Purpose: There has been a considerable increase in the number of women giving birth at advanced age. The genetic screening of such women is highly desirable. Clinical nurses, however, are not adequately trained to assist such clients. This study aims at identifying the educational needs of nurses in order for them to provide better care and treatment for such women. Methods: 206 South Korean clinical nurses participated in this study. Study variables were measured by nurses' attitudes toward terminating pregnancy (ATP), knowledge of prenatal genetic screening and diagnosis (K-PGSD), and information needs for prenatal genetic screening and diagnosis (I-PGSD). The statistical analysis included T-test, analysis of variance and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. Results: Mean scores were 34.57±5.73 for ATP, 16.44±3.04 for K-PGSD, and 78.81±10.95 for I-PGSD. The findings demonstrate that nurses have high information needs (I-PGSD) to take better care of women who have positive results from their amniocentesis tests. Conclusion: Information needs among clinical nurses are not currently being met. Education for nurses must include training in counseling to encourage patients' autonomous decision-making regarding their pregnancies.

최근까지 부동산 부분에 대한 전반적인 연구경향은 부동산시장 및 시장분석에 관한 논문이 중심을 이루었고, 부동산중개인의 직무능력 향상을 위한 교육프로그램개발에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 부족한 실정이었다. 따라서 본 연구는 충남지역(천안)을 중심으로 부동산 비즈니스 현장에서 경영활동 중인 부동산중개인을 대상으로 직무능력 향상을 위한 교육프로그램에 대한 니즈를 파악하기 위하여 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부동산중개인의 직무능력 향상을 위한 교육내용에 대한 설문에서는 응답자의 대다수가 부동산 권리관계분석 및 법적지식, 부동산경영 회계, 부동산마케팅, 부동산 정책의 이해 등이 절실하게 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 변화의 움직임은 진화하는 고객들의 욕구를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 최적의 대안이 교육훈련과정으로부터 발생됨을 인식하기 때문이라 하겠다. 둘째, 부동산마케팅 전략에 대하여 조사한 결과, 응답자의 대부분이 고객 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 새로운 형태의 마케팅전략이 필요함을 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 현상은 정보기술(Information Technology)등 패러다임 변화에 따라 인터넷 광고 등과 같은 새로운 형태의 마케팅 전략이 경영현장에서 요구되기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 산학연계를 통한 부동산관련 교육프로그램 필요성에 대하여 조사한 결과, 응답자 가운데 92%가 대학의 평생교육원에서 진행하고 있는 부동산 교육프로그램의 운영이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 또한 지역에 소재한 대학의 자원(resources)을 이용한 부동산중개인의 재학습 과정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이외에도 효과적이고 효율적인 교육프로그램을 위해서는 대학 평생교육원의 인적 자원(human resources)을 활용한 부동산중개인의 직무능력 향상을 위한 '부동산 계약학과' 형태의 교육훈련시스템 운영을 요구하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 부동산중개인의 직무능력 향상을 위해 정규과정에서 수강하고 싶은 교육내용의 순위를 조사한 결과, 부동산경영(44.2%)과 부동산마케팅(42.3%)부분이 빈도가 높게 나타났다. 이와 같은 응답결과는 부동산경영과 부동산마케팅 마인드를 통해 고객들의 니즈를 파악하려는 의지를 보여주는 것이라 하겠다. 경영지식의 습득을 위해서는 정규과정 형태의 교육프로그램 운영보다는 비정규과정 형태의 교육훈련 프로그램을 더욱 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 본 연구는 부동산중개인의 특성을 고려, 천안지역에서 부동산중개업을 운영하고 있는 대상만을 중심으로 표본을 추출하였다. 따라서 모집단을 보다 광범위하여 다양한 지역을 중심으로 조사할 필요가 있다. 천안지역 이외에도 부동산 비즈니스 활동이 활발하게 진행되고 있는 지역(평촌, 일산, 분당)과 부동산학을 전공하는 학부생과 대학원생들을 대상으로 부동산중개인의 직무능력 향상을 위한 니즈를 실증적으로 분석할 필요가 있다. 이를 통하여 부동산중개인들이 고객만족과 직무능력 향상을 위하여 필요로 하는 요인들을 측정함으로서 맞춤형 교육프로그램개발을 위한 정보를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통하여 측정된 직무능력 향상을 위한 교육프로그램개발 변수들은 대학의 부동산학 커리큘럼에 접목됨과 동시에 부동산학의 발전을 위한 실사구시적 정보(information)로 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

Objectives: Integrating retail and manufacturing enables limitless potential for food businesses, but also creates challenges for navigating within complex food safety regulations. From public health inspectors' (PHIs) perspective, this study aimed (1) to describe the characteristics of crossover businesses in Louisiana, and (2) to evaluate regulation awareness and food safety education needs for business owners and PHIs who inspect crossover businesses. Methods: A self-administered questionnaire was administered to Louisiana Department of Health PHIs using Qualtrics^®. A descriptive analysis was performed, focusing on the frequency of each item. Results: In total, 1774 retailers were conducting or planned to conduct specialized processes, while 552 food manufacturers were performing or planned to perform retail functions. Reduced oxygen packaging, the use of additives such as vinegar as a method of preservation, and smoking food as a method of preservation were observed by 62%, 36%, and 35% of the PHIs, respectively. The PHIs perceived crossover businesses as "not aware" or "somewhat aware" of the food safety regulations. The current food safety training level for these businesses was reported to range from "no training" to "some training but not sufficient." When asked for a self-assessment, the majority of PHIs reported themselves as being "familiar" with the variance requirement for specialized processing. Their confidence in inspecting crossover businesses, however, leaned towards "not confident" or "somewhat confident." Conclusions: To better guard public health, food safety training is needed for crossover food business owners, as well as PHIs, on regulations and conducting or inspecting specialized processes.

Purpose: New sports is a modified physical activity which is developed for participants to easily learn and play. This study is to analyze distribution channels and related strategies of Korea new sports and to discuss strategies for promoting Korea new sports, especially for two-two ball. Research design, data, and methodology: The study reviewed literatures including documents of Dae-Han two-two-ball association and new sports related research articles. Results: First, Dae-Han two-two-ball association has introduced two two ball to consumers via educational organizations such as schools and youth education sectors. Second, Dae-Han two-two-ball association has introducted two two ball to school teachers by teacher training sessions. Third, Dae-Han two-two-ball association has educated future instructors and provided certificates to them. Fourth, Dae-Han two two ball association has applied governmental projects and sought to promote domestic new sports. Finally, Dae-Han two two ball association has hosted national events every year for facilitating Korea new sports across nation. Conclusions: In conclusion, Korea new sports shoud be spread out by school teachers and educational organizations. Two-two ball association needs to develop a systematic educational and managerial process for training instructors. Finally, Two-two ball association needs to make opportunities of teacher training sessions. Future directions were discussed.

This is succeeding Study of 'A Study on the Basic Framework and Program Development for Establishment of Institutional Household Manager System -Focused on the Curriculum'. This study focused on the needs analysis of manager and user of institutional household. Data were collected by individual interview, from 47 managers and 84 users of institutional household in Seoul, Pusan & Kyungnam, Taegu & Kyungbuk province. The results were as follows; there were differences in the demands of manager and user of institutional household management, manager's needs of Institutional Household Manager lower than user, the manager of Domitory. Training Institute showed higher than Nursery School and Public Welfare Facilities.

Proper pre-safety training is one of core mandatory in order to reduce injuries at the construction fields. In this study, we investigate the employee's opinions of safety training, safety recognition, the actual conditions of safety through survey. As a result of study, incident factors are roughly divided into technical factor, managerial factor, and educational factor. We confirmed that the educational factor led by deficiency of safety awareness and knowledge was the major factor. It needs to be resettled or revised properly to match with the incident trends and the safety training curriculum should also be improved and drastically revised with special quality. The managerial workers' safety recognition is lower than the site ones regarding the correct understanding of the importance of the training.. It suggest that the education method and system in construction fields might have fundamental problems.

As the rapidly changing e-business environment and development of IT, it is difficult to predict appropriate demand and supply of human resources in e-business industry. Such problem causes the imbalance of needs in demand and supply and the difficulty of proving useful information about fostering necessary e-business human resource and so forth. This study present a manpower training plan in e-business industry by investigating e-business human resource in the market and by analyzing curriculums in selected universities. To achieve this objective, we conducted a survey study of e-business companies, educational organizations and workers. From the results of this study, we present the current status of e-business human resource market and the problems of past manpower training system, and provide recommendations. This study would help policy makers, the private companies and academic institutions in developing effective strategies for the e-Biz human resource sector.

This study analyzed with the case analysis of a series of processes from job analysis survey and results analysis, and academic achievement in order to transform the curriculum of existing courses of the NCS-based video broadcasting. Also this study analysed the existing curriculum and analyzed the trend of workforce trends and needs of the broadcasting content industry. Also through a needs analysis for the industry and alumni and students, video graphics, video editing and video directing were selected. In this paper it dealt mainly with respect to the video graphics in a dual job. Modeling capability into the unit through a job analysis, animation, effects and lighting were chosen accordingly based introduction of graphics and application of graphics were derived two courses and selected profiles and performance criteria. This training according to the NCS curriculum for students was evaluated based on the student's job was to investigate the learning ability.

본 연구는 수학교육 관련 교사 연수 현황을 분석하고 정책적 보완 방안을 모색하고 하였다. 이를 위해 16개 시도교육청으로부터 2010년, 2011년 수학교육 관련 교사 연수 현황 자료를 제출받아 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 시도교육청 연수 담당자 협의회를 통해 연수의 양적 질적 성장을 도모해야 하고, 연수대상자 특성에 적합한 맞춤형 연수 프로그램이 개발 보급되어야 하며, 필요한 경우 의무 연수와 같은 정부의 정책적 지원이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 타산업 근로종사자들에 비해 연구가 미비한 실정인 문화관광해설사들의 욕구가 직무 만족 및 지속의지에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 매슬로우의 욕구단계 이론을 토대로 구성된 설문지를 활용하여 2015년 8월 10일부터 9월 7일까지 충청북도와 전라남도 문화관광 해설사 교육프로그램에 참가한 해설사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 전체 200부 중 198부를 수거, 결측값이 존재하거나 불성실한 응답지 30부를 제외한 168부를 분석 자료로 활용하였으며, SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 문화관광해설사의 욕구 요인은 자아실현 사회적 안전 및 존경 생리적 욕구 등 4개 요인으로 도출되었다. 또한 자아실현 욕구와 사회적 욕구가 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족은 지속의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
