  • Purpose This study investigates the associations between SNS fatigue and stress of smartphone SNS, with SNS characteristics. The study focuses on two types of SNS characteristics: information and systems characteristics. We examine SNS stress factors that includes the communication and system overload. Design/methodology/approach To test the proposed hypotheses, the study conducted structural equation modeling with Smart PLS 3.0. The study conducted A sample of 286 participants was collected from SNS users. Findings The results indicated that the information relevance in the information characteristics had an effect on the communication overload, but it had not an effect on the system overload. The information accuracy had an effect on the communication and system overload. The app pace of change influenced the communication and system overload, but the app complexity influenced the system overload. Finally, the SNS stress showed significant relationship with SNS fatigue. The academic and managerial implications were discussed based on the this results.

  • Growing importance of online security on certification, many of the web-related security technology introduced day by day. Especially, using smart certificate (USIM) is recognized as one of the most safe and convenient method for the security of public certificate. The purpose of this study is to find the factors that affect the Intention of switching to smart certificate for the general public who use public certificate service. Based on migration theory, this study determined the relationship between pull factors, push factors and mooring factors which can affect the intention of switching to smart certificate. To empirically analyze the proposed hypothesis, the statistical analysis were conducted based on the response from 350 public certificate service users using SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 2.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, system quality, one of the pull factors has positive influence on perceived ease of use. On the other hand, the other pull factor, service quality has positive influence on both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Second, push factors, user experience and information security awareness have positive influence on perceived ease of use only. Third, mooring factor, switching cost does not have influence on switching intention while perceived usefulness has positive influence on. The results of this research can be used for whom has interest to the switching intention of public certificate service for online security and provide the proper understanding about smart certificate service mechanism.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the start-ups' quality management system implementation on differentiated competitive advantage and management performance, and to verify the effect of the moderating effect of company size between the quality management system implementation and differentiated competitive advantage. A questionnaire was conducted for start-ups and 259 samples were analyzed using SmartPLS 2.0. First, it was found that leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement have a positive effect on differentiated competitive advantage, and contexts of organization does not have a positive effect. Second, differentiated competitive advantage has a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance. Third, company size has a moderating effect in the relationship between leadership, support, operation, improvement and competitive advantage. The results of the study can be interpreted that the quality management system improves the quality of start-ups and has a positive effect on management performance. • We tried to do research on main views(risk and knowledge-based) and propose user knowledge as a factor to be managed in order to strengthen the performance. This study empirically analyzed the user-related and project management risk that affect the IT project performance, and verified user knowledge as a moderating variable. The survey was conducted for respondents who have experience on IT Project of public sector and data were analyzed by Smart PLS 3.0. The results show that low user-related and project management risks have a positive effect on performance. In addition, user knowledge has been shown to enhance the impact of two risks on performance. These findings are meaningful in that they emphasize the importance of user knowledge in public-sector IT projects, as well as the repeated verification of integrated research results.

  • The objective of this study is to devise and empirically validate a model in which information characteristics influence the success of SCM system as assessed by the Information Capabilities method. The four factors examined in this study include Information Quality, Operational Information Sharing, Strategic Information Sharing, Information Capabilities. The research model was analyzed by the structural equation modeling(SEM) technique, supported by SPSS 21 and SMART-PLS 2.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. The study confirmed the presence of positive influence of information quality on operational information sharing, strategic information sharing and IO. And, information sharing, as expected, had a significant impact on SCM performance as assessed by the IO method. A major contribution of the study is that it provides empirical evidence of the relationships that have been presumed to exist between information characteristics and information performance of SCM system. Also, the study provides both researchers and practitioners a solid foundation for future studies and practice for more successful implementation of SCM system.
