우리는 먼저 Principal G-bundle와 성질을 살피고 representation of G over C를 irreducible CG-space의 direct sum으로 표시하여 Schur's Lemma를 이용하면 E가 임의의 CG-space, ${\sigma}E=Hom_c(E{\sigma},E)$라 할 때 ${\oplus}_{\sigma}(E_{\sigma}{\otimes}{\sigma}E){\rightarrow}E$ 가 G-ismorphism이 됨을 알아본다. 본 논문의 목적은 이러한 결과를 이용하여 K(X)와 $K_G(X)$의 관계를 구명하는데 있다.

In this paper we considered the problem of estimating the bivariate survival distribution of the random vector (X, Y) when Y may be subject to random censoring but X is always uncensored. Adapting conditional Koziol-Green model, simplified estimator for bivariate survival function is proposed. We perform simulation to compare the proposed estimator with popular estimators and discussed the performance of it.

For a non-degenerate symmetric bilinear form $\sigma$ on a finite dimensional vector space E, the Jordan algebra of $\sigma$-symmetric operators has a symmetric cone $\Omega_\sigma$ of positive definite operators with respect to $\sigma$. The cone $C_\sigma$ of elements (x,y) \in E \times E with \sigma(x,y) \geq 0$ gives the compression semigroup. In this work, we show that in the sutomorphism group of the tube domain over $\Omega_\sigma$, this semigroup has a UDL and Ol'shanskii decompositions and is exactly the compression semigroup of $\Omega_sigma$.

Let(E, q) ${\in}$ Q(A) and $E=E_1{\bot}{\cdots}{\bot}E_t$ be an orthogonl decomposition of E with $t{\geq}2$ and $rk(E_i){\geq}1$, for $i=1,{\cdots},t$. Let $x{\in}E$ be a primitive vector. Then there exists ${\sigma}{\in}O(q)$ such that ${\sigma}(x)$ is transversal to this decomposition.

In the unified field theory(UFT), in order to find a solution of the Einstein's equation it is necessary and sufficient to study the torsion tensor. The main goal in the present paper is to obtain, using a given torsion tensor (3.1), the complete representation of a particular solution of the Einstein's equation in terms of the basic tensor $g_{{\lambda}{\nu}}$ in even-dimensional UFT $X_n$.

In the present paper, we characterize, for a class of almost Kenmotsu manifolds, those that admit quasi Yamabe solitons. We show that if a (k, 𝜇)'-almost Kenmotsu manifold admits a quasi Yamabe soliton (g, V, 𝜆, 𝛼) where V is pointwise collinear with 𝜉, then (1) V is a constant multiple of 𝜉, (2) V is a strict infinitesimal contact transformation, and (3) (£_Vh')X = 0 holds for any vector field X. We present an illustrative example to support the result.

In order to develope baculovirus expression vector system, we constructed new transfer vector of nuclear polyhedrosis virus of the silkworm, Bombyx mori. The promoter region containing only adenine of translation start codon of polyhedrin gene was cloned by polymerase chain reaction technique. And the 5' and 3' leader regions of polyhedrin gene was sequentially cloned. The polyhedrin coding gene was deleted from the ＋2 to the ＋597 position. As the result, we constructed new transfer vector which has EcoRI, SacI and KpnI sites for the cloning sites of foreign gene. New transfer vector was named as pBmKSKl. Escherichia coli $\beta$-galactosidase gene as foreign gene was inserted into pBmKSKl, under the control of the polyhedrin promoter and expressed in B. mori cells. The result showed that the new transfer vector pBmKSK1 is functional.

The proposed paper extracts the region of interest from the x-lay input image and compares it with the reference image. The x-ray image has the same shape, but the size, direction and position of the object are photographed differently. In this way, we measure the erection difference of darkness and darkness using the similarity measurement method for the same object. Distance measurement also calculates the distance between two points with vector coordinates (x, y, z) of x-lay data. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of ROI extraction and the reference image matching time is more efficient than the conventional method.

A transcriptionally active fragment $(P_{19})$ isolated by utilizing the promoter-probe shuttle vector pSK1Cat was analyzed. By subcloning analysis, the 180 bp region $(P_{180})$ responsible for the activity was determined. Transcriptional fusion of the C. glutamicum metX gene to $P_{180}\;(P_{180}-metX)$ resulted in a 24-fold increase in MetX activity in a complex medium, while a 13-fold increase was observed with the $P_{tac}$ promoter. Additionally, the expression conferred by $P_{180}$ was not affected by methionine added to the growth medium, suggesting that the $P_{180}$ clone is useful for the deregulated expression of biosynthetic genes in C. glutamicum during amino acid fermentation. Introduction of $P_{180}-metX$ into a lysine-producing C. glutamicum resulted in the production of methionine to 0.8 g/l.
