This study aims to understand the importance of commercialization of research and development projects and examines key factors that allow successful technology transfer and commercialization. Given the characteristics of the railway research project, and assuming that R&D input factors would vary depending on the technology readiness level and the degree of research convergence, this study analyzes the moderating effect of each R&D input factor on technology transfer and commercialization to determine their eventual impact. Through this study, it was found that it was necessary to proceed to technology transfer and commercialization of the national research and development projects via strategic workforce composition and allocation of research funding given the subjects and development goals of R&D projects.

The purpose of this research is to verify the importance of the relationship between the competency of the project manager of a consulting recipient company that can significantly influence the consulting achievement, the ethical attitude of the consultant, and the consulting project achievement. The results of this research are summarized as follows. The results of this study verified that the competency of the project manager from the consulting recipient company contributed to the ethical attitude of the consultant, the ethical attitude of the consultant positively affected the consulting achievement, and the support of the CEO of the consulting recipient company helped regulate the relationship between the competency of the project manager and the consulting achievement.

In this study, the evaluation index was developed to design the project evaluation model, and the weight was given through the AHP survey. project was evaluated for the first time by using the designed evaluation model for the field appraisal. As a result, it was revealed that the weight of the propriety index of the participant effect and the project content was the highest among 20 indexes. This study is significant in having built a base on which the evaluation system could be stabilized, by developing the integrative project evaluation model of . However, we have yet to adequately address the evaluator's acceptability and efficacy in evaluating indicators. The validity and continuity of the evaluation model will be secured through this.

Modern company faces an uncertain future and a competitive environment and are seeking new technologies and creative products to ensure the corporate growth and survival in the market through continuous innovation. "University Industry Cooperation(UIC)" is a point of contact for overcoming the crisis faced by companies and universities in this era and a cooperation platform for mutual prosperity. As a subsidiary of a university, "Technology Holding Company(THC)" is attracting attention as a new window for UIC in Korea. The role of THC is to establish and foster the business opportunities of their subsidiaries and to return investment profits to the university ecosystem again. But recently, the life cycle of technology is getting shorter, and the development cost is steadily increasing. In particular, with the increase of hybrid projects based on convergence and combination, the risk of conducting research(R&D) and new product development(NPD) projects is gradually increasing. A PMO refers to a project management organization that can contribute to improving the success rate of projects with increasing uncertainty by supporting project visibility and appropriate decision-making. The purpose of this study is to raise a research question on whether THC's corporate performance can be improved when "Project Management System(PMO Service)" is introduced into the subsidiary incubation system of THC. This study proposes several research methods to identify the relationship between the introduction of PMO and the corporate performance of THC.

The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation tool for selecting new projects for R&D project planning level of K Research Institute. For this purpose, items and questions for R&D project selection evaluation were developed based on the CIPP model and previous studies on selection evaluation and evaluation indicators for research project evaluation, and then two Delphi surveys were conducted. The developed evaluation tool was surveyed by 13 experts to verify contents validity ratio, convergence and consensus. The finally selected evaluation tool for R&D project planning consisted of 21 questions in 8 items, including 5 questions for context evaluation, 2 questions for input evaluation, 8 questions for process evaluation, and 6 questions for product evaluation. The evaluation tool developed will contribute to the solution of problems in the bottom-up planning process and to the improvement of the planning competence of the researchers. It will also contribute to improve the consistency and efficiency of evaluation during the selection process.

The case of Dance Chang-jak-san-shil, a dance performance support project linked to digital media, was analyzed from the perspective of liveness. The purpose was to examine the limitations of the liveness and to suggest ways to overcome them. The research case was focused on the factors of the time and space and audience (the sharing of field and acceptance experience) of the creative production room that supports works based on the creativity of dance performances. As a result, active SNS for accessibility of performing arts, expansion of access to art through the use of teaching media of art education through archiving, multi-dimensional access and provision for inducing audience participation and creative appreciation in one-way digital media transmission, provision of copyright protection devices, and audience to enter offline. As a long-term strategy for the future of the performing arts field, I would like to present the need for a change in the communication with the audience and experimental works that combine art and technology.

This study was conducted to identify the oral function problems of workers according to Korean Standard Classification of Occupations (KSCO) and to provide evidentiary material to promote them to revise the Occupational Safety and Health Act so that workers can benefit from the collective oral healthcare project. For the research materials, it was used the 7th raw data (1st and 2nd) of National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. It was examined the problems of chewing and speaking for the workers over 19 years old by KSCO. The connection between the types of workers and the problems of chewing and speaking has been confirmed (p<0.05). In order to improve the workers' oral healthcare, the collective oral healthcare project should be implemented. Therefore, the Occupational Safety and Health Act should be revised to hire professional health care manager with expertise, who will be host of the collective oral healthcare project.

The goal of this paper is the presenting method that is based on the NCS-Based Competency Curriculum to use for teaching leadership education in petty officer area. The leadership education under NCS-Based Competency Curriculum is developing the overall usage of individual competency with varied knowledge and experience. The leadership education for potential petty officers is formed with four steps. At the first step, a check of personal competency. For the second step, designing a project format and setting a direction of the leadership curriculum. For the third step, a consolidation of theoretical and background knowledge through the project and presenting a training experience of problem analysis and resolution. For the fourth step, showing a result of the leadership education with another competency check. The leadership education under the NCS-Based Competency Curriculum is an essential way to develop leadership to the students who are participating petty officer education program at the college level. Finally, this research paper shows its research limitation and a way of hereafter research.

This paper aims at developing IT convergence robot education contents using open hardware-based GoGo Board and presenting three cases that were applied into educational settings with elementary and middle school students. Several types of data for their activities were collected: photos, work output, survey data, video data and interview with robot teacher and students. Each student experienced building up a GoGo Bumper Car with touch sensors attached at front and back sides and figuring out the principle of digital board control and operating of electronic devices by sensing. The participants, in the following phases, conducted domino chain-reaction with GoGo Bumper Cars and acquiring GoGo Driving Licence by driving test on three different road maps. Students in a gifted education program creatively implemented their own ideas as part of robotic art. The result of case analysis showed that the proposed project provides students not only intimacy for technology, fun, concentration but her own empowerment for developing ideas and creative implementation.

In this study, the hydraulic characteristics variation of flood level caused by tree-planting condition in channel section is evaluated through the examination and analysis of back water characteristics in a natural channel within urban area where the improvement is completed. The study channel is Sinchun runs through the center of Taegu metropolitan city. For the analysis, the comparative examination of runoff characteristics depend on tree- planting condition performed for the flood level of the most upstream point, and velocity of study channel when the project flood flows according to three cases that existing channel is improved to the pro-natural channel, the roughness condition of both riverside highlands is changed, and the composition rate of trees in the riverside highlands is changed. It is known that the variation ranges of the flood level increase remarkably in general, and of the velocity decrease from the result of the examination for the hydraulic characteristics parameters at the most upstream point depend on the tree-planting condition of the channel section when the project flood flows. From the results of the above study on the variation of the hydraulic characteristics according to the tree-planting condition in channel section, it is known that the hydraulic characteristics when the project flood flows in channel have close relationship with the section properties and the slope of channel.
