미용전공 중국유학생의 셀프리더십이 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Leadership on Academic Self-Efficacy of Chinese Students in Beauty Major)

  • 본 연구는 미용전공 중국유학생의 셀프리더십과 학업적 자기효능감의 관계를 파악하고, 학업적 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2019년 7월~10월까지 미용전공 중국유학생 440명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용해 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과는 미용전공 중국유학생의 셀프리더십의 하위요인인 행동지각 및 의지와 건설적 인지는 자기효능감의 과제난이도선호와 자기조절효능감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 미용전공 중국유학생의 행동지각 및 의지, 건설적 인지수준을 높인다면 미용 전공 중국유학생들이 전공지식과 전문실력을 갖추는 데 있어 도움이 될 수 있으며, 특히 대학교육에서 중국유학생들을 대상으로 셀프리더십에 대한 이해와 전략을 융합한 체계적인 교육 프로그램을 제공할 필요성이 있다.

미용분야 종사자의 직업소명이 직무만족과 자기계발에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the vocation of beauty worker on job satisfaction and self-development)

  • The survey targeted 270 men and women in their from their 20s-50s who live in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the vocation of beauty worker on job satisfaction and self-development. The questionnaire was administered from January 5th to March 10th, 2020, and 243 responses were used for statistical analysis. 27 unanswered or unfaithful questionnaires were disregarded. Using SPSS WIN 21.0 was applied for statistical processing. First, the data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, and reliability verification, For validity verification, one-way variance analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis were used. The results of this study are as follows. First, upon examining the hypothesis that vocation has a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction, a significant positive (+) influence was shown, and it was found that it was determined vocation is an important factor in job satisfaction for beauty industry professionals. Second, upon examining the hypothesis that vocation has a positive (+) effect on self- development, a significant positive (+) correlation was found between the self-development of beauty industry professionals and job satisfaction. Third, upon examining the hypothesis that occupational vocation has a positive (+) effect on self- development, a significant positive (+) correlation was shown between self-development and job satisfaction of beauty industry professionals.

  • 본 연구는 미용전공 중국유학생의 셀프리더십과 학업적 자기효능감 사이에서 자기주도학습의 매개효과를 확인하고, 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 변수를 규명하여 미용전공 중국유학생의 학업적 자기효능감을 높이고, 성공적인 유학생활을 돕기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울시 소재의 대학교에 재학 중인 미용전공 중국유학생 440명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 그 결과, 학기차에 따라 자기주도학습에 차이가 나타났으며, TOPIK 등급에 따라 학업적 자기효능감의 차이가 나타났다. 또한, 자기주도학습은 셀프리더십과 학업적 자기효능감 간에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 셀프리더십과 자기주도학습은 미용전공 중국유학생의 학업적 자기효능감에 있어 주요한 예측변수이며, 셀프리더십과 자기주도학습을 함께 촉진할 때 학업적 자기효능감이 더욱 강화되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 미용전공 중국유학생의 학업적 자기효능감 제고를 위해서는 셀프리더십과 자기주도학습을 함께 촉진하기 위한 노력이 선행되어야함을 시사한다.

  • 본 연구는 미용전문대학생들을 대상으로 셀프리더십과 자기효능감이 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 D지역 미용전문대학에 재학 중인 1, 2학년 남·녀 대학생 115명을 대상으로 2021년 11월 22일부터 12월 1일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 중 100부를 최종적으로 SPSS.WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 첫째, 미용전문대학생의 셀프리더십이 학습성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 미용전문대학생의 학습성과에 영향을 주는 셀프리더십과 자기효능감이 매우 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 미용전문대학생의 자기효능감이 학습성과에 직접적인 영향을 주어서 유의한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 뷰티 전문가의 자기관리가 자기효능감 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하여 관계를 살펴보고, 향후 뷰티 전문가들의 자기 관리를 통한 자기 효능감과 경영성과 향상에 도움이 되기를 위함이다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 하였고, 그 결과 자기관리와 자기조절감, 도전감 간 상호 정(+)의 상관관계가 나타났고, 자기관리가 경영성과, 환경성과, 고객성과, 시장성과에 통계적 유의하게 정(+)의 영향이 나타났으며, 자기효능감이 직무성과, 환경성과, 고객성과, 시장성과에 통계적 유의하게 정(+)의 영향을 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 자기관리에 대한 질적 향상을 통해 자기효능감과 경영성과에 기여할 수 있는 계기가 되길 바란다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 헤어미용전문가의 자기관리가 직무성과 및 미용지속의도에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개검증에 관한 연구이다. 연구대상자는 서울·경기지역 헤어미용전문가로 재직하고 있는 미용전문가를 대상으로256명 설문조사하여 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은SPSS 28.0, AMOS 28.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 이용하였고, 수집된 자료의 정규성 검증을 실시하여 평균, 표준편차, 첨도, 왜도의 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석, 상관관계, 매개효과 분석은 부트스트레핑 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 헤어미용전문가의 자기관리가 자기효능감, 직무성과, 미용지속의도에 유의한 정의(+)영향을 미쳤다. 헤어미용전문가의 자기효능감이 직무성과, 미용지속의도에 유의한 (+)영향을 미쳤다. 헤어미용전문가의 자기관리와 직무성과의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인 되었다. 통계적 유의 수준은 p<.05수준으로 설정하여 분석하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of career decision self-efficacy and course maturity on followership types of undergraduate students majoring in beauty and provide basic data for development of guidelines that can facilitate career decisions. Subjects are 310 students majoring at beauty colleges and universities. Results of this study were as follows. First, career decision self-efficacy was influenced by two underlying factors such as, followership of thinking Style and fatterns of behavior. Second, the effect of followership types on career maturity was significant. Both the higher followership of thinking Style and fatterns of behavior, the career maturity was more affercted. Based on this study, students majoring in cosmetology were divided into type of followership and analyzed according to organic relevance of career decision self-efficacy and course maturity. Based on this, professors or mentors may understand characteristics of college students in cosmetology in explaining characteristics of their profession related to their major. It will be beneficial to provide an opportunity for beauty students to make a reasonable course maturity and career decision self-efficacy with followership types.

뷰티 관리 프로그램을 활용한 뷰티 테라피의 심리적 효과 분석 (Analysis of the psychological effects of beauty therapy using beauty management programs)

  • The aim of this study was to determine the therapeutic effects of beauty care on negative mental health, including stress and depression. Nail care, massage care, and makeup were used as programs for beauty therapy. Qualitative research was conducted with six female participants over five-month period. After interviewing the subjects in advance, beauty care treatments were performed every week 4 weeks in the following order: nail care, massage, and makeup. The results are as follows, First, the participants perceived beauty care in the form of 4 concepts: "courtesy in social life," "investment in oneself," "self-satisfaction," and "self-care." Second, the effects of beauty therapy were categorized as "psychological effects," "confidence," "behavioral changes," "evaluation of others," and "positive social effects." Third, each subject showed different psychological effects during the process when the function of the therapy took effect through the beauty care treatment. It was confirmed that confidence levels increased as a result of treatment through the process of becoming re-aware of oneself. Positive statements from the participants included: "I want to go out," "I have become kind and positive to others," "I have become more active in a given task," and "It seems that my work ability is improving." Finally, t-test results for self-esteem, depression, and stress showed there were significant differences in self-esteem and depression. This confirmed that self-esteem increased, and depression decreased after the beauty care treatment.

  • The interest in decrepitude expanded by graying is gradually growing in modern society. Moreover, he concern over decrepitude along with healthy mind and body is increasing. Therefore, there are many concerns and efforts toward physical and mental health. In addition, the interest in and effort for appearance health and value is rising as well as physical and mind health. The middle age is the most stable age based on the economic and social status that had been achieved through the life, but it is the most stressful age due to physical health problem and appearance ageing. There are many advanced studies for self-esteem and life satisfaction in old age by using hair, skin-care, cosmetic, nail-art among beauty related fields but studies on self-esteem and perception of successful ageing through user satisfaction of beauty service is lacking. This study is aiming to verify empirically the positive effect of self-esteem improvement through user satisfaction of beauty service on perception of successful ageing for middle-aged over 50 years old. The study has assumed that the higher middle-aged's satisfaction of beauty service is, the more self-esteem improves and there has a mediated effect to contribute successful ageing.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze about the Telecasters's appearance management, external image & awareness on Self-Efficacy. The method of this study is carried out form 2 January 2013 until 20 January. with the 164 telecasters who announcers, voice actors, gag men, singers. The results of the research is summarized below: First, Among the telecasters, singer is the highest awareness of the beauty services importance about the fashion, makeup, hair, skin care, cosmetic surgery. Especially, about the awareness of the beauty services importance about the fashion, makeup, hair, singers> announcers> voice actors> gagmen appear one after another. Second, about the importance awareness of the beauty services importance & the relation of self-efficacy, for announcers, the more higher awareness the fashion, makeup, hair, the higher self-efficacy of the confidence, effective expression, etc.. For voice actors, the more higher awareness the hair, skin care, the fashion, make up, cosmetic surgery, the higher self-efficacy of the new image making, the confidence, task efficiency improvement, etc... For gagmen, the more higher awareness the fashion, hair, skin care, makeup, cosmetic surgery, the higher self-efficacy of the self-expression, the confidence, the new image making, task efficiency improvement, etc.. For singer, the more higher awareness the makeup, hair, cosmetic surgery, skin care, fashion, the higher self-efficacy of the task efficiency improvement, the self-expression, the confidence, the new image making, etc.. Third, about the importance awareness of the appearance management behavior, external image, about the importance awareness of the appearance management behavior, singer is the most higher awareness, announcers> voice actors> gagmen appear one after another. about the importance awareness of the external image, singer is the most higher awareness, voice actor> announcers> gagmen appear after another. The meanings of this study provide the telecasters's image's fields with the effective basic data.
