경제적 성장과 주 5일 근무제 시행에 따라 국민들의 삶의 질 향상과 다양한 삶을 추구하고자 하는 가치관의 형성으로 특히 해양에서의 레저 활동의 참여가 증가하고 있다. 다양한 해양 레저 활동 중에서 스킨스쿠버다이빙의 활동이 상대적으로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있지만, 이와 관련한 제도적 체계는 이를 따르지 못하고 있다. 이에 스킨스쿠버다이빙과 관련한 여러 가지 제도적 체계의 현황을 고찰하여 문제점을 확인하고 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다.

A marine protected area (MPA) is a spatially designated section of the ocean where the biodiversity is high. Munseom MPA has a unique underwater landscape including soft coral, subtropical fish, and benthos, attracting many scuba divers. This paper intends to evaluate the willingness-to-pay (WTP) for the scuba diving management policy in the Munseom MPA. As a stated preference valuation method, a choice experiment was applied to assess divers' preferences with economic values for the policy. The attributes used in the study included zoning (temporal closure), conservation education, daily permit, soft coral area, and diving fee. We collected 333 questionnaires through online and field surveys and used 296 after excluding incomplete responses for the final data analysis. Study results show that a six-month closure, a decrease in soft coral habitat, and the diving fee were statistically significant. A positive coefficient with regard to the six-month closure variable indicates that divers preferred the policy, and the marginal willingness to pay (MWTP) was estimated to be KRW 8,637 per person per dive. The aggregate WTP of KRW 233 million was obtained by multiplying the MWTP by the number of visiting divers per year. When comparing the levels of recreation specialization, more skilled divers preferred the management option. The results of this study will help predict the priority of management measures and the levels of acceptability among divers when diving management is implemented in Korea in the future. This study suggests that marine environmental policies need to consider divers as one of the important stakeholders for marine conservation.

This study intended to understand similarity of image between games and position of image attribute perceived by consumers according to the games of marine sports using MDS (Multidimensional Scaling). Through the foregoing, this study aims to provide preliminary data for establishing marketing strategies for games of marine sports by accurately understanding images of marines sports perceived by consumers. For survey targets, this study selected students of K University located in Gyeonggi-do as a population, and extracted samples using convenience sampling out of non-probability sampling methods targeting 200 students who showed intention of participation in this study, and total 188 sheets of questionnaire were used as final data excepting 12 sheets that are filled up unfaithfully or considered unreliable. For data processing, this study conducted Frequency Analysis, Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability Analysis, MDS (Multidimensional Scaling) and Multiple Regression Analysis, and study results show that water ski and wakeboard(.602) have the most similar image attribute, indicating that image attributes of scuba diving and water ski(2.031) are positioned farthest with each other. As for image attribute, image attribute of water ski has appearance and progressiveness, windsurfing has an image attribute of positive, scuba diving has an image attribute of negation, and marin rafting has an image attribute of friendliness.

This study examines the distribution and taxonomy of sea horses in South Korea, specifically sea horses that were caught in the Southern Sea, centering on Yeosu, South Korea. Specimen collection methods The samples were collected by set net, skimming nets, dragnets, and landing nets on a boat, as well as scuba diving. A total of 128 sea horses belonging to three species were collected. To investigate the exact distribution pattern, the catch per unit effort and the population density per $1,000m^2$ were calculated for each site in the Southern Sea. The result shows the highest catch by set nets was 29 sea horses a day in Site B at Dolsan-eup, Port Impo, and the highest catch by scuba diving was 8 sea horses a day in Site B at Gijang-gun, Busan. The highest population density was 61.2 sea horses in the coast of Gijang-gun, Busan. Genetic information analysis and morphological analysis were performed for determination of species. As a result, four Hippocampus trimaculatus, (flat-faced sea horses), 45 Hippocampus coronatus (Crowned sea horses), and 79 Hippocampus mohnikei (Japanese sea horses) were distinguished.

The distribution and characteristics of spawning beds of the Pacific herring Clupea pallasii, were observed by scuba diving in Jinhae Bay, Korea, with a focus on marine vegetation as adhesive substrates and egg density during the spawning season. In 2017, the fertilized eggs of C. pallasii were mainly found attached to the leaves of algae species Carpopeltis cornea, Gracilaria textorii, and Acrosrium polyneurum at the rocky shore in Wonpo-dong and Jeodo. The mean density of fertilized eggs in C. pallasii spawning beds was $153,776eggs/m^2$ off Wonpo-dong and $856,430eggs/m^2$ off Jeodo, giving an estimated total of $5.345{\times}10^9$ eggs in Wonpo-dong and $3.3074{\times}10^{10}$ eggs in Jeodo. We examined spawning beds with an area of $38,619m^2$ off Wonpo-dong and $34,760m^2$ off Jeodo. The choice of spawning bed may be affected by the composition of marine vegetation, such as the algal diversity of rocky shore environments, which could affect adhesive substrates and egg density during the spawning season. The results of the present study suggest that the spawning season of C. pallasii in Jinhae Bay is in January to mid-February.

1997년 10월 14일부터 10월 17일까지 독도의 동도와 서도 및 물개바위의 조하대 3개 지점에서 SCUBA 잠수하여 대황 (Eisenia bicyclis) 군락의 부착근 사이의 죽은 홍합껍질 내부에 서관을 붙인 대나무갯지렁이과의 한국 미기록종인 사방연통대나무갯지렁이 Axiothella quadrimaculata Augener, 1914를 채집하였기에 이를 기재하고, 우리 나라에서는 처음 보고되는 속이므로 대나무갯지렁이과의 속 검색표도 재작성하였다. 본 종이 새롭게 보고되므로 한국산 대나무갯지렁이과는 모두 13속 18종이 된다.

이번 연구는 산란기로 알려진 12월부터 2월까지 경남 진해만과 통영 연안에서 잠수조사를 통해 산란회유하는 청어의 산란기를 명확히 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 경남 진해만에서 2017년 12월부터 2018년 1월까지 3개의 정점에서 총 18회, 통영 영운리 연안에서는 2017년 12월부터 2018년 2월까지 총 24회 잠수조사를 통해 결과를 분석하였다. 조사기간 중 확인된 청어 수정란은 진해만 저도 연안에서 평균 740,274개/㎡, 진해만 구산면 연안에서는 평균 671,718개/㎡였다. 통영 영운리 연안에서는 2017년 12월 30일에 388,444개/㎡개의 수정란이 1회 관찰되었고 그 이후 조사에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 이번 연구결과 경남 진해만과 통영 연안에서 청어 산란은 12월 말에 시작되고 이때의 수온은 평균 7.7℃였다.

1998년 5월 경북 포항시 대보의 말잘피 (Phyllospadix japonica) 군락 사이에서 비늘갯지렁이과의 한국 미기록종인 뽀족고운비늘 갯지렁이 Iphione muricata (Savigny, 1818)가 채집되어 이를 기재하고, 우리나라에서는 처음 보고되는 것이므로 이를 추가하여 비늘갯지렁이과의 아과 검색표도 재작성하였다. 본 종이 새롭게 보고되므로 한국산 비늘갯지렁이과는 모두 3아과 14속 24종이 된다.

The purpose of this research is to define the relationship of sport commitment and re-participation intension in marine sports participant. For the purposes of this study, yachting, windsurfing, scuba diving, and mariner sports canoe total of 200 targets the participants involved in the survey. The results of exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis to analyze the construct validity and internal consistency were found to comply with the standard. Therefore, as a result of the correlation and regression analysis to analyze the relationship between the sport commitment and re-participation intension, the correlation between each variable and showed a positive correlation. Also, cognitive behavioral commitment and engagement of the sport commitment of marine sports enthusiasts was found on both the positive effect on the re-participation intension. As a result, the sport commitment turned out to be an important factor immersed in marine sports participation. In addition, it is believed to be on ways to increase positive emotions in empirical terms.

This study aims to provide preliminary data capable of suggesting directivity of an initiating start by understanding consumer awareness through analysis of SNS social big data on marine sports. This study selected windsurfing, yacht, jet ski, scuba diving and sea fishing as research subjects, and produced following results by setting period of total 1 month from January 22 through February 22, 2017 on the SNS (twitter, blog) through the Social MatrixTM service of Daumsoft Co., Ltd., and analyzing frequency of mention, associated words etc. First, sports that was mentioned the most out of marine sports was yacht, which was 3,273 cases on twitter and 2,199 on blog respectively. Second, the word which was shown the most associated with marine sports was the attribute showing unique characteristic of marine sports, which was 6,261 cases in total.
