productivity of farm machinery. And, these can be accomplished by the thorough training or education for agricultural machinery.
