내장산국립공원의 탐방객 만족요인 및 예측모형 분석 (Analysis of Visitor's Satisfaction Factors and Determinants in Naejangsan National Park, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 내장산국립공원 탐방객 281명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 탐방 후 평가를 통하여 만족도, 만족요인 과 예측모형을 분석하여 실질적인 공원관리의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 만족도 분석결과 내장산사무소는 공공시설부족 및 불만, 이용프로그램부족, 숙박시설 부족 및 불만, 시설이용료부담감, 바가지요금 등, 백암사무소는 시설이용료부담감, 이용프로그램, 상업시설 불만 및 부족, 숙박시설 등에 불만족하였다. 만족요인으로는 '시설관리', '이용자관리' 요인이 내장산사무소(34.3%)와 백암사무소(45.6%)에서 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 만족도 예측모형에 있어서 내장산사무소는 '탐방로훼손', '상업시설만족도', '쓰레기처리', 백암사무소는 '문화역사자원훼손', '상업시설만족도', '호객행위방지' 등의 순으로 만족도에 영향을 미치는 예측모형이 만들어졌다. 지리적으로 유사한 위치에 있으며 자원과 특성이 비슷하여 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으며 탐방객의 75%가 집중하는 가을단풍기에 시설 및 이용자를 위한 관리기법이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study examines the current status on the supply of community facilities based on the supply criteria of present welfare facilities. Analyzing satisfaction of residents about community facilities based on physical supply criteria. The study sets up the concept and proposed trend of the related studies and distinction through the examination of previous researches. Next, the present systematical supply criteria, was used to make indication in order to propose the promotion of improvement on supply criteria for community facilities. Multi dimensional analyzing system and the satisfaction level of the community facility was used to analyze the relationship between the two. The direction of policy improvement according to the analysis is as per the following. First, it is necessary to improve supply criteria of household to guarantee the minimal amount of space. Second, specification of the minimum distance of community facility to residential area in the complex is needed. Also, the presentation of bottom boundary line of the formation area size to expand the size up to minimal level of size is needed. Third, resident exercise facility supply criteria among the community facility supply criteria need to be improved from the number of household base to the size for each household base. Forth, resident resting facility criteria among the community facility supply criteria should be changed from the present criteria of one facility per five hundred households.

전주시 노인주간보호센터 건축적, 물리적 환경 및 만족도 조사 (A Study on the Architectural, Physical Environment and Satisfaction of the Senior Citizens' Day Care Center in Jeonju)

  • Through an examination of future societal development, it was found that the demographic structure is gradually aging, thus placing higher demands on elderly welfare centers. This study conducted surveys on three elderly day care centers in the entire region, aiming to enhance the pivotal role of elderly day care centers in the welfare facilities for the elderly. The current usage status, interior architectu/ral evaluations, and questionnaire surveys of these centers were analysed. The results of investigation into the architectural environment of the elderly day care centers showed that in terms of physical environment, smaller-scale centers did not lag behind larger ones in internal facilities, but larger-scale centers excelled in spatial utilization. Furthermore, the results of questionnaire survey results revealed correlations between family relationships, health status, level of assistance required, and satisfaction with facility usage, while no correlation was found between usage time, health status, and satisfaction with facility usage. This study conducted basic investigations such as architectural and physical surveys, and questionnaire surveys on elderly day care centers. Based on the survey results, future design practices should continuously explore and innovate to meet the needs of an aging society, further improve the community care system, provide more comprehensive and meticulous services for the elderly, and lay the foundation for enhancing the quality of life for the elderly and providing comfortable services.

  • 본 연구는 한라산국립 공원 탐방객들의 탐방 후 평가를 통하여 만족도, 만족요인과 예측모형 을 분석하여 실질적인 공원관리의 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 만족도에서는 위생시설의 청결성, 편익 및 안내시설의 부족 등이 가장 불만족요인으로 나타났고, 만족요인으로는 '경상적 탐방관리요인'이 기여율 46.8%로 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 만족도 예측모형에 있어서는 위생시설부족, 쓰레기문제, 교통시설 안전성 등이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 예측모형을 만들었다.

  • 본 연구는 최근 들어서 전시회가 활성화됨에 따라 각 전시회는 참관객에게 많은 관심과 만족도를 높이기 위하여 온갖 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 이에 전시회의 물리적 환경과 체험 등에 관한 선행연구들을 바탕으로 연구모형을 도출하고 가설을 설정하였다. 본 연구모형에서 체험의 제공수단으로 물리적 환경이 체험요소에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고, 체험요소가 참관객의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 본 연구에서 규명하여 참관객들의 방문을 증가시키기 위한 체험 요소를 확인하고 참관객의 만족을 높이는 방안을 참가업체에게 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 전시회의 물리적 환경(접근성, 매력성, 청결성, 편리성, 쾌적성, 인적 서비스)을 독립변수로 설정하였고, 체험(감각적, 감성적, 인지적, 행동적, 관계적 체험)을 매개변수로 하여 참관객의 만족도를 규명하였다. 이를 종합하면 전시회의 물리적 환경은 체험에 영향을 미치며, 체험은 참관객의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 전시 주최자들은 전시회를 개최하는데 있어서 각각의 물리적 환경과 체험요소를 충분히 검토하여 참관객의 만족도를 높여야 할 것이다.

물리치료 환경에 대한 근육뼈대계 및 신경계 환자의 환자만족도와 재활동기의 상관성 (Correlation between Patient Satisfaction and Rehabilitation Motivation on Musculoskeletal and Neurological Patients in a Physical Therapy Environment)

  • Purpose : This study was conducted to investigate correlation between patient satisfaction and rehabilitation motivation in a physical therapy environment. Methods : This study conducted a survey on musculoskeletal and neurological patients receiving rehabilitation treatment at a hospital. The subjects of the study were patients who were currently receiving rehabilitation treatment, either hospitalized or outpatient. 234 people were collected. A questionnaire was consisted of a total of 55 questions, including 27 questions about motivation for rehabilitation, 14 questions about physical therapy service environment, and 14 questions about patient satisfaction and intention to revisit. The detailed items in rehabilitation motivation consisted of 8 questions about task-oriented motivation, 7 questions about change-oriented motivation, 4 questions about obligatory motivation, 4 questions about external motivation, and 4 questions about intrinsic motivation, and in the physical therapy service environment, 4 questions about facility service and therapist service. , 6 questions, 4 questions about services used, 3 questions about friendliness, 4 questions about professionalism, 3 questions about treatment satisfaction, and 2 questions each about repeat visit and recommendation. Results : Facility service (r=.21) was highly correlated for task-oriented motivation, therapist service (r=.22) for change-oriented motivation, therapist service (r=.31) for mandatory motivation, therapist service (r=.19) for external motivation, and facility service (r=.56) for internal motivation. Revisit for task-oriented motivation (r=.47) is kind to change-oriented motives (r=-.13) was highly correlated with kindness (r=.19) for mandatory motives, recommendation (r=.14) for external motives, and expertise (r=.52) for internal motives. There was a high correlation between professionalism (r=.61) for facility services and kindness (r=.53) for therapist services, and revisit (r=.40) for service use. Conclusion : According to the results of this study, it was found that there was a correlation between patient satisfaction and rehabilitation motivation in a physical therapy environment.

농촌주민의 정주여건 인식과 생활만족도의 관계 분석 - 전라북도 농촌지역을 대상으로 - (Relation Analysis between the Settlement Condition and Life Satisfaction for Rural Residents - Focusing on Jeollabukdo -)

  • This study of the living environment for rural residents to identify the relationship between perception and satisfaction are as. Jeollabukdo rural residents survey and SPSS 18.0 statistical program utilizes improvement of rural environment and living conditions were discussed. The main analysis results are summarized as follows. First, rural residents use the facility convenience and accessibility, economic burden, there was a tendency to recognize the important, good natural environment or their children / relatives for the distance was a low awareness. Second, the location and land a job for men, the women have a higher awareness of the use of public transportation inclination showed less than 50 age group showed higher awareness. Third, the rural living environment of residents' satisfaction with 3.544, and overall satisfaction with village life showed a high propensity men have higher satisfaction than women. Finally, the living environment for the perception and satisfaction with the relationship between residential stability and economic awareness of a higher living environment was found that high satisfaction. These findings further improve the rural environment, improve satisfaction in that you can plan the basis for an effective strategy can be. More sustainable in the future, including the analysis of various parameters in progress by being linked to policy measures that will be provided.

지식산업센타 입주자 만족 요인 연구 -자가입주/임대입주 및 입주기간별 고객특성그룹 중심으로- (A Study on the Effect of Customer Satisfaction Factors by Customer Characteristic Group)

  • 본 연구는 지식산업센타 입주자 고객의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인, 즉 접근성요인, 제도적요인, 경제적요인, 주변환경요인, 사업요인, 시설요인 등이 입주자의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 연구결과는 입주자 고객 전체그룹에서는 주변환경요인을 제외한 나머지 요인 전부가 만족에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 접근성과 경제적 요인이 상대적으로 높은 영향을 보였다. 입주자 특성에 따른 입주자 특성 그룹별 분석(자가/임대 : 2개 그룹, 입주기간 5년 미만그룹, 5년~10년 그룹, 10년 이상 : 3그룹 등 5개 특성그룹)에서는 접근성이 4개 그룹에서 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 또한 경제적요인과 사업, 제도, 시설 등의 요인은 각 특성 그룹에서 다양하게 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 입주자의 만족에 미치는 영향은 회귀계수 0.20~0.27 범위내의 수준이었다. 본 연구결과에 따라 지식산업센터의 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 접근성을 우선적으로 고려하고 그 다음으로 입주자 특성 그룹별의 만족도 요인을 고려하는 전략이 필요하다.

변산반도국립공원의 탐방객 만족요인 및 예측모형 분석 (Satisfaction Factors and Determinants of Visitors in Byeonsanbando National Park, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 변산반도국립공원 탐방객들의 탐방 후 평가를 통하여 만족도, 만족요인과 예측모형을 분석하여 실질적인 공원관리의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 만족도 분석결과 내소사는 무분별한 취사행위, 불법포획 및 식물채취, 고성방가, 쓰레기 등, 격포는 혼잡도, 호객행위, 무분별한 이용, 잡상행위 등에 불만족하였다. 만족요인으로는 '이용자관리', '이용관리 I ' 요인이 내소사(65.1%)와 격포(68.4%)에서 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 만족도 예측모형에 있어서 내소사는 '경관자원의 훼손', '공원정보 부족', '혼잡도', '관리자의 친절 및 안내부족' 등이, 격포는 '경관자원의 훼손', '공원정보 부족', '잡상행위'. '숙박시설', '관리자의 친절 및 안내부족' 등의 순으로 만족도에 영향을 미치는 예측모형이 만들어졌다. 따라서 산악과 해안공원의 차별화된 관리기법이 요구되고, 관리전략이나 정책도 필요하지만 탐방객의 교육을 위한 제도적 장치가 필요하였다.

생태학습장 이용객의 지각된 성과에 의한 만족도 연구 (A Study on User Satisfaction by Perceived Performance of Ecological Learning Center)

  • An ecological learning center is defined as a place which can establish the correct relationship between human and environment. Human can learn ecosystem and importance of environment throughout observation of nature and participation in program of ecological learning center. The most important aspects of ecological learning center planning are to reflect on user's demand and preservation of ecosystem. The prime goals of this study is to analyze user's characteristics in the Young Wheol Mulmurigol Ecological Learning Center. The second goal of this study is to find out the satisfaction model based on user's perceived performance of each program and facility in the center. For this study, questionnaire survey with 204 individuals was completed. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed statistical method by SPSS. There are several significant results from the study as following First, this ecological learning center as a newly operating facility is used not for educational purpose but for resting and relaxation purpose. It is due to that the most of users in this center are package tourists with historic scenes. Second, user's perceived performance evaluated by 23 attributions of programs and facilities, and these attributions could be classified by 5 factors such as environment friendly design, educational function, preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top and provision of resting area. Third, the user satisfaction model indicates that user satisfaction is depended on various factors such as preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top, provision of resting area. Among these factor affecting the satisfaction, provision of various bio-top is the most influence on user satisfaction.
