공중건강캠페인 정책 인지도에 관한 Q방법론적 연구 -의료경영학과 대학생들을 중심으로- (Q-methodological Study on policy reception of public & health campaign)

  • This work was researched by practical method in a subjectivity study accessible in-depth, in sloughing off old habit of functional quantity analysis about Reception Type on policy reception of public & health campaign. The perception pattern come out in this study were divided into four types in Q-methodology. The result is as follows ; it is that divided'1[(N=16): Policy Improvement Type], 2[(N=7) : Public-relation Utility Type], 3[(N=19): Financial-continuance Type], 4[(N=11) : Healthy-prevention Orientation Type]'. Like this, it found that is very different type all over. Hereafter, this study is to ascertain acceptance behavior about Reception Type on policy reception of public & health campaign ; to offer a developmental suggestion about it.

간호대학생의 행복에 관한 인식- Q 방법론적 접근 - (Perception of Undergraduate Nursing Students toward Happiness: A Q-Methodological Approach)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze types of undergraduate nursing student's perception toward happiness. Method: The Q-methodology, which provides a method of analyzing the subjectivity of each item, was used. The 34 selected Q-statements from each of 41 subjects were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 9 point scale. The collected data was analyzed using a QUANL PC program. Result: Four types of perception of happiness in Korean undergraduate nursing students were identified. Type I is a family support vs. emotion type, Type II is a self satisfaction vs. perception type, Type III is a relation oriented vs. action type, and Type IV is a self regulation vs. belief type. Conclusion: It can be concluded that obtaining happiness by pursuing a satisfactory life through creation of values can play an important role in happiness. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that the concept of happiness might be included in nursing curriculum.

웰다잉에 관한 한국인의 주관성 연구 (A Study on the Subjectivity of Koreans about Well Dying - Q Methodological Approach -)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the subjectivity of Koreans about well-dying by dividing the cognition and attitudes of Koreans about well-dying into five types and analyzing and interpreting each type. Method: Q-methodology, which is effective in scientifically measuring individual subjectivity, was used. The result of the Q-shorting of the 34 Q-statements by 42 participants was analyzed with the PQM program. Result: Five cognitive types of the subjectivity about well-dying were identified and labeled as follows. Type I: Individual and preparation for the other world. Type II: Receptive to nature and fate. Type III: Oriental and family centered. Type IV: Realistic and self-independent. Type V: Altruistic and preparing for the other world. Conclusions: This study generally show that traditional family connections and blood relationship are declining, and western rationalism and the pursuit of the positive meaning of well-dying are beginning to be accepted in the cognition of modern Koreans.

유아교사의 이직의도에 대한 Q 방법론적 분석 (A Study on Turnover Intention of Early Childhood Teachers: Q Methodological Approach)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to classify turnover intention of early childhood teachers. This study also analyzed the characteristics of each types of turnover intentions. The research questions were as follows: First, what are the types of turnover intention among early childhood teachers?. Second, what are the characteristics of the types of turnover intention among early childhood teachers?. Method: This study has adopted the Q methodology as a method. first, open surveys were conducted among 101 early childhood teachers and principals who work at kindergartens or child care centers along with literature research, followed by the establishment of Q samples(48 questions). Second, the Q sample was classified among the P sample and was comprised of 90 participants. Ninety early childhood teachers as P sample sorted the 48 Q statements. Results: The findings of this study were summarized as follows: First, the types of early childhood teacher's turnover intentions were identified as four-factors. Second, the characteristics of the four-types of turnover intention were interpreted as follows: 'The type of complex psychological conflict', 'The type of pursuit of social value', 'The type of dependence on organizational environment', 'The type of realistic self-development'. Conclusion/Implications: We suggested political and institutional supporting ways for each type of early childhood teachers.

간호학생의 보완대체요법에 대한 태도 연구 - Q 방법론적 접근 - (Nursing Students' Attitudes towards Complementary Alternative Therapy - Q methodological approach -)

  • This study aims to identify the types and type-specific characteristics of subjectivity on complementary alternative therapy of nursing students using Q-methodology and to provide them as basic materials for nursing education. Q-methodology provides a scientific method for identifying perception structures that exist within certain individuals or groups. Thirty C college nursing students' classified 35 selected Q-statements into 9 points standard, according to the level of agreement or disagreement by forced normal distribution. The collected data was analyzed by using a QUNAL PC program. Resultingly, the attitude of nursing students regarding complementary alternative therapy was divided into three types. Type 1 is positive recognition. The students who think the therapy contributes to maintaining and improving health, and is a way to protect human body and improve welfare by enhancing immunity. Type 2 is objective acceptance. The students who think the complementary alternative therapy is effective when it is properly used for specific constitutions in discussion with medical teams after its effects are scientifically reviewed. Type 3 is popularity consideration. The students who put focus on its popular use and regard the therapy as very useful for not only patients but also ordinary healthy people because it is based on the natural and human approach. In conclusion, proposed are studies on influence factor of nursing students' awareness about the complementary alternative therapy and reviews on the effects of the complementary alternative therapy that is applied as nursing intervention.

위협적 메시지에 대한 주관적 인식 유형 - 최근 한반도 정세 관련 보도의 Q방법론적 분석 - (Type of Subjective Perception on the Fear Message - Q-methodological analysis on the latest Report of Korean Peninsula Situation -)

  • 최근 한반도 정세와 관련하여 북한의 전쟁위협으로 긴장이 고조되고 심각한 위기상황이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 최근 북한의 전쟁위협에 대해 남한의 주민들(수용자)이 느끼는 주관적 인식에 대해 Q방법론적 분석틀을 통해 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구 결과 북한의 전쟁위협에 대해 남한 주민들의 인식 유형은 '무반응형', '공포 반응형', '심리적 불안형', '냉소적 무시형' 등 네 가지로 분석되고 있다. 먼저, 제1유형인 무반응형은 북한의 전쟁위협 자체에 큰 공감을 하지 못하는 유형이며, 제2유형인 공포 반응형은 '혹시 이러다 무슨 일이 생기는 것 아닌가'하는 불안한 마음을 가지고 있고, 북한의 전쟁위협에 대해 위기감을 느끼는 유형이다. 제3유형인 심리적 불안형은 북한의 전쟁위협으로 인해서 남북관계가 위기라고 느끼고 있는 유형이다. 마지막으로 제4유형인 냉소적 무시형은 북한의 위협이 허풍이라고 생각하고 있으며, 북한이 양치기 소년 같다고 느끼고 있는 것으로 분류되고 있는 유형이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 Q방법론을 적용한 것은 연구참가자의 위협적 메시지에 대해 주관적 인식과 위협이라는 심리적 의미에 보다 심층적인 접근이 가능하기 때문이다.

휴먼서비스 전공분야 대학생의 죽음태도 유형 -Q 방법론적 접근- (Types of Students' Death Attitudes Majoring in Human Service Area : Q-Methodological Approach)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze death attitudes of students majoring In the human service area, such as nursing science, education, and social welfare. Method: The Q-methodology which provides a method of analyzing the subjectivity of each item was used, The 38 selected Q-statements from each of 42 subjects were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 9 point scale. The collected data was analyzed using a QUANL PC program. Result: Four types of death attitudes for research subjects in nursing, education, and social welfare areas were identified. Type I is fatalistic admission, Type II is pursuit of existential life, Type III is uncertainty of life after death, and Type IV is separation-connection between life and death. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that different approaches of death educational programs are recommended based on the four types of death attitudes.

수술실 간호사의 윤리적 이슈에 대한 인식 유형: Q방법론적 접근 (Types of Perception toward Ethical Issues in Perioperative Nurses: Q-Methodological Approach)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed at identifying the types of perceptions of ethical issues among perioperative nurses. Methods: Q-methodology focusing on individual subjectivity was used with data collected in November 2016. Thirty-four Q-statements were selected and scored by the 35 participants on a 9-point scale with normal distribution. Participants were perioperative nurses working in advanced general hospitals and general hospitals. The data were analyzed using the PC-QUANL program. Results: A total of 35 perioperative nurses were classified into 4 factors based on the following viewpoints: self-centered (type 1), onlooking and avoiding (type 2), patient-centered (type 3), and problem-centered (type 4). The 4 factors accounted for 57.84% of the total variance. Individual contributions of factors 1, 2, 3, and 4 were 41.80%, 7.18%, 5.20%, and 3.66%, respectively. Conclusion: The major contribution of this study is the clarification of perioperative nurses' subjective perceptions of ethical issues. These findings can be used in formulating effective strategies for nursing educators, professional nurses, and nursing administrators to improve ethical decision-making abilities and to perform ethical nursing care by the appropriate management of ethical issues in everyday nursing practice.

임산부의 태교에 대한 태도유형 분석-Q 방법론적 접근- (A Study on Taegyo Types of the Pregnant Woman- Q-methodological Approach -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify structural patterns in the subjectivity of Taegyo in pregnant woman and to provide a basis for nursing interventions. Thirty pregrant women were the subjects of this study. They were in the gestation period of pregnancy between 12 weeks to five days post partum and they lived in the city of Taejon. The research method employed Q-methodology which is based on self-psychology and abductive logics. The results revealed three different types of the Taegyo ; 1) Peaceful mind type, listening to music and appreciation of art for quietness of mind and also the support and concern of husband. 2) Self control type, recognizes herself as a pregrant woman and trys to do her works spontaneously and also adapt herself to changing of circumstances. 3) Dependent oriented type, needs absolute help from the surroundings under the specific condition of pregnancy. This results show that investigating the specific experience, characteristic and structure of the Taegyo of a pregnant woman can be used as a part of the nursing assessment and also provides useful basic data of nursing interventions during pregnancy.

청소년의 자살에 대한 태도: Q-방법론적 접근 (Attitudes of Adolescents toward Suicide: Q-Methodological Approach)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify attitudes of adolescents toward suicide. Methods: Q-methodology which provides a method of analyzing the subjectivity of each item was used. Thirty middle and high school students classified 37 selected statements into a normal distribution using a 9 point scale. Collected data were analyzed using the Quanl PC Program. Results: Three types of attitudes toward suicide were identified. The first type (opposing suicide-moral minded) showed an attitude of opposing suicide and thinking that suicide is a sin. The second type (understanding-empathizing suicidal person) showed an attitude of understanding the situation of the adolescents who has suicidal ideation and empathizing with them. The third type (ambivalent attitude) showed an attitude of understanding the suicidal person but, at the same time, opposing suicide. Conclusion: Results of the study indicate that different approaches to suicide prevention programs should be developed based on the three types of suicide attitudes among adolescents.
