This study was conducted to suggest a start-up policy that includes start-up education and support for active seniors with various careers who try to change their careers before and after retirement. From this point of view, this study divided the factors affecting the entrepreneurial will of active seniors into entrepreneurship organizational and functional competency and identified the effect of these competencies on entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. In the proposed model, start-up competency is divided into organizational competency (leadership, creativity problem-solving, communication, decision-making) and functional competency (management strategy, marketing, business plan). And this study examined the mediating role of entrepreneurial efficacy in the relationship between entrepreneurial competency factors and entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, PLS-POS analysis was performed to uncover the heterogeneity and pattern in the proposed structural model. The survey was conducted with the help of an online survey company from November 27 to December 15, 2020 for the active senior age group from 40 to under 65 years old. Data were collected from a total of 433 panelists and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.3.7 programs. The findings are as follows. First, the finding shows that the entrepreneurial organizational and functional competencies of active seniors had significant positive(+) effects on entrepreneurial efficacy. Second, the result shows that entrepreneurial organizational and functional competencies of active seniors had significant positive(+) effects on entrepreneurial intention. Third, the findings show that entrepreneurship efficacy had a significantly positive(+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. The findings of PLS-POS show that entrepreneurship education needs to be carried out by identifying the needs that require entrepreneurial organizational and functional competency when training for entrepreneurship competency. In summary, the findings of the current study are to determine what the competency factors are for the government (local government) to increase the policy direction necessary for establishing and implementing entrepreneurship education and training programs to develop policies to enhance the economic activity participation rate of active seniors.

In this paper, the security behaviors and attitudes related with the personal information of teenagers were investigated using empirical data based on rational behavior theory and protection motivation theory. An experiment for teenagers was conducted on Excel and the statistical packages (i.e., SPSS 21.0 and SmartPLS2.0.M3) to see how self-efficiency, security attitude, security intention and individual innovation affect their security behaviors. The experimental results showed that the security behaviors and attitudes of teenagers between internet and information devices are closely related, and the social influences can affect personal self-efficacy and security attitudes. Finally, we can know that teenagers should recognize the importance of security and protect their personal information safely through continuous education and training so that they can be linked to security behaviors.

The Entrepreneur's individual characteristics such as challenge spirit, start-up capability, and market characteristics affect absorptive capacity and interorganizational network. And absorptive capacity and interorganizational network affect financial and non-financial business performance. As a result, it was found that young traders need to reinforce their individual characteristics, start-up capability, and interorganizational networks in order to improve business performance. Despite the limitations of existing security policies due to technological development, companies are unable to actively respond to changes by maintaining a closed security policy. This study classified information security policy into three types: regulatory type policy, advisory type policy, and informative type policy. For each classified policy type, the effect on the information security policy compliance behavior of organizational members was investigated by applying the extended theory of planned behavior, and the moderating effect of information security stress was investigated. SmartPLS 2.0 and SPSS 21.0, which are structural equation modeling techniques, were used to analyze the relationship affecting each factor. As a result of the study, regulatory type, advisory type, and informative type security policies affected organizational members' information security policy compliance behavior, and security stress had an effect on information security compliance attitudes and subjective norms on information security, which are prerequisites for planned behavior theory. gave. This study suggests that various types of corporate information security policies can be applied and that security stress can affect information security behaviors of members.

Second, flexibility positively influence performance of software company. Finally, change control to flexibility for low group of innovativeness is significantly larger than those for high group of innovativeness. But management review to flexibility for high group of innovativeness is significantly larger than those for low group of innovativeness. The results of this study will provide various implications on performance of software company.
This study aimed to provide basic data for oral health promotion in adults by analyzing causal relationships for oral health practice determinants. A total of 204 questionnaires obtained from adults living in Busan and Gyeongnam area were analyzed to verify the study model with the Smart PLS v2.0 M2 software. Among oral health belief factors, the severity of and susceptibility to oral disease and benefit of oral care behavior affected oral health-related self-efficacy. The self-efficacy on ordinary oral health care behavior significantly affected overall oral health practice. The severity of and susceptibility to oral disease and benefit of oral disease prevention behavior affected toothbrushing habit and oral examination and training through toothbrushing-related self-efficacy. Therefore, the increased oral health-related self-efficacy through strategic efforts, including various training media development, with improved awareness of oral health belief by continuous oral health care program development will lead to continuous oral health practice in adults.
Most of the preceding studies related to Internet Primary banks are studies on laws, regulations, and expected effects of introduction, and studies on financial consumers' intention to switch to financial services are insufficient. Apply to the PPM(Push-Pull-Mooring)theory to find out the factors that influence financial consumers' intention to switch services from commercial banks to Internet Primary banks. A survey was conducted service users, 1st-order and 2nd-order factor analysis were performed using Smart PLS 3.0. As a result, it was confirmed that the Pull, Push and Mooring had a positive (+) effect on the Intention to Switch, and the Mooring, which is a moderating variable, did not have a moderating effect on the Intention to Switch of the Push and the Pull. The scope of application of the PPM theory, which was used in the service conversion research, was extended to Fintech services, and it can provide various practical useful implications, such as the strategy and spread of Internet Primary banks, and it will be used in various studies to study consumer attitudes.
This study analyzed the effect of consumer psychological mechanism through ESG activities based on the importance of ESG in the market environment. With regards to this, 252 copies of survey data were collected subjecting consumers, and the hypothesis of this study was verified using Smart PLS 3.0 and SPSS 25.0. According to the results of data analysis, the results revealed that (1) Society and governance had a positive effect on psychological distance among ESG factors. (2) Psychological distance had a positive effect on purchase intention. (3) There was a difference in the effect of ESG activities and psychological distance according to the level of product involvement, but there was no difference in the effect of psychological distance on purchase intention. ESG is important from a consumer perspective through this study. And it was also confirmed that consumer perspective was different according to the level of involvement. Although previous research has mainly focused on the investor perspective, this study was analysed on ESG activities and consumer behavioral intentions. Therefore, it is expected to lay the foundation from a marketing perspective on ESG for subsequent researchers.
RPA is implemented through management policy and enforced in mandatory environments to enhance performance and efficiency in various fields. However, the success of RPA implementation depends on the level of active engagement from organization members, even in a mandatory setting. This study identifies perceived ease of use, usefulness, accountability, perceived risk, and self-efficacy as variables that influence conative use behavior, which consists of reflective secondary factors such as immersion, reinvention, and learning. Data was collected from 207 office workers in various industries who have experience with RPA to test the proposed research model. The structural equation was verified using SPSS 20.0 and SmartPLS 4.0, and the analysis showed that all the proposed variables had a significant impact on conative use behavior. Our research findings provide theoretical and practical implications in knowledge management, enabling companies that implement RPA to recognize and address factors that encourage their members to actively use RPA.
