This study has studied the phenomenon exclusive to the activity of skin scuba among marine sports in Busan region, and such empirical studies are for the development of skin scuba, and even of the entire marine sports, and in order to achieve such objective, the study method centered around qualitative study method of in-depth interview, participatory observation, and documentation study, the results of which are as follows. First is the advantage of the local environment as an open-water location. This study area has beaches of pebbles, and the underwater is also comprised of pebbles up to a certain distance, securing a superior underwater visibility compared to the sand of other Busan regions, and such local environment is thought to be an advantage of skin scuba activity. Second is the satisfaction of accessibility. This study area had an advantage in participant accessibility, which is thought to act as a good strength for the marine sports development of this area in the future. Third is the satisfaction of education. The club instructors of this study area had various marine sports-related licenses such as skin scuba, along with marine lifeguard trainer qualifications to prepare against safety accidents, which are also thought to have positive influences on the education satisfaction for beginners. Fourth is the inconvenient subsidiary facility. This study area has great natural environment for open waters, but the subsidiary facilities of the club for skin scuba activity was found to be very inconvenient by this study, and for the future development of skin scuba, the improvement of subsidiary facilities should be considered. Fifth is the inconvenient parking facilities. The participants in this study area agreed upon the inconvenience of the parking issue alongside the subsidiary facilities. There are always parking issues near the coasts of Busan region, and in order to resolve such issues, active assistance from the City of Busan and each local government, and if such methods are well proposed, the conflict between the marine sports participants and local residents shall be resolved, it would play a great role in the development of marine sports.

This paper concerns with the effects of the specialized projected for the local W university on education which was planned and conducted in October 2004. From the empirical study using the correlation analysis, regression analysis, and structured equation model, we found some results that educational service satisfaction was highly correlated with general instruction factor and hard ware factor less correlated. Also we investigated that university educational service satisfaction was deeply correlated with word of mouth.

In this study we investigate how motive and personal relations of volunteers impact their volunteering satisfaction. The objects were 313 members of a volunteer group in ${\bigcirc}$-gun, central region. We conducted survey from 2014 April 2 to August 31. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis, t-test, multiple regression analysis, through SPSSWIN 18.0 program,(empirical analysis verification : significance level of 5%). The results are as follows: First, with the general characteristics, we found that females, the educated, and the married get more satisfaction. Second, with the local characteristics, long-term residents and the members, who think volunteer activity contribute to the local development, feel more satisfaction. Third, volunteer who has high participation motives, has strong volunteering satisfaction. Finally, volunteers feel more satisfaction when they maintain a good relationships in interpersonal relationship. This study implicates that volunteer activity participation motives and personal relations have a great impact on volunteering satisfaction, to be the basis for volunteer's satisfaction improving policy in the future.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect that the social support for social welfare workers who are the key personnel providing the service to children directly at local child care center would have on job satisfaction. For this study, the social welfare workers of local child care center in Jeollanam-do were surveyed. A total of 240 questionnaires which had been collected were used for analysis. This study analyzed the effect of social support on job satisfaction by defining the demographic characteristics of social welfare workers as the control variables. The results of the analysis showed that the social support had the greatest influence on job satisfaction. Such results suggest that the stronger social support for social welfare workers would increase the job satisfaction of social welfare workers. Based on the results of the analysis, the following recommendations are presented which can help increase social support for social welfare workers: First, it is necessary to standardize the works of social welfare workers at local child care center and provide them with specialized training and education. Second, additional points should be granted to excellent local child care centers. Third, a cooperation system needs to be established which links the networks of colleagues and local societies.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the operating system quality of Cheongwon Organic Festival, a local festival held in Cheongju, affects visitor satisfaction, and to also revitalize the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival through this study. 344 visitors of the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival were recruited to become participants of this study using a random sampling method. There were significant differences in the evaluation of the operating system quality at the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival depending on the visitors' gender, age, education, household income, acquisition of information, purpose of visit, considerations of the purchase of festival goods, purchase of a pre-sales ticket, and residence.Different factors such as the visitors' gender, age, education, household income, acquisition of information, purpose of visit, considerations while purchasing festival goods, and residence impacted the visitors' satisfaction of their visit to the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival. It was found that there was a correlation between the operating system quality at Cheongwon Organic Life Festival and the visitors' satisfaction. The operating system quality as a whole and the event programming showed the highest correlation with the visitors' satisfaction.

Purpose : This study was investigation of satisfaction in clinical practice of students in a college. Methods : 250 students were participated in this study for 8 weeks though getting results of clinical practice from 1, 2, 3 clinic hospitals. Results : This was for knowing about achievement, It could figure out the increasing achievement the higher satisfaction with education and environment for clinical practice of physical therapy. As a result, whole satisfactions for environment and course or education in clinical practice was higher. Conclusion : This research was not too much higher satisfaction on participated students in clinical practice. So, it needs to suggest to more study for increasing satisfaction on clinical practice.

The purpose of this empirical study is to examine the effect of leisure facilities preferences and leisure activities of new-generation married women on their life satisfaction. The samples was composed of 195 married women under 35 years. old, selected by age and local distribution. The major findings of this study re as follows. The new-generation wives preferred culture.intellectual arts facilities to sport facilities to sport facilities and participated in home-oriented activities. The more new-generation married women participated in active leisure, the higher level they showed in life satisfaction. There is no significant affect of leisure facilities preference on life satisfaction. The finding of this study provide implications regarding the policies on leisure facilities and leisure education programs to enhance the quality of life of the new-generation wives, such as establishing community leisure facilities which can help the mother as well as young children enjoy their leisure activities with less expense, and managing continuing education programs in which the new-generation wives easily participate with their families.

The way to check whether the urban regeneration project is going in the right direction is fundamental for understanding the satisfaction of local residents relevant to the project. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of residents by selecting factors that affect the satisfaction of Namhae-gun residents with urban regeneration projects. Through this, after examining whether the project is being implemented well in accordance with the purpose of the urban regeneration new deal project, this study presents the direction of the Namhae-gun urban regeneration new deal project. In result, in the case of the resident group, satisfaction with security and landscape influenced satisfaction with the entire project. In addition, publicity for urban regeneration projects had the greatest impact on satisfaction, and other neighborhood reliability, urban regeneration-related education, and meetings had the greatest impact on satisfaction with the project. In the case of the merchant group, it was found that the satisfaction with the entire project increased when the satisfaction with the public relations. However, it was found that physical factors, that is, factors for improving the living environment, did not affect satisfaction with urban regeneration projects. The findings of this study, as local parts of Namhae-gun urban regeneration project progresses, can be further expanded to the holistic county level.

There has been a steady increase in cultural arts recently, and the need for "regional culture and arts" has been raised as local residents have been making efforts to increase income and develop local areas for regional development. Therefore, this study was intended to establish empirically the effects of local cultural and arts service quality on performance effects and customer satisfaction. Research shows that it affects economic and social and cultural effects as a service quality dimension, and performance effects affect customer satisfaction and intention to reuse them. However, research between customers and employees showed some differences. Through this research, we want to identify what important service quality factors are to satisfy the customers and employees who are watching the performance arts, understand the level of awareness of the effects of the performance, and provide an opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction with the audience and staff.

This study aimed to investigate the use of environmentally friendly agricultural products (EFAPs) in Chungcheongbuk-do and the perception and satisfaction of school dietitians with EFAPs. The study survey was conducted from April to Jun 2018. Among 195 dietitians, 54.4% were nutrition teachers and 51.3% were working in elementary schools. Of the participants, 65% answered that the percentage of EFAPS in the total food cost was 10~30%. The most used EFAP food group was grains (64.6%), followed by vegetables (26.2%). The main reasons for using EFAPs were subsidies for EFAPs from local governments (85.1%) and students' health (52.3%). The average daily subsidy for EFAPs from the local governments was 201~500 won at 45.1%, and 200 won or less at 34.9%, which was based on one meal per student. In questions on satisfaction with using EFAPs, satisfaction with safety (3.93 out of 5 points) scored the highest, followed by nutrition (3.74), freshness (3.70), appearance (3.32), diversity (2.85), and price (2.78). Therefore, to expand the use of EFAPs in school food service, it is necessary to expand the provision of subsidies and increase EFAP production diversification.
