This research points out the necessity of customized communication education for engineering students in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This paper also points out such problems of current communication education as presentation and discussion-focused 'Public Speech' exercises, absence of interests about social issues, and lack of interactive communication learning. In general, as the characteristics of their major education, engineering students are not aggressive in self-questioning and active communication rather than their sensitive reaction to the changes of the new era. Considering these characteristics of engineering students, this research emphasizes that future communication education should be deployed from the major-focused thinking to the development of convergent thinking, from the problem-solving to the problem-finding, and from the contentious thinking to the cooperative thinking. In addition, as a class design reflecting future trends, this research emphasizes, firstly the development of cooperative communication education model, secondly active utilization of SMART technology, and lastly the importance of customized-coaching for each student considering their own characteristics and requirements.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effect of spouses participating in health coaching on stage of the change, health behaviors, and physiological indicators among male office workers with cardiocerebrovascular disease (CVD) risk factors and compare the findings with trainers who provided health coaching only to workers. Methods: A quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design was used. Convenience sampling was used to recruit participants from a manufacturing research and development company in the city of Gyeonggi province. The health coaching program for the experimental group (n=26) included individual counseling sessions according to workers' stage of change, and provision of customized health information materials on CVD prevention to workers and their spouses for 12 weeks through mobile phone and email. Results: After 12 weeks of intervention, the total score for health behavior, and scores on the sub-areas of exercise and health checkups significantly improved in the experimental group, but there were no significant differences in the scores of stage of the change and physical indicators. The results of a paired t-test showed a significant decrease in the body mass index, abdominal circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol and triglyceride values, and a significant increase in the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol value in the experimental group after the intervention. Conclusion: To improve the health of male workers with CVD risk factors in the workplace, sharing health information with their spouses has proven to be more effective than health coaching for only workers. Therefore, it is important to develop strategies to encourage spousal participation when planning workplace health education for changing health-related behaviors.

This study analyze the certified management bodies for rural convergence industry promotion in Jeonnam province. The main results are as follows. Firstly, both certified management bodies and committee members are positive about the prospects of the 6^th industry, and they also agree on the need for 6^th Industrial accreditation system. Secondly, The 6^th industry affects "creation of value added" and "linked to regional agriculture." In other words, we can see that the 6^th industry can contribute to creating new values and linking regional agriculture. Finally, in order to foster certified management bodies for the 6^th industry, the management bodies put joint promotion, marketing and sales support on a priority basis, and was interested in supporting commercialization, such as on-site coaching, while the expert committee put priority on fostering the search for profit models, placing importance on supporting commercialization such as customized coaching.

This study explored the determinants of first job employment outcomes(employment status, salary, company size) of engineering college graduates using 2018 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) data. Independent variables were used as variables for personal characteristics, academic background, and job preparation efforts. The priorities and interactions between the factors determining employment outcomes were identified using the decision tree analysis. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the most important factor in determining the 'first job employment status' was 'exam preparation(public and private company, test for teacher recruitment)' among individual's job preparation efforts. Second, the most important factor in determining 'first job salary' was 'gender' among individual characteristics. Third, the most important factor in determining the 'first company size' was the experience of 'corporate job aptitude study' among individual's job preparation efforts. Based on the results of the analysis, suggestions for establishing customized career development strategies for engineering college students were presented.

본 연구에서는 최근 정부주도로 학력이 아닌 직무능력 중심의 블라인드 채용문화를 확산시키고 있는 흐름을 반영하고, 기존 서류 중심의 온라인 채용 프로세스의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 원격 온라인 인력 채용을 위한 새로운 동영상 면접시스템 구조 설계안을 제안하고 이를 기반으로 시작품 개발 및 성능실험을 통해 효용성을 검증하고자 하였다. 제안하는 원격 동영상 면접시스템은 맞춤형 잡 매칭 및 원격 잡 코칭이 가능하도록 지능형 웹 기술을 융합하여 설계하였고, 이를 통해 구인기업의 채용비용 및 구직자의 기회비용이 절감될 수 있도록 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 설계 사양 및 시작품 개발 결과를 바탕으로 향후 공공 및 민간 채용시장에서 필요한 온라인 면접시스템 기술로서 상용화된다면 능력 중심 채용문화 정착을 위한 실용적인 온라인 채용 솔루션으로 활용이 기대될 수 있다.

This study focusses on the development of a motion-sensing smart leggings prototype with the help of a module that monitors motion using a fiber-type stretch sensor. Additionally, it acquires data on Electrocardiogram (ECG), respiration, and body temperature signals, for the development of smart clothing used in online exercise coaching and customized healthcare systems. The research process was conducted in the following order: 1) Fabrication of a fiber-type elastic strain sensor for motion monitoring, 2) Positioning and attaching the sensor, 3) Pattern development and three-dimensional (3D) design, 4) Prototyping 5) Wearability test, and 6) Expert evaluation. The 3D design method was used to develop an aesthetic design, and for sensing accurate signal acquisition functions, wearability tests, and expert evaluation. As a result, first, the selection or manufacturing of an appropriate sensor for the function is of utmost importance. Second, the selection and attachment method of a location that can maximize the function of the sensor without interfering with any activity should be studied. Third, the signal line selection and connection method should be considered, and fourth, the aesthetic design should be reflected along with functional verification. In addition, the selection of an appropriate material is important, and tests for washability and durability must be made. This study presented a manufacturing method to improve the functionality and design of smart clothing, through the process of developing a prototype of motion-sensing smart leggings.

본 연구는 인문계열 학생들에게 생소하고 어려운 프로그래밍 교육의 효과적인 학습이 가능하도록 비교과프로그램 운영을 통한 학습의 효과성을 살펴보고자 한다. 인문계열 학생들 A학과와 B학과 70명 대상으로 한 학기 수업을 통해 수집된 학습관련 데이터와 창의융합 앱개발 공모전 비교과프로그램 활동을 통해 수집한 데이터, 설문지를 바탕으로 분석한 결과 비교과프로그램 활동이 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교육과정 참여 전후에 실시한 학생들의 핵심역량 진단 검사결과는 교육과정 참여 후 핵심역량이 A학과와 B학과 모두 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비교과프로그램 활동이 개인의 역량 증진에 도움이 됨과 동시에 은둔형 학생들에게 맞춤지도를 하여 학업성취도 향상을 기대할 수 있다고 본다. 향후 수업진행시 일반적인 앱개발보다는 전공과 관련된 앱을 개발할 수 있도록 학과별 맞춤지도를 하여 전공분야와 융합하여 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력, 컴퓨팅적 사고력, 창의적 사고력 향상을 기대해 본다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions and educational needs of the university faculties in charge of capstone design courses. To achieve the purpose of this study, the 100 questionnaires collected from the faculties nationwide with teaching experience in capstone design courses were analyzed using descriptive statistics analysis, the Borich needs assessment model, and the Locus for focus model. The faculties perceived the importance of their roles in the following order: coaching students, providing opportunities for students to show their abilities, motivating and encouraging, and building trusting relationships with students. The biggest challenges that the faculties perceived in capstone design classes were the lack of university-industry collaboration and project execution time. In the analysis of the needs for the capstone design process, the research results showed that team-building, core task development and analysis, deriving problem-solving ideas, building prototypes, and comprehensive reflection ranked the top priorities. This study is expected to help the design of the courses and the development of customized faculty support programs by analyzing the faculties' perceptions and needs for capstone design classes.

본 연구에서는 신체활동 모니터링이 가능한 스마트 의류와 연동되는 스마트 피트니스 콘텐츠와 관련하여 실용성을 갖춘 소비자 맞춤형 스마트 콘텐츠 개발 기획 연구의 일환으로, 타겟소비자의 잠재적 수요를 반영한 셀프트레이닝 지원용 스마트 피트니스 콘텐츠 개발의 구체적인 구현방향을 탐색하였다. 그 결과, 스마트 피트니스 콘텐츠에 대한 잠재적 수요는 시간 경과의 순서에 따라 '운동시작 전'의 단계에서는 '사용 접근성', '흥미유도', '다각적 스토리라인'의 범주어가 도출되었고, '운동수행 중'의 단계에서는 '실시간 음성코칭', '정확한 운동자세 모니터링', '개인 맞춤형 운동처방'이 도출되었다.'운동 직후'의 단계에서는 '실질적 보상제도', '등급제도', '체형변화 모니터링', '일상생활 모니터링'이 도출되었고, '다음 운동으로 연결'의 단계에서는 '동기유발', '높은 지속성' 이 도출되었다.

동계스포츠는 레저인구의 확대와 함께 국내 및 국제수준의 대회가 자주 개최됨에 따라 수요자 중심의 스포츠 정보가 더욱 필요해지고 있다. 특히 기상 및 환경정보는 동계스포츠대회를 조직체는 물론이고 직접 진행을 하는 경기운영요원 및 지도자와 선수 모두에게 필수적인 요소가 되고 있다. 이 연구는 동계 스포츠 설상 종목을 4개의 종목군으로 그룹화하여 각 그룹별 기상 및 환경정보에 의해 경기운영 및 경기력을 위한 제고하는 중요성 요인이 무엇인가를 구명(究明)하는데 목적이 있었다. 이 연구는 질적연구방법에 의해 이루어졌으며, 11명의 동계스포츠 관련자들이 유목적적 표집법(purposeful sampling)에 의해 정보제공자로서 선정하였다. 심층면담(in-depth interview)을 통해 얻은 자료는 내용분석(content analysis)과 함께 유형화(categorizing)과정으로 분석되었다. 이러한 과정을 통해 얻은 결론은 동계 스포츠경기를 위해 종목별 특화된 기상 및 환경정보 요소들에 의해 경기운영과 경기력에 중요하게 고려해야 하는 요인들이 구명하였다. 이는 동계스포츠 특성에 맞는 세분화된 정보를 제공하여 정보수요자의 활용과 정보재생산의 의미를 갖는다.
