The demand for stable plasma has been on the rise because of the increased delivery power amount in the chamber for improving productivity, and fast and accurate plasma impedance matching become a crucial performance measure for radio frequency (RF) power system in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In this paper, the overall impedance matching was understood, and voltage and current values were extracted with voltage - current (VI) probe to measure plasma impedance in real-time. Actual matching data were analyzed to derive calibration coefficient for V and I measurements to understand the characteristics of VI probe, and we demonstrated the tendency of RF impedance matching according to changes in load impedance. This preliminary empirical research can contribute to fast RF matching as well as advanced equipment control for the next level of detailed investigation on embedded system based-RF matching controller.

In this paper, we propose a new algorithm that can enhance the speed of template matching of hand vascular pattern person verification or recognition system. Various template matching algorithms have advantages in the matching accuracy, but most of the algorithms suffer from computational burden. To reduce the computational amount, with accuracy maintained, we propose following template matching scenario as follows. firstly, original hand vascular image is re-sampled in order to reduce spatial resolution. Secondly, reconstructed image is projected to vertical and horizontal direction, being converted to two one dimensional (1D) data. Thirdly, converted data is used to estimate spatial discrepancy between stored template image and target image. Finally, matching begins from where the estimated order is highest, and finishes when matching decision function is computed to be over certain threshold. We've applied the proposed algorithm to hand vascular pattern identification application for biometrics, and observed dramatic matching speed enhancement. This paper presents detailed explanation of the proposed algorithm and evaluation results.

본 연구는 영상정합의 주요 과정에 라이다데이터를 적용함으로서 정합과정의 효율성 및 결과의 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위한 전략 및 방법을 개발하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 영상정합은 정합대상객체를 선택하고, 이와 일치된 정합객체를 검색하며, 정합결과의 품질을 평가하는 과정으로 이루어진다. 본 연구는 이러한 영상정합의 각 과정에 라이다데이터를 적용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 제안된 방법을 중해상도 항공 디지털 영상과 이와 동시에 관측된 라이다데이터를 적용하여 실험하였다. 적용된 결과를 라이다데이터 대신에 가상의 수평면을 이용하는 기존의 방법과 대비하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 제안된 방법이 기존의 방법보다 향상된 성능을 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 현존하는 상업용 디지털영상정합자동화 프로그램의 정합성능을 개선하고, 영상정합의 결과를 라이다데이터와 결합하여 생성된 DEM의 품질을 제고하는 것에 기여한다.

In this paper, we develop the noninformative priors for the common shape parameter of several inverse Gaussian distributions. Specially, we want to develop noninformative priors which satisfy certain objective criterion. The probability matching priors and reference priors of the common shape parameter will be developed. It turns out that the second order matching prior does not exist. The reference priors satisfy the first order matching criterion, but Jeffrey's prior is not the first order matching prior. We showed that the proposed reference prior matches the target coverage probabilities in a frequentist sense through simulation study, and an example based on real data is given.

In this paper, we develop the noninformative priors for the product of different powers of k means in the exponential distribution. We developed the first and second order matching priors. It turns out that the second order matching prior matches the alternative coverage probabilities, and is the highest posterior density matching prior. Also we revealed that the derived reference prior is the second order matching prior, and Jeffreys' prior and reference prior are the same. We showed that the proposed reference prior matches very well the target coverage probabilities in a frequentist sense through simulation study, and an example based on real data is given.

Design works consist of essential works and subsidiary works. Essential design works means designing creative ideas and productive ideas, while subsidiary design works means helping essential works those are making data tables and specification sheets, checking CAD data's integrity. Subsidiary design works forms the bulk of the whole design process and affects the time limit of delivery. Therefore we propose the automatic data matching system for CAD data's integrity. Proposed system is automatic system supporting subsidiary design works. The data matching system consists of three parts; 1) automatic generation of data tables 2) supporting module for checking CAD data's integrity between Drawings 3) automatic generation of spec. sheets. Developed system was tested in LCD equipment manufacture company and was found to be useful system.

In this paper, we develop the reference and the matching priors for the reliability function of two-parameter exponential distribution. We derive the reference priors and the matching prior, and prove the propriety of joint posterior distribution under the general prior including the reference priors and the matching prior. Through the sim-ulation study, we show that the proposed reference priors match the target coverage probabilities in a frequentist sense.

We developed Jeffreys' prior, th reference priors and the first order matching priors. It turns out that the reference prior and Jeffreys' prior do not satisfy a first order matching criterion, and Jeffreys' pri the reference prior and the first order matching prior are different. Some simulation study is performed and a real example is given.
