To develop eco-friendly microbial inoculants, siderophore-producing bacteria were isolated and identified, and their production characteristics and plant growth-promoting abilities were investigated. A strain S21 was isolated from rhizosphere of Korean perilla (Perilla frutescens) and identified as Enterobacter amnigenus by phenotypic properties and 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The highest siderophore production was obtained in a medium containing 0.5% fructose, 0.1% urea, 0.5% K₂HPO₄ and 0.1% succinic acid. By using this improved medium, siderophore production increased by 2.5 times compared to that of basal medium. The strain S21 showed insoluble phosphate solubilizing, ammonification and antifungal activities, and also produced hydrolytic enzymes (protease and lipase), indoleacetic acid and 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase. Our data suggest that E. amnigenus S21 is a potential candidate that can be used as eco-friendly biocontrol agent and biofertilizer.

The information and communications construction business has the characteristics of an infrastructure industry and responsibility for the construction and maintenance of all ICT infrastructures. With the recent proliferation of the smart convergence of various industries based on ICT infrastructure, the role of the information and communications construction business has been highlighted to accommodate the convergence and implementation environment in construction and medical industries. Therefore, this paper seeks policy measures to establish the new role of the information and communications business under the rapidly developing smart convergence environment and the priorities of policy measures to strengthen the capability of the information and communications business using a quantitative model. The analysis result suggests that the difference in importance of each policy measure should be considered in order to execute effectively the policy of promoting the information and communications construction business. Given the constraint of limited budget, policy priorities include the development of new markets, and establishment of incentive for new technology. This study is significant for its theoretical contribution, being the first quantitative approach to policy priorities for the promotion of information and communications construction business under the smart convertgence environment.

This study aims to provide strategic recommendations for promoting the development of the global satellite data services industry by analyzing the startup landscape. Based on the analysis of startup data, such as number of startups, market segment, and funding amount, we examined the paradigm shift in the global satellite data services market, particularly its convergence with other market segments. To this end, we derived the cumulative funding-convergence dynamics matrix, which classifies the converging areas into four quadrants by considering the growth rate of converging segments and the cumulative funding amount. In this way, we can specify converging areas in the satellite data services market that bear potential importance for the creation of new markets. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the advancement of the satellite data services industry and facilitate the exploration of new market opportunities. Furthermore, they can serve as a valuable reference for policy makers, industry stakeholders, government officials, and researchers involved in the satellite data services industry in capitalizing on the emerging space economy.

2018년부터 시행된 항공안전정책기본계획은 무결점 항공안전관리체계 구축과 미래 항공안전 인프라 구축을 목표로 4차 산업혁명 기술을 적용한 항공안전관리 기술 개발을 포함하고 있다. 인공지능과 빅데이터를 활용한 항공기 고장관리, 가상/증강현실 기술을 활용한 비행훈련체계 등 다양한 항공안전관리 체계를 구축하고자 한다. 현재 공군에서도 스마트한 공군력 건설이라는 목표 아래 신기술을 활용한 비행안전관리 체계 사업을 추진 중이다. 본 연구에서는 비행 전에 항공기의 최종 안전성을 점검하는 항공기 상태 점검체계를 4차 산업혁명기술을 적용하여 설계하고자 한다. 공군에서는 항공기 상태 점검으로 기골 결함 점검과 비행 전 항공기 종합점검을 실시한다. 본 연구에서는 최소한 점검 오류를 줄일 수 있는 무결점 점검을 위해서 인공지능, 사물인터넷, 빅데이터, 그리고 드론을 활용한 기골 결함 점검체계와 비행 전 항공기 상태 점검체계 설계를 제안한다.

새 정부의 국정방향인 창조경제는 '창의적 상상력과 과학기술, ICT가 결합하여 활발하게 창업 또는 기존 산업과 융합하고 이를 통해 새로운 시장, 산업 및 일자리가 창출되는 성장전략'이라고 정의할 수 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 혁신 클러스터는 그 정책 목표가 유기적 생태계 관점에서 기술혁신을 촉진하는 것이므로 창조경제 실현의 유효한 정책 수단으로 활용될 수 있다. 이러한 개념적 배경을 기반으로 본 연구에서는 창조경제형 ICT 융합 혁신 클러스터 정책 시사점을 얻기 위해 최근 주목받고 있는 판교테크노밸리 조성 사례를 분석하였다. 먼저 조성 측면에서는 환경 변화에 대한 지방정부의 유연한 대응, 철저한 사전 기획, 민간과 공공의 균형적 참여가 중요한 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 창조경제 활성화 측면에서는 우수인력 집적을 위한 정주여건 확보, 융합을 촉진할 다양한 혁신주체들의 집적과 이들 간의 네트워크 활성화, 창업 촉진을 위한 지원 프로그램 등 창업환경 조성이 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다.

소비자가 선호하는 유통의 현대화를 위한 정부의 유통 현대화 정책에 따라 현대 시장이이 급속히 성장했다. 이에 반해 전통적인 시장은 작은 시장규모, 시장 내 복잡한 관계 및 부적절한 공간, 유통 구조, 비효율적인 운영 및 무질서한 거래 등으로 인해 소비자에게 인기를 잃고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅, 즉 컨텍스트 인식 정보를 6W1H로 업그레이드하고 스마트 폰과의 인터페이스를 통해 시장을 활성화하고 증강 현실 기술을 통해 고급 정보를 제공하고자한다. 사용자 문맥을 이용한 상황인지 시스템의 구축은 지식 기반에 참조 규칙을 적용하고 구현하는 방법에 따라 결과가 크게 다르게 나타난다. 이를 통해서 제안하는 방법은 RFID 기술과 6W1H 문맥 인식을 통해 전통 시장을 홍보하는데 목적을 가지고 있다.

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 식습관과 자기효능감이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 각 생애주기별 삶의 질을 높이는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 C시 소재 B대학 간호학생을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구이며 자료는 SPSSWIN 18.0,을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA 및 bonferroni 사후 검정 분석, Pearson correlation coefficients 산출 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 건강증진행위는 식습관(r=.54 p<.001), 자기 효능감(r=.63 p<.001)과 유의한 양적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 학년, 성별, 자녀의 건강에 대한 부모의 관심, 건강상태, 식습관, 자기효능감이 건강증진행위를 53.8% 설명하였으며, 이 중 식습관, 자기 효능감, 성별이 건강증진행위에 의미 있는 영향을 주었다. 향후 연구방향: 적절한 식습관과 건강증진을 위해 건강교육 및 자기 효능감 강화를 위한 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

국방IT융합이란 네트워크중심전(Network Centric Warfare) 개념을 실현하기 위해 새로운 IT 융합기술을 개발하여 실제 전력화하는 것이다. 국방부는 창조경제 시대적 사명인 국방IT융합발전을 위해 국방기술품질원의 국방IT융합 센터를 전담기관으로 지정하였고 융합센터를 중심으로 국방IT융합 과제 발굴을 위한 산 학 연구기관과 군 소요조사, 사전 기술기획 활동하며 국방 도메인 전문가로 구성된 과제기획팀 운영과 선진 기획방법 적용 등을 통해 민간IT 신기술의 적기 도입을 중점적으로 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 국방IT융합 발전을 위해 국가IT융합 정책 추진과 국방IT융합기술 현상을 이론적으로 고찰하고 종합적으로 분석한 뒤 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 발전전략이 절실히 요구된다. 본 논문은 국방IT융합발전을 위해 식별된 IT융합 과제를 단계화 추진하고 신설된 국방IT융합센터의 효율성을 제고하며 국방개혁과 연계된 IT융합인재 육성방안을 제시함으로써 스마트 국방을 조기에 달성하고 패러다임의 신속한 전환과 창조경제 구현에도 크게 기여할 것이다.

본 연구는 중년 여성의 갱년기 증상, 건강증진행위 및 노화불안 정도를 확인하고, 노화불안의 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 부산, 경남 지역에 거주하는 중년 여성 228명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용한 t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 및 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 대상자의 평균연령은 53.25세였으며, 갱년기 증상(r=.552, p<.001)과 건강증진행위(r=-.290, p<.001)는 노화불안과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 건강상태인식(β=-.132, p<.001), 갱년기 증상(β=.464, p=.016) 및 건강증진행위(β=-.146, p=.005)는 유의미하게 노화불안을 예측하는 변수였으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 33.7%로 나타났다. 중년 여성의 노화불안을 예방하기 위해서는 갱년기 증상 및 건강에 대한 개인의 인식을 고려한 건강증진 프로그램이 제공되어야 할 것이다.

Uncertainty is increasing around the world due to COVID-19 and Ukraine crisis. In this situation, each company is making countless efforts to survive. In Korea, smart factory projects targeting small and medium-sized businesses with difficulties have been continuously promoted. As for the smart factory business that has been promoted so far, the base expansion of the smart factory is also steadily increasing as the number of companies carrying out the project is increasing. It was also found that it contributed to productivity improvement and quality improvement. Despite these positive aspects, difficulties and operational problems are also appearing in the process of promoting smart factories. In this study, we investigated and analyzed operational problems and difficulties in the process of promoting smart factories. In addition, improvement plans for problems were presented according to the contents of this analysis, and improvement plans were presented by classifying them into introduction and supply companies, considering that the smart factory business is formed in the form of a consortium between introduction and supply companies.
