탄성 시스템에서의 효율적인 좌표분할법 선정에 관한 연구 (Selection of efficient coordinate partitioning methods in flexible multibody systems)

  • In multibody dynamics, differential and algebraic equations which can satisfy both equation of motion and kinematic constraint equation should be solved. To solve these equations, coordinate partitioning method and constraint stabilization method are commonly used. In the coordinate partitioning method, the coordinates are divided into independent and dependent and coordinates. The most typical coordinate partitioning method are LU decomposition, QR decomposition, and SVD (singular value decomposition). The objective of this research is to find an efficient coordinate partitioning method in the dynamic analysis of flexible multibody systems. Comparing two coordinate partitioning methods, i.e. LU and QR decomposition in the flexible multibody systems, a new hybrid coordinate partitioning method is suggested for the flexible multibody analysis.

  • This paper proposes a visual servoing method based on QR decomposition and disturbance observer. The QR decomposition factors the image feature Jacobian into a unitary matrix and an upper triangular matrix. And it is shown that several performance indices such as measurement sensitivity of visual features, sensitivity of the control to noise and controllability can be improved for any general image feature Jacobian by QR decomposition and disturbance observer. To show the validity of the proposed approach, visual servoing with stereo vision is carried out for a Samsung FARAMAN 6-axis industrial robot manipulator.

GDFE를 위한 QR분해 프로세서 설계 (Design of QR Decomposition Processor for GDFE)

  • 본 논문에서는 Givens 회전을 이용하여 GDFE(Generalized Decision Feedback Equalizer)에 사용되는 효율적인 QR분해 프로세서를 제안한다. Givens 회전은 위상추출와 sine/cosine 값 생성 및 각회전를 이용하여 수행할 수 있다. 효율적으로 Givens 회전 연산을 수행하기 위해 2단계 기법을 적용하여 위상추출기, sine/cosine 값 생성 및 각회전기를 설계하였으며, 회로들에 포함되는 곱셈기는 고정길이 modified-Booth 곱셈기를 적용하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 QR분해 프로세서가 GDFE에 적용 가능함을 보인다.

A Hybrid Coordinate Partitioning Method in Mechanical Systems Containing Singular Configurations

  • In multibody dynamics, DAE(Differential Algebraic Equations) that combine differential equations of motion and kinematic constraint equations should be solved. To solve these equations, either coordinate partitioning method or constraint stabilization method is commonly used. The most typical coordinate partitioning methods are LU decomposition, QR decomposition, and SVD(singular value decomposition). The objective of this research is to suggest a hybrid coordinate partitioning method in the dynamic analysis of multibody systems containing singular configurations. Two coordinate partitioning methods, i.e. LU decomposition and QR decomposition for constrained multibody systems, are combined for a new hybrid coordinate partitioning method. The proposed hybrid method reduces the simulation time while keeping accuracy of the solution.

  • This paper took advantage of SVD (Singular value Decomposition) techniques of LSI(Latent Semantic Indexing) to grasp easily terminology distribution. Existent LSI did to static database, propose that apply to dynamic database in this paper. But, if dynamic applies LSI to database, updating problem happens. Existent updating way is Recomputing method, Folding-in method, SVD-updating method. Proposed QR decomposition method to show performance improvement than existent three methods in this paper.

The coordinate partitioning method divides the coordinate into independent and dependent coordinates. The most typical coordinate partitioning method arc LU decomposition, QR decomposition, projection method and SVD(sigular value decomposition).The objective of this research is to find a efficient coordinate partitioning method in flexible multibody systems and a hybrid decomposition algorithm which employs both LU and projection methods is proposed. The accuracy of the solution algorithm is checked with a slider-crank mechanism.

  • Conventional fractal image compression methods have many problems in searching time for matching domain block. Proposed method is an improved method of Fisher's Quadtree Decomposition in terms of time, compression ratio, and PSNR. This method determines range block in advance using QR algorithm. First, input image is partitioned to $4{\times}4$ range block and then recomposition is performed from bottom level to specified level. As a result, this proposed method achieves high encoding and decoding speed, high compression ratio, and high PSNR than Fisher's Quadtree Decomposition method.

  • 본 논문에서는 변경된 Given회전을 이용한 QR 분해와 이를 기반으로 하는 RLS 알고리듬의 구현에 대하여 연구하였다. Givens 회전은 CORDIC(Coordinate Rotation Digital Computer) 연산을 반복 수행하여 구한다. QR 분해의 계산 시간을 줄이기 위해 1회의 Givens 회전에 필요한 CORDIC 연산의 반복 회수를 제한하였으며 보정계수를 계산할 때의 제곱근 계산을 없애기 위해 2회전 방법을 사용하였다.

  • Some ill-conditioned processes are very sensitive to small element-wise uncertainties arising in classical element-by-element model identifications. For such processes, accurate identification of simgular values and right singular vectors are more important than theose of the elements themselves. Singular values and right singular vectors can be found by iteraive identification methods which implement the input and output transformations iteratively. Methods based on SVD decomposition, QR decomposition and LU decomposition are proposed and compared with the Kuong and Mac Gregor's method. Convergence proofs are given. These SVD and QR mehtods use normal matrices for the transformations which cannot be calculated analytically in general and so they are hoard to apply to dynamic processes, whereas the LU method used simple analyitc transformations and can be directly applied to dynamic processes.

  • 본 연구에서는 다물체 동역학 모델을 이용한 철도차량의 임계속도 계산 방법을 제시하였다. 휠과 레일의 접촉 구속조건과 접촉력을 휠셋 단위에서 수식화하였다. 이를 대차모델에 합하여 구속조건을 가진 다물체 동역학 운동방정식으로 철도차량의 동적모델을 표현하였다. 철도차량의 다물체 동역학 모델에 대한 비선형 구속조건식과 운동방정식은 QR 분해법을 이용하여 독립좌표만으로 이루어진 선형방정식으로 유도하였다. 유도된 선형방정식으로부터 휠셋 및 이륜 대차에 대한 고유치 해석결과를 통해 임계속도를 구하였다. 임계속도에 영향을 미치는 차량 파라미터의 영향에 대한 결과를 제시하였다.
