The purpose of this study was to spread the education of human creativity program and its possibility of consistency, and its application to school system by exploring the evaluation system that determines the valuable and useful decisions. This study was based on the evaluation system according to CIPP model regarding the program's general ideas and its role. The interest of the education of human creativity was increasing as well as its progress of program, and we searched 13 figures and 55 evaluation index according to increase the program's effectiveness and nation-wise situation of evaluation model. The conclusion of this study was that the human creativity program's evaluation was composed of six compartments. And the context evaluation was composed of three evaluation models and eleven index, and input evaluation was composed of three evaluation model and 15 index, while process evaluation is composed of three evaluation models and thirteen evaluation index. Lastly, output evaluation had four evaluation model and sixteen index.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the overall RN-BSN program, current curriculum, and student outcomes in one nursing college. Method: A cross- sectional survey was used for current students (n=152) and graduates (n=54). Three different instruments were used in this study; K-Regis University RN-BSN Program Evaluation Tool, Curriculum Evaluation Tool, and Outcome Evaluation Tool. Result: Results showed that overall the program was satisfying to current students and graduates. However, curriculum evaluation showed that clinical practicum and nursing skill courses were generally unsatisfying, indicating further changes in these areas. Graduates showed higher leadership and professionalism than current students in the outcome evaluation. Conclusion: The current study indicates a need for further studies such as review of the RN-BSN program philosophy and education method, or program evaluation by periods. Additionally, there is a need for a strategic plan to develop the RN-BSN program in the future.

It is strongly desirable to continuously study the program outcomes that are one of the requirements of engineering accreditation. In this paper, the results of program outcome evaluation obtained by using four tools - exit written exams, essay tests, capstone design, and an official English test - were compared to those of program outcome evaluation obtained by a course-embedded assessment method. The former evaluation was carried out for 15 students who graduated in February 2010 by using the four evaluation tools, while the latter was performed by using a course offered in the Spring and Fall semesters in 2009. Two evaluation results revealed no large difference in almost all 12 program outcomes, which indicates that course-embedded assessment would be one of the practical and effective program outcome evaluation tools.

Systematic performance evaluation of the Defense Acquisition Program is very important, since they are directly related to national security. In this paper, we reviewed various performance evaluation models from a methodological perspective for pragmatic performance evaluation, and the limitations of each model. In order to evaluate the performance of the Defense acquisition program efficiently, especially for the Naval ship Projects and considering their unique characteristics, both various stakeholders' participation, standard indicators for performance measurement, and tailoring them considering the projects' circumstances are necessary. We also propose indicators, contents, and detailed criteria example for the Requirements management. This approach enables a pragmatic and consistent evaluation of defense projects, and through this, meaningful insights could be acquired with accumulate data.

The purpose of this paper are to evaluate the program outcome(PO) for mechanical engineering program at Chosun University, In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we analyze the evaluation system on measuring and analyzed methods of PO. We expect that the evaluation system of PO will help program members to efficiently manage the engineering program accreditation evaluations. This paper were to improve PO evaluation system throughout assessment tools, measurements and analysis of PO between current students and faculty. This study would be confined measurements, analysis and improvement of PO for current students, and faculty in this program.

The measurement of informatization program effectiveness continues to be a central concern of both academics and practitioners. However, most studies of it have been inclined too heavily toward testing validity and reliability of evaluation measure to strengthen the theoretical rigor. Drawbacks of this approach have been pointed out as being unsuitable for evaluating the effectiveness of informatization program due to lack of practical relevance. The paper comprises four sections to solve the problem. 1) Through literature review of theoretical conceptual models in IS effectiveness and the domestic and foreign cases on informatization program, we establish the evaluation framework which consists of evaluation phases, 6 evaluation areas, and 22 evaluation items, and developed evaluation measures of each items. 2) Different researchers have addressed different aspects of attribute of measure. With comparing them to each other, 3 mutually exclusive criteria on coincidence analysis(usability of measurement. reliability of measurement. and validity of content) are identified. 3) Data are gathered from respondents in informatizaiton program-related organizations such as policy agency, management agency, support agency, and recipient agency. 4) The degree of coincidence of each evaluation measure are analyzed by course of an coincidence analysis procedure, which includes the reliability test, arithmetical test, and criteria validity test. The academic implication of this study is that researchers can gain an insight into the coincidence analysis to approach the problem of deciding on an indicator of performance for informatization program. There is also practical implication for applying the potential means of improving the practical relevance of conducting evaluating the informatization program.

In this paper, the evaluation system in order to achieve the program education objectives of Accreditaion Board for engineering education of Korea, analyze the educational objectives evaluation tool case studies of programs that are run by each university, the program educational objectives to match the actual situation of university I have developed a distinction between questions the evaluation and assessment system. Configuration, execution, measurement, analysis, is a five-step mooring, the evaluation tool, is a graduate research you are currently using the most in Korea, the employer survey, education target assessment model of the program, employment trends of graduates, I decided to graduate focus group interviews. Distinction between questions, the evaluation also developed a questionnaire to derive the important keywords of education for each objectives. Improvement evaluation tool, the evaluation criteria is required, the University is preparing evaluate (NGR) in South Korea engineering education certification next regularly, requires research on semantic analysis of the results of measurement of the educational goals of the program in the future some.

This study conducted monitoring and outcome evaluation of three newly-established programs in 'Community Empowerment program in 2019' in Daegwallyeong-myeon. The purpose of the study is to find out the organic relationship between the process and result of the program and its effect on participants by performing two evaluation methods in parallel on the target program. As a result of the research, first, it was found that there was a difference in the degree of acceptance of feedback depending on the instructor who is charging each program. Second, there were two categorized results such as the depth and direction which is changed by the number of monitoring, or similar content being repeated. Third, there was an organic relationship between monitoring evaluation and outcome evaluation. Therefore, it can be said that it is highly likely to lead to more systematic and meaningful results if the community empowerment program is monitored as a process evaluation and outcome evaluation.

Outcome Evaluation은 미국의 DOE(Department Of Energy)산하 EERE(Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy)에서 프로그램 평가를 위해 사용하는 General Program Evaluation Guide에서 언급된 5가지 평가방법 중 하나로 프로그램의 결과를 측정하여 평가하는 방법이다. 이는 프로그램을 시행한 후 일정한 기간이 지난 뒤 프로그램의 목적을 달성함으로써 얻어지는 결과를 추산하여 그 기간 동안 프로그램이 의도했던 목적을 위해 얼마나 잘 수행되었는지를 보여준다. 본 연구에서는 Outcome Evaluation을 이용하여 한국에서 진행되고 있는 신재생에너지 보급사업에 대한 평가를 하였다. 현재 한국의 신재생에너지 보급사업은 크게 보급지원제도와 기반조성사업으로 나누어져 있으나 본 연구에서는 보급지원제도에 중점을 두어 평가를 진행하였다. General Program Evaluation Guide에 따르면 Outcome Evaluation의 방법론은 engineering estimation에서 survival analysis에 이르기까지 다양한 방법론을 제시하지만 본 연구에서는 Tabulation과 Correlation을 주로 활용하였다. 먼저 평가의 대상이 되는 프로그램과 시기를 정하고 평가지표를 산정한 뒤 위와 같은 방법론을 활용해 평가를 진행했고, 그 시사점을 도출하였다.

The goal of this study was to establish the evaluation method, which consist of the principle, factor, procedure and checklist, on environmental camp program and then to support staffs of environmental camp for decision-making to improve pre-program and develop new one. The main principles of the evaluation method established in this study were Hierarchical holism and Open inter-communication. First, hierarchical holism focused at the interaction among six factors, which were divided by 3 steps : 1) goal(and objectives) 2) learners and sites 3) activities, staffs and media. Second, open inter-communication could be defined a feedback process among all program participants : manager, staff, teacher, volunteer, learner and so on. The evaluation checklist had been developed of 10 comprehensive items and 30 factor-items at the preliminary step but some items were assessed some complex or duplicate in the result of 3 case studies. The suggested checklist was diminished to 5 comprehensive items and 25 factor-items. Several alternatives, which included specifing learners and objectives, developing site-oriented program and establishing the evaluation sheet were suggested for improving environmental camp program.
