웹에 존재하는 넘치는 정보 중에서 이를 교육의 목적으로 활용하기 위해서는 해당 정보에 대한 사전 검증이 반드시 선행되어야 한다. 현재에도 웹의 많은 정보들이 교수-학습의 내용으로 활용되고 있고 또 웹기반교육이나 정보통신기술활용교육의 소재가 되고 있으나 이들 정보에 대한 총체적 질을 관리하기란 여간 어려운 일이 아니다. 본 연구는 교육용 웹 사이트에서 제공하는 정보의 질 관리에 유용한 도움을 줄 수 있는 평가의 준거를 개발, 적용해 보고 이러한 과정을 통하여 교육용 웹 사이트 설계, 개발과정에 최우선적으로 고려되어야 할 중요한 사항들을 제안해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 교육용 웹 사이트의 평가에 유용하다고 판단되는 평가항목들을 체계적으로 분류 정리하고 교육용 웹 사이트에 대한 만족도 항목을 추가한 뒤, 통계적 분석과정을 통해 의미있는 평가준거들을 제안하였다. 각 개별 평가항목을 설문항목으로 전환하여 설문조사를 실시하여 개별항목의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증해 보았으며 이 과정을 통해 추출된 14개 요인과 웹 사이트 만족도 간의 희귀분석을 통해 중요 평가지표들을 추출해 보았다. 이 과정에서 학습자중심의 교육용 웹 사이트 개발에 최우선적으로 고려되어야 할 평가지표들이 제안 되었고, 설계적 시사점 등이 논의되었다.

Medical education can provide students with an opportunity to encounter marginalized communities and motivate them to become involved with the needs of disadvantaged people. The College of Medicine of The Catholic University of Korea includes a social service program in the medical humanities and social sciences curriculum. The course has lectures on social welfare, human rights, and social service, as well as four days of social service in 'Flower Village,' which is a Catholic social welfare institution. This study analyzes the satisfaction, feedback, and reflection papers of students who completed the social service program and provides an educational model for the medical humanities and social sciences. Students' satisfaction with the program was scored at 4.23 out of 5. A qualitative study of students' reflection papers derived 7 key phrases, among which 'nature and practice of social service,' 'holistic understanding of humans,' 'empathy and communication,' and 'social responsibility' are identified as goals of this program and 'happiness,' 'respect for human life,' and 'compassion' are good indicators of students' compassionate participation. Encounters with marginalized communities within the medical curriculum allows students to serve people with social difficulties and work for the improvement of their living conditions. Students learn to approach social needs with concern and empathy and seek ways to contribute to those communities.

환경보전과 경제발전에 대한 문제가 전 산업에서 등장하면서 리우환경회의에서 $CO_2$ 배출규제가 채택되었고, 우리나라도 교통의정서에 서명함으로서 친환경 및 지속가능한 개발을 추진해야하는 의무를 가지게 되었다. 국내 건축물은 조기전면 철거와 재건축으로 인한 자원 및 건설에너지의 낭비와 폐자재 재활용 미흡의 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건축물의 $C0_2$ 배출량을 추정하여 건축물의 환경친화성을 평가하고, 주거만족도 설문조사를 통해 현 국내건축물의 문제요소를 도출하여 건축물의 수명과 유연성을 증대하고 실내 건축 환경의 쾌적성을 향상시킬 수 있는 Smart Component 개발 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

대학교에서 컴퓨터 관련 학과를 졸업하거나 관련된 직업을 갖지 않은 자를 말하는 비전공자의 SW교육에서 교양교육을 접하는 학습자는 처음 접하는 SW 개발환경과 이해, 전공과의 관련성, 융합 사고능력 등의 어려움을 겪게 된다. 교양교육에서 비전공 학습자의 어려움을 보완하고자 비교적 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 활용하여 SW교육 초보자에게 적용할 수 있는 시연 중심모델을 활용하였다. 실생활에서 사용되는 애플리케이션과 문제해결의 논리적 흐름을 파악할 수 있도록 교수자의 시연과 학습자의 모방을 통한 반복적인 구현과 학습자의 학습 만족도와 성취도를 높이기 위한 학습지표를 결합한 융합 SW 교수법을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 교수학습법을 적용한 실험에서 SW 교육의 학습 효과, 학업 성취도, 학습 만족도, 교수학습법 측면을 평가할 때 의미 있는 결과를 보였다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 MBTI에 따른 돌봄효능감의 차이를 알아보고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 경남지역 1개대학의 간호학과 3, 4학년 109명이다. 자료분석은 independent t-test와 one-way ANOVA을 실시하였다. 연구결과 돌봄효능감에 유의미한 차이를 보이는 일반적 특성은 전공만족도(3.63, p<.001), 실습만족도(4.49, p=0.013), 건강상태(2.91, p=0.004)였다. 돌봄효능감에 유의미한 차이를 보이는 MBTI는 태도지표 중 EP형(3.74, p=0.013)였다. 본 연구결과는 돌봄효능감 향상을 위한 교육프로그램에 기초자료가 될 것이라 생각한다. 후속연구를 위해 연구의 일반화를 위해 대규모 표본을 적용한 반복 연구, 돌봄효능감 향상을 위해 MBTI를 적용한 교육프로그램 개발과 프로그램 효과성 분석연구, 돌봄효능감을 측정을 위한 도구 개발 연구를 제언한다.

최근 중소기업은 지속 가능한 경영을 통한 실질적인 경쟁력 제고가 필수 요건화되어 가고 있는 경영환경에 직면해 있다. 이러한 중소기업의 근로자들이 자신들의 직무에 얼마나 만족하고 있는지, 어떠한 원인이 근로자들의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보는 것은 매우 의미 있는 연구라고 할 수 있다. ESG 경영 중 환경(E) 활동, 사회(S) 활동, 지배구조(G) 활동이라는 변수를 도입하여 근로자들이 달라진 업무환경에 직면하게 되었을 때, 자기효능감을 매개로 하여 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 문헌 연구와 실증 분석을 수행했다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 중소기업의 근로자를 대상으로 300부의 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS 통계 프로그램(Ver. 25.0)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 기업의 경쟁력 중 제품 또는 서비스품질과 직원역량이 직무만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ESG 경영 활동 중 사회(S) 활동과 지배구조(G) 활동이 직무만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직공정성 중 분배공정성과 절차공정성이 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 제품 또는 서비스품질, 직원역량, ESG 경영 활동 중 사회(S) 활동 및 지배구조(G) 활동, 조직공정성 중 절차공정성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통한 학문적 가치는 중소기업의 경영에 있어 ESG 경영 활동이 근로자의 직무에 미치는 요인들에 대하여 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 그 결과 ESG 경영 활동 중 사회(S) 활동과 지배구조(G) 활동에 대해 근로자도 적극적으로 기업경영에 참여함으로써 직무에 만족하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 외부 환경변화에 민감한 근로자들에게 중소기업이 적극적으로 기업의 경쟁력을 높이고 ESG 경영 활동 실행과 공정한 조직문화를 제공할 때 근로자는 자기효능감을 통해 직무에 만족한다는 실무적인 시사점도 밝혔다. 이로 인해 중소기업 근로자들의 이직률을 낮추고 중소기업의 경쟁력도 선순환 구조를 통해 개선될 가능성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop the Job Esteem Scale for Korean Nurses (JES-KN) and verify its validity and reliability. Methods: Preliminary items were based on the attributes and indicators elicited from a concept analysis study on Korean nurses' job-esteem. The final preliminary tool for the main survey was confirmed through the content validity test of 10 experts and preliminary survey of 20 hospital nurses. The final preliminary scale was used on 350 hospital nurses in the scale testing phase for the main survey designed to test the validity and reliability of the scale. Results: The final scale consisted of 28 items and 6 factors, these factor explained 66.6% of the total variance. The correlation between the total score and factors ranged from .64 and .84, validating that each sub-factor is suitable to explain job esteem. The correlation coefficient between this scale and the Job Satisfaction Scale for Clinical Nurses ranged from .41 to .70, and the internal consistency for the scale using Cronbach's α for the total items was .94. Conclusion: The JES-KN is a valid and reliable tool that reflects the reality of clinical sites accordingly. The JES-KN may well be used effectively to assess and evaluate the job esteem of Korean nurses.

Process capability indices are being used as indicators for measurements of process capability for SPC of quality assurance system in industries. In view of the enhancement of customer satisfaction, process capability indices in which loss functions are used to deal with the economic loss In the processes deviated from the target, are in an adequate representation of the customer's perception of quality In this connection, the loss function has become increasingly important in quality assurance. Taguchi uses a modified form of the quadratic loss function to demonstrate the need to consider the proximity to the target while assessing its quality. But this traditional quadratic loss function is inadequate to assessing the quality and quality improvement since different processes have different sets of economic consequences on the manufacturing, Thereby, a flexible approach to the development of the loss function needs to be desired. In this paper, we introduce an easily understood loss function, based on reflection of probability density function of the normal distribution. That is, the Reflected Normal Loss function can be adapted to an asymmetric loss as well as to a symmetric loss around the target. We propose that, instead of the process variation, a new capability index, CpI using the Reflected Normal Loss Function that can accurately reflect the losses associated with the process and a new capability index CpI Is compared with the classical indices as $C_{p}$ , $C_{pk}$, $C_{pm}$ and $C_{pm}$ $^{+}$.>.+/./.

본고에서는 에너지절약 협력사업의 성과분석을 위한 평가지표를 개발하였다. 전문가 자문을 통해 사업계획, 사업집행 및 사업성과 등 단계별 성과분석을 위해서 평가지표를 제시하였다. 성과분석을 위한 주요 평가지표로 1) 계획단계의 사업 선정 및 평가기준, 목표와 계획의 구체성, 2) 프로그램 운영상 사업 추진방식의 체계화, 사업관리와 사후관리 내용 및 참여주체 선정내용, 3) 프로그램 추진성과의 목표달성여부, 참여자 만족도 등 효과성 등을 들 수 있다. 이와 같은 평가지표는 전문가 자문을 통해 수립단계의 적절성(4개 항목), 운영상의 집행성과(6개 항목), 사업성과의 효과성(5개 항목) 등의 평가지표를 설정하였다. 다만, 사업단계별 평가지표 이외에 협력사업에 대한 에너지절약 효과와 홍보활동 성과 등에 대한 평가지표를 포함하지 못한 제약을 안고 있다.

The purpose of the study was to investigate defect cases in residential interior design, to identify the state of defects, and to categorize types of defect and disputes. In addition, consumer appraisal to residential interior design service were analyzed. The results of this study could provide fundamental information regarding the defects and claims in residential interior design. First, we did literature review for defect disputes in architectural design and interior design. We identify the definition of defects by building life cycle, by state of construction, by activity, and by design performance. Second, we analysed interior design defects cases reported in Korea Consumer Agency & Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. A total of 49 cases of defect disputes in residential interior design from 2000 to 2015 were investigated. As a result, many defects appeared during the construction stage. A majority of defects cases fall into insulation, water-proofing/leakage work. In terms of design aspects claim, functional and aesthetic defects were claimed. Third, from Consumer Market Evaluation Indicators, raw data from 500 respondents were investigated for the housing repair and interior design. It is found that information comparability, responsiveness to consumer claim, price, and safety are important factors for consumer satisfaction in interior design.
