연속 캡 형상 전단연결재의 전단 내력에 관한 실험 연구 (Experimental Study on the Shear Capacity of Continuous Cap-Type Shear Connector)

  • The push-out tests have been conducted on the specimens which consist of the steel beam with U-shape section and the continuous cap-type shear connector. Existing formulas for the elevation of shear connector capacity were investigated on the basis of test results. The shear capacities of continuous cap-type shear connectors distinctly declined as the diameters of side-hole in the shear connector increased. The rebars through side-hole for the transverse reinforcement improved the shear capacity of continuous cap-type connector by 20 to 30 percent. It was not feasible to obtain the appropriate capacity values of continuous cap-type shear connectors made of thin steel plate like those of in this study, using the existing formulas. The new formula for reflecting the shear strength of penetrative bars was proposed based on the shear equation of Eurocode 4. The slip capacities of continuous cap-type shear connectors were shown to exceed the limit value of 6mm for the sufficiently ductile behavior.

  • In this paper, Experimental results on the measurement of mechanical properties of fine patterns in the MEMS structure are described. The mechanical properties of embossing patterns on metallic thin foil is measured using the nano indentation system, that is developed by Korea Institute of Industrial Technology(KITECH). These micro embossing patterns are fabricated using CIP(Cold Isostatic Press) process on micro metallic thin foils(Al-1100) that are made by rolling process. These embossing patterned metallic thin foils(Al-1100) are used in the reflecting plate of BLU(Back Light Unit) and electrical/mechanical MEMS components. If these mechanical properties of fine patterns are utilized in a design procedure, the optimal design can be achieved in aspects of reliability as well as economy.

Navier-Stokes 점성유동의 전속도 영역 해석을 위한 새로운 압력기반 PISO-유한요소법 (A New Pressure-Based PISO-Finite Element Method for Navier-Stokes Equations in All Speed Range)

  • A finite element scheme using the concept of PISO method has been developed to solve the Navier-Stokes viscous flows in all speed range. This scheme includes development of new pressure equation that retains both the hyperbolic term related with the density variation and the elliptic term reflecting the incompressibility constraint. The present method is applied to the incompressible two-dimensional driven cavity flow problems(Re=100, 400 and 1,000). For compressible flows, the Carter plate problem(M=3 and Re=1,000) is computed. Finally, we have simulated the shock-boundary layer interaction(M=2 and Re=2.96×10/sup 5/), a more difficult problem, and compared its results with the experiment to demonstrate the shock capturing capability of the present solution algorithm.

  • A finite element scheme using the concept of PISO method has been developed to solve the viscous flow problems in all speed range. In this study, new pressure equation is proposed such that both the hyperbolic term related with the density variations and elliptic term reflecting the incompressibility constraint are included. 이륜자동차 검사기준 개발 I (Motorcycle Inspection Standards Development I)

  • This paper presents the motorcycle inspection standards development on the vehicle identification, engine and transmission, tyres and wheels, steering and suspension, and brake system. 187 real-world motorcycles are visually and mechanically inspected according to the developed inspection standards. The non-compliance rate of the vehicle identification is 20.3% and main causes are insecure, damaged, and not clearly visible number plate. The non-compliance rate of the brake system is 15.5% and main cause is failing to meet the brake performance requirements. The motorcycle inspections standards are improved reflecting 187 cases of real-world motorcycle inspection results.

  • This paper presents the motorcycle inspection standards of electrical system, frame & body, lights and speedometers. 187 real-world motorcycles are visually and mechanically inspected according to the developed inspection standards. The non-compliance rate of inspection standards of the lights is 23.7% and main causes are damage, tinting, painting and coloration of head-lamp, number plate lamp, front-rear position lights, stop lamp and direction indicators of motorcycles. Also, 28.4% of motorcycles are dropped from the luminous intensity inspection standard. Motorcycle electrical system cannot be visually inspected. The motorcycle inspections standards are improved reflecting 187 cases of real-world motorcycle inspection results.

  • This paper addresses the vibration mode shape measurement technique utilizing a Continuous Scanning Laser Doppler Vibrometer (CSLDV). The continuous scanning capability is added to the conventional discrete Laser Doppler Vibrometer by reflecting the laser beams on the surface of the object using two oscillating mirrors. The bow scanning resulted from the proposed scanning method is eliminated by feedback control. The velocity output signal from the CSLDV is modulated to give the spatial velocity distribution in terms of coefficients which are obtained from the Fast Fourier Transformation of the time dependent velocity signal. Using the Chebyshev series form, the analysis of the vibration mode shape techniques for straight Bine scanning and 2 dimensional scanning are presented and discussed. The performance of the proposed SLDV is presented using the experimental results of the vibration mode shape of a plate

  • 본 연구에서는 휨모멘트를 받는 SC 벽체 스터드의 성능을 최적화시키기 위해 비선형 유한요소법을 사용한 해석적 연구를 수행하였다. SC 벽체에 대한 유한요소모형에서는 접촉, 연결, 그리고 재료에 대한 비선형성을 고려하였다. 그리고 해석모형의 검증을 위해 선행된 실내 실험을 모사하여 계측결과와 해석결과를 비교하였고, 제안된 해석방법의 타당성을 검증하였다. 문헌조사를 통해 해석 대상물의 크기를 결정하였고, 다양한 스터드의 형식과 배치간격을 고려한 해석을 수행하였다. 또한, KEPIC SNG를 만족하는지에 대한 추가적인 검토를 수행하였다. 최종적으로 수치해석과 기준의 검토를 통하여 개선된 스터드의 최적 형식 및 배치안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 컴퓨터 해석프로그램 SimulationX로 압력 유량 제어형 사판식 피스톤 펌프의 해석모델을 개발하여 설계의 타당성을 검증하는 것을 다룬다. 설계도면의 제원을 바탕으로 해석모델을 개발하게 되면 프로토타입 제작 이전에 설계의 유효성을 미리 판단할 수 있고 이로 인해 제작상의 반복적 오류를 범하지 않기 때문에 개발비 절감의 효과를 가져올 수 있다. 해석모델 개발의 진행순서는 다음과 같다. 먼저 동역학적 요소가 포함된 밸브, 회전부 등의 각 부품의 구조를 분석하고 도면의 제원을 반영하여 단품 모델링을 한다. 각각의 해석모델을 조합하여 펌프 어셈블리 모델링을 하고 이것이 설계의도에 맞게 부하조건에 따른 압력 유량제어 기능을 원활히 수행할 수 있는지 파악한다. 모델링 절차의 마지막에는 예상했던 메카니즘대로 부품들이 움직이는 모습을 보여줌으로서 설계의 타당성을 검증한다.
