Evaluation Indicators for Learning Company Participating Work-Study Parallel Program (일학습병행 학습기업 평가지표)

  • The Work-Study parallel program has been promoted as a key policy to resolve the mismatch between industrial sites and school education and realize a competency-centered society, and as of December 2022, 16,664 companies participated in the training. Learning companies play a very important role as education and training supply organizations that conduct field training. In this study, for the evaluation of learning companies participating in work-study program, the authors derive important factors that determine the quality of on-site education and training by analyzing the cognitive structure of experts in charge of the company and present evaluation indicators for learning enterprises. Therefore, it is intended to lay the foundation for promoting the quality of work-study parallel program.

  • In this paper, I propose double parallel manipulator for machining work. And I derive an kinematics by combining the kinematics of the central axis and the kinematics of the link train of linear actuator. The Jacobian of the central axis and the Jacobian of the link train of the linear actuators are induced by a motor algebra and they are combined to an entire Jacobian matrix to transform the velocity of the end effector to those of linear actuators. And then this paper presents the development of control system and user interface program for machining work.

  • This study includes the possibility of organizing courses that can accommodate both NCS-based and course-based qualifications program in terms of contracting departments operating a college-based work and study in parallel system, examining and comparing differences between the two qualifications. Based on the case study of mechanical design engineer based on the job of machine design, curriculum that meets both composition regulation is developed. The author predicts future operational differences and problems and suggests several ways to overcome them. In conclusion, a few words have been added to modify the composition regulations to help the professional educational institute that simultaneously operates a work parallel system and a course evaluation type as to develop the field-oriented curriculum minimizing the gap between provider-centered education and consumer-centered qualifications, and maximizing the performance of training and education.

  • This study aims to establish an evaluation model by quantifying the evaluation index as a follow-up study to the development of evaluation index for work-study parallel learning companies. An evaluation model was established by verifying the 2nd level components based on the quantitative factors of the learning company, the qualitative factors, the competency factors of the person in charge, and the competency factors of the learning workers, which are the highest-level components derived from previous study. For the evaluation of a learning company, an AHP survey was conducted with experts in charge of the company consulting to derive important factors that determine the quality of on-site education and training, and the evaluation model of the learning company was completed and grouped by calculating the weight between evaluation items proceeded. Work-study parallel program was promoted as a key policy to resolve the mismatch between industrial sites and school education and realize a competency-centered society, and as of December 2022, 16,664 companies participated in the training. Learning companies play a very important role as education and training supply organizations that conduct field training. It is expected that the support and consulting plan for each level of learning companies according to the evaluation model presented in this study will be used as basic data to improve the quality of work-study parallel program.

  • This study suggests the direction of management theory education in business administration under the university-linked program of Korean work and study in parallel policy. As a social science, business education is essentially to cultivate people of talent capable of making the right decisions in the social phenomenon (business practices) rather than educate skills for solving a specific issue. At the same time, the parallel system is aimed at cultivating talented people who can work practically in the real field. Therefore, practical education and theoretical education should be linked organically, and the theoretical education should be layered. Also, management education should be guaranteed to be timely and cultivate fusion thinking. Based on this background, this study is expected to contribute to the upgrading of the parallel system and education level in the future by reviewing the curriculum of the business administration department of domestic universities.

A Study on the Reasons for Participation in the Training of the Work-Learning Parallel Program (중소기업 일·학습병행제의 훈련 참여 이유에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, parallel work-learning training, which was started in 2013 as a pre-employment promotion policy, is an important factor that determines the success or failure of training. As a time when various institutional supplementation is needed to encourage company participation, this study is to identify the factors of participation of companies participating in work-learning parallel. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted of companies participating in parallel work-learning in Chungnam, and the results were analyzed using the structural equation model. As a result of the study, the reason for the company's participation in parallel work-learning was firstly, 84% of government subsidy received education and training expenses. Second, 66% of workers were able to pay less than regular workers, and thirdly, it was easy to hire new employees in the field. 26%, 17% of them were invited by acquaintances for no particular reason. Therefore, the study suggests that participation in the work-learning parallel training contributes to the management costs, management of employee turnover, and human resource development. In future research, it is necessary to subdivide tests and estimates by conducting studies on regions, occupations, gender, wages, and years of service in Korea.

  • In the present study a domain decomposition scheme using the substructuring method is developed for the computational efficiency of the finite element analysis of metal forming processes. in order to avoid calculation of an inverse matrix during the substructuring procedure, the modified Cholesky decomposition method is implemented. As obtaining the data independence by the substructuring method the program is easily paralleized using the Parallel Virtual machine(PVM) library on a work-station cluster connected on networks. A numerical example for a simple upsetting is calculated and the speed-up ratio with respect to various number of subdomains and number of processors. The efficiency of the parallel computation is discussed by comparing the results.

The Influences of the Refrigerant Adulteration by an Absorbent on the Cooling Capacity and COP of the Absorption Chiller (흡수식 냉동기에서 흡수액이 증발기로 혼입시 냉각용량과 성능계수에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the present work is to investigate the influence of the refrigerant adulteration by LiBr solution on the cooling capacity and COP for three different types of abso게tion chillers: a single-effect type, a series-flow double-effect type and a parallel-flow with double-effect type. A simulation program has been prepared for the cyclic analysis of absorption chillers. With some assumptions, the calculations have been performed by solving the mass balance equation, energy balance equation and the state equation simultaneously. The range of the LiBr concentration of refrigerant was 0% to 20% in the present study. For the single-effect absorption chiller, the maximum decrease in the cooling capacity was 10% at the 20% of LiBr concentration. For the double-effect chiller, the capacity was decreased by 11.1% for the parallel-flow type and the series-flow type. Also, the COP was reduced by 3.0% in single-effect, 2.8% in series-flow type (SR=0.4) and 2.3% in parallel-flow type.

  • As a kind of industry-university cooperation, the contract-based department for nurturing the employers that meets the needs of industrial society has started for about 20 years. In particular, interest in contract departments as part of the SMEs' human resource development support is increasing with the newly starting government, so it is expecting that the number of new contract departments will increase for the time being. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of each contract department according to the learner type and contract method, and to suggest procedures and considerations for the establishment of re-education-type and third party contract-type contract departments suitable for SMEs. In particular, the authors would like to present the case of K University for how to design the curriculum to create a virtuous cycle by harmoniously reflecting the position of the operating institution as a supplier and the requirements of many companies as consumers.
