  • Molodtsov [5] introduced the concept of soft set as a new mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainties that is free from the difficulties that have troubled the usual theoretical approaches. In this paper we apply the notion of soft sets by Molodtsov to an implicative ideal of BCK-algebras. The notion of implicative soft ideals in BCK-algebras and implicative idealistic soft BCK-algebras is introduced, and related properties are investigated. Relations between implicative soft ideals and commutative (resp. positive implicative) soft ideals are discussed. Also, relations between implicative idealistic soft BCK-algebras and commutative (resp. positive implicative) idealistic soft BCK-algebras are provided.

  • Soft denture liners or conditioners may be valuable therapeutic materials. The life of these liners is short and varies, but it can be extended by the use of a mono-poly(polymethyl methacrylate coating material). This study determined whether coating three temporary soft denture liners with mono-poly affected the resiliency of soft liners, and evaluated the ability of mono-poly to prevent water absorption and alcohol loss from the underlying soft liners. $20{\times}12mm$ cylindrical specimens of Coe-Soft, Soft-Liner, Coe-Comfort soft lining materials were made and divided into two groups of mono-poly uncoated(control) and mono-poly coated specimens. Specimens were immersed in water and compressed on an instron universal testing machine and weighed at initial, 24 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks. Resiliency was determined by measuring the energy absorbed by the soft liners when stressed to a specific yield point. Mono-poly coating significantly increased the resiliency of the Soft-Liner, but had no effect on the other soft liners. Among the 3 soft liners, Soft-Liner showed the hightest resiliency and modulus of elasticity. The weight loss in Soft-Liner was the least among the 3 liners, and the weight loss in Coe-Soft was decreased by monopoly coating.

  • In this paper, we introduce the notions about int-soft mighty filters, int-soft n-fold mighty filters, and int-soft n-fold positive implicative filters of BE-algebras. We investigate their properties and provide conditions which have connecting relationship among int-soft filters, int-soft mighty filters, and int-soft positive implicative filters. Also, characterizations of int-soft n-fold mighty filters and int-soft n-fold positive implicative filters are provided in BE-algebras.

  • We initiate and introduce the notion of binary soft mapping, which is defined on collection of binary soft sets named as binary soft class over two initial universes U1 and U2 with fixed set of parameters. We also define and study the properties of binary soft images and binary soft inverse images of binary soft sets. Examples and counter examples are also given in support of presented properties. Moreover, these concepts are applied to the problem of medical diagnosis in medical expert systems.

  • In this paper, we introduce the concept of bipolar soft supra topological space and provide a characterization of the related concepts of bipolar soft supra closure and bipolar soft supra interior. We also establish a connection between bipolar soft supra topology and bipolar soft topology. Additionally, we present the concept of bipolar soft supra continuous mapping and examine the concept of bipolar soft supra compact topological space. A related result concerning the image of the bipolar soft supra compact space is proved. Finally, we identify the concepts of disconnected (connected) and strongly disconnected (strongly connected) space and derive several results linking them together. Relationships among these concepts are clarified with the aid of examples.

  • In this manuscript, we show that the equality relations of the two assertions (ix) and (x) of [Theorem 2.11, p.p.224] in [3] do not hold in general, by giving a concrete example. Also, we illustrate that Example 6.3, Example 6.7, Example 6.11, Example 6.15 and Example 6.20 do not satisfy a soft semi $T_0$-space, a soft semi $T_1$-space, a soft semi $T_2$-space, a soft semi $T_3$-space and a soft semi $T_4$-space, respectively. Moreover, we point out that the three results obtained in [3] which related to soft subspaces are false, by presenting two examples. Finally, we construct an example to illuminate that Theorem 6.18 and Remark 6.21 made in [3] are not valid in general.

  • The notion of int-soft implicative filters of a BE-algebra is introduced, and related properties are investigated. The problem of clas- sifying int-soft positive implicative by their γ-inclusive filter is solved. We provide conditions for a soft set to be an int-soft filter. We make a new int-soft implicative filter from old one.
