Anxiety for employment of workers has been increased due to rapid change of management environment, which tends to increase psychological instability on the job of all workers. Accordingly, this study examined the moderating effect of self-efficacy between job instability and organizational citizenship behavior. The research subjects were employees of small and medium companies in the manufacturing industry in Daejeon-si, Sejong-si and Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do. 500 sheets of the questionnaire were distributed from August 5, 2015 to August 30, 2015. Among them, 321 were collected with 64.2% of the response rate. Total 312 sheets were used for analysis excluding 9 sheets with incomplete answers. The results are as follows. Firstly, it proved that job instability had negative (-) effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Secondly, in the relation between job instability and organizational citizenship behavior, there was moderating effect of self-efficacy. Accordingly, if self-efficacy of the workers is higher in the threat of job instability, it means organizational citizenship behavior would increase. In conclusion, in the current situation where there is instable survival of corporation and job, the management of small and medium manufacturing company needs to increase self-efficacy through training and internal reward to employees. The limit of the study is that the research subjects were employees of small and medium companies in the manufacturing industry in Daejeon-si, Sejong-si and Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do. Accordingly, as situational peculiarity may be observed, it is required to have expanded study to more various areas, works and industries.

As for their monthly expenditure on the purchase of herbal medicines, the hospitals spent an average of KRW 28.38 million while the clinics spent an average of KRW 1.64 million. 2. The average monthly expenditure of the clinics on the purchase of herbal medicines decreased by 32% from 2006, which can be interpreted as a reduction of their business. 3. The prices of herbal medicines for disease treatment ranged from KRW 140,000~190,000 per jae(dosage form) in the hospitals compared to KRW 140,000~168,000 in the clinics. 4. Compared to 1994, the prices of herbal medicines used for disease treatment have risen, whereas the prices of herbal medicines used as tonics have decreased. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to discover the recognition of dental technicians on MSDS and to research the furnishing rate of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) in dental laboratories. Method: 104 dental technicians who were self-written questionnaire. The results were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. The answers to the questionnaire underwent frequency analysis, chi-square test were performed. Results: The result of cross analysis on the occurrence of occupational diseases according to whether MSDS is furnished showed that the group with MSDS furnished had 37.8% of damages due to their occupation, but the group with MSDS unfurnished had 65.7% of damages due to their occupation, which displayed a significant difference(p<0.05). The result of cross analysis on whether the education about chemicals according to whether MSDS is furnished showed there were relatively more responses of no education on the types and characteristics of chemicals, the effect on human body and its risk, emergency measure when exposed to risk, the treating and storing methods and the disposal methods. In addition, there were significant differences on whether all the above education was done between the group with MSDS furnished and the group without MSDS(p<0.000). Conclusion: In order to secure safe working environment of dental technicians and to reduce occurrence of damage caused by chemicals, the related education is necessary. The recognition of dental technicians on MSDS and furnishing rate is increasing but still insufficient, so the related organizations need to establish education and PR measures for prevention of damage.
