This study tried to develop a lifestyle redesign program that can be applied to college students. For program development, the Delphi research method was implemented with 8 experts. Based on previous studies on lifestyle and time use, the first Delphi survey investigated the prioritization of occupations through evaluation instruments, lifestyle types, and living time survey tables. In the second Delphi survey, it was constructed based on the opinions of experts, and when the content validity ratio was low, it was reconstructed by modifying and supplementing it. In the third Delphi survey, while maintaining the framework of the secondary content, the experts' own responses from the second time and the second average score with other experts were presented together. As a result of this study, a program with an average score of 3.88~4.00, a content validity ratio of 1.00, and a convergence of 0.00 was finally derived. In the lifestyle redesign program for college students, the first step of the pre-intervention evaluation is to identify the lifestyle type, apply evaluation tools, and select occupations. In the second step, the lifestyle is redesigned by the intervention execution, and the facilitator intervenes to help college students do well their tasks. The program was developed by encouraging them to practice, checking the lifestyle type change as a result of the intervention in step 3, applying evaluation instruments after the intervention, and ending the program in the last step. This study provided a rationale for using lifestyle redesign program as an intervention to change their occupational performance patterns in order to successfully carry out the life they want.
Based on the challenges encountered in the urban regeneration projects (general neighborhood-type) of Anjung District and Sinjang District in Pyeongtaek City, this study aims to explore the key factors of improvement measures for urban regeneration projects. Using the first survey conducted among shopping mall owners, employees, and residents, this study finds a significant level of awareness and very strong needs for urban regeneration projects. On the other hand, the overall satisfaction levels are observed to be low across the three factors: social, economic, and cultural. The second expert survey and the subsequent Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis conducted for improvement measures reveal notable discrepancies in the prioritization of factors between administrative experts and practical experts. For the importance of administrative experts, the establishment of network-type regional governance was ranked first for the importance, followed by hosting events related to the U.S. military and long-term pre-market operations, and expanding exchange and cooperation between the U.S. Forces Korea and the community. For the importance of working-level experts, hosting U.S. military-related events and long-term pre-market operations was ranked first, while supporting U.S. military-related festivals and developing local natural landscape resources was ranked second. Our findings suggest the need for proactive measures such as attracting commercial facilities to stimulate demand from both the U.S. military and local residents, thereby revitalizing general neighborhood-type urban regeneration projects, developing programs for local tourism, and operating pre-market operations in the long run. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of regional government cooperation for urban regeneration projects.
In order for the military to review the introduction of virtual reality technology into various education and training systems and fully utilize it, it is important to reflect the characteristics of the technology and education system and to accurately identify and selectively apply the characteristics of commercialization. In this study, the evaluation criteria were selected through the Analitic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for factors to be considered when commercializing a virtual reality-based education and training system, and the priorities of the projects were determined. Based on previous studies, an initial AHP model was constructed and the relative importance of six factors, including reality, was analyzed as the level 1 evaluation criteria. Next, for Level 2, each evaluation criterion was evaluated to confirm the importance of each of the 11 tasks in the six evaluation criteria, and priorities were selected for each task. As a result of the analysis, level 1 showed that reality and ripple had higher importance than other factors. As a result of evaluating the final relative importance, the priority was shown in the order of ① flight training, ② disaster training, ③ shooting Training, and ④ driving a vehicle. Based on the relative priorities determined in Levels 1 and 2 of the model presented in this study, the importance of each project necessary for final decision-making of the research priorities for the defense virtual reality project was presented. It is expected that this study can be used as a reference material for prioritizing the commercialization of education and training systems in the defense sector.

This study utilized TEXTOM, a social network analysis program to analyze changes in current tourism behavior after travel restrictions were eased after the outbreak of COVID-19. Data on the keywords 'domestic travel' and 'overseas travel' were collected from blogs, cafes, and news provided by Naver, Google, and Daum. The collection period was set from April to December 2022 when social distancing was lifted, and 2019 and 2020 were each set as one year and compared and analyzed with 2022. A total of 80 key words were extracted through text mining and centrality analysis was performed using NetDraw. Finally, through the CONCOR, the correlated keywords were clustered into 4. As a result of the study, tourism behavior in 2022 shows tourism recovery before the outbreak of COVID-19, segmentation of travel based on each person's preferred theme, prioritization of each country's corona mitigation policy, and then selecting a tourist destination. It is expected to provide basic data for the development of tourism marketing strategies and tourism products for the newly emerging tourism ecosystem after COVID-19.

It is general that mostly congested sections of national backbone networks have been improved based on the national network expansion plan. However, in case of intermodal terminals which are origins of logistics, it is still so congested that travel time between origin and destination is long. Therefore, intermodal transportation systems plan of major intermodal terminals for the intermodal connector networks between intermodal terminal and national backbone network or intermodal terminal was established. With the limitation of priority methodology applying to intermodal connector facility under existing methodology, this study suggests an improved priority methodology. This study includes characteristics of terminal on the hierarchical structure and assessment list, but it does not concentrate on the specific terminal type through survey. To avoid a certain concentration, budget constraint for each terminal type was considered ahead of priority. Finally priority methodology was developed with two-step assessment under consideration that specific terminal is not involved in intermodal connector facility project. As a result of calculating weights by survey, effects such as d/c and accessibility fluctuations index through project implementation gain high weight, and degree of region underdevelopment gets next. Although the methodology in this study could not yields the priority by assessment list, it will be useful for setting the direction on policy related to intermodal connector facility projects.

This study is based on Degree of Recognition and AHP surveys for experts, this study investigates changes in the demand of seafarers in response to changes in the shipping industry environment in which Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships(MASS) emerge according to the application of the fourth industrial revolution technology to ships, and it looks into changes in seafarers' skills. It also analyzes and proposes a plan for cultivating seafarers accordingly. As a result of Degree of Recognition and AHP analysis, it is analyzed that a new training system is required because the current training and education system may cover the job competencies of emergency response, caution and danger navigation, general sailing, cargo handling, seaworthiness maintenance, emergency response, and ship maintenance and management, but jobs such as remote control, monitoring diagnosis, device management capability, and big data analysis require competency for unmanned and shore based control.By evaluating the importance of change factors in the duties of seafarers in Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships, this study provides information on seafarers educational institutions response strategies for nurturing seafarers and prioritization of resource allocation, etc. The importance of factors was compared and evaluated to suggest changes in the duties of seafarers and methods of nurturing seafarers according to the introduction of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships.It is expected that this study is meaningful as it systematically derived the duties and competency factors of seafarers of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships from a practical point of view and analyzed the perception level of each relevant expert to diagnose expert-level responses to the introduction of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships.

Gyeonggi Province has established a bus information system to provide real-time bus arrival information, aiming to make bus usage convenient for its residents. While the Gyeonggi bus information system is becoming more advanced through the application of IT technology, there are still information-vulnerable groups finding it difficult to use. In particular, the elderly have a low level of digital information literacy and habe difficulty using it. In this regard, this study aims to address the information usage disparity among the elderly in public transportation by utilizing expert in-depth survey methodology known as the Delphi technique. The study classified the policy initiatives that Gyeonggi Province should undertake into three categories: user education and expanded promotion, technological development and dissemination, and providing convenient usage environment. Through two rounds of surveys, the study assessed the priority of ten specific sub-tasks within these categories. Additionally, it gathered opinions on the effectiveness and feasibility of each item. The results yielded prioritization and evaluation of effectiveness and feasibility for nine sub-tasks. Based on these outcomes, the study proposed future projects that Gyeonggi Province should implement to address the information disparity among the elderly, offering a comprehensive approach to bridge the gap.

Pervasive research underscores the direct correlation between an enhanced safety climate and a marked reduction in accidents. The intricacies of safety climate are governed by three pivotal strata: organizational management, on-site operations, and the broader enterprise framework. Within an organizational context, sustaining optimal performance across these layers poses a considerable challenge, often attributable to the constraints of available managerial bandwidth. It becomes imperative, then, to conceive a phased enhancement blueprint for the safety climate. To orchestrate this blueprint with precision, a discerning understanding of the hierarchy of safety climate metrics is essential, which subsequently guides judicious managerial resource allocation. This investigation is anchored in elucidating the hierarchical significance of safety climate metrics through the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). Implementing the AHP framework, both a questionnaire was disseminated and a subsequent analysis undertaken, culminating in the extraction of relative priorities of safety climate determinants. Consequent to this analysis, "workers' safety prioritization and risk aversion" emerged as the foremost dimension, holding a significance weight of 0.1900. Furthermore, within the detailed elements, "unwavering adherence to safety mandates amidst demanding operational constraints" ranked supreme, manifesting a weight of 0.6663. The findings encapsulated in this study are poised to be foundational in sculpting improvements at an institutional level and devising policies, all with the end goal of fostering an exemplar safety climate within construction arenas.

In this paper, we proposed a methodology to effectively determine the selection and prioritization of new business and innovation projects using AI technology. AI technology is a technology that can upgrade the business of companies in various industries and increase the added value of the entire industry. However, there are various constraints and difficulties in the decision-making process of selecting and implementing AI projects in the enterprise. In this paper, we propose a new methodology for prioritizing AI projects using Morphology, AHP, and TOPSIS. The proposed methodology helps prioritize AI projects by simultaneously considering the technical feasibility of AI technology and real-world user requirements. In this study, we applied the proposal methodology to a real enterprise that wanted to prioritize multiple AI projects in the HR field and evaluated the results. The results confirm the practical applicability of the methodology and suggest ways to use it to help companies make decisions about AI projects. The significance of the methodology proposed in this study is that it is a framework for prioritizing multiple AI projects considered by a company in the most reasonable way by considering both business and technical factors at the same time.

This study aimed to examine the effects of leisure activities on leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction among airline cabin crew, as well as the mediating effect of leisure satisfaction. The context for this research was the sudden increase in air travel demand in 2022 following the COVID-19 economic recovery, which led to cabin crew members experiencing severe stress and fatigue due to excessive scheduling. To achieve this research objective, a self-administered online survey was conducted with 251 cabin crew members from domestic and international airlines, resulting in a total of 224 valid leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction, as well as the mediating effect of leisure satisfaction on the relationship between leisure activity types and job satisfaction. The hypothesis testing results revealed that all types of leisure activities, including family-oriented, friend-oriented, and work-related activities, had a significant positive effect on leisure satisfaction. Family-oriented and work-related leisure activities had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and leisure satisfaction had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Additionally, the mediation analysis confirmed that leisure satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between family-oriented and work-related leisure activities and job satisfaction, while it fully mediated the relationship between friend-oriented leisure activities and job satisfaction. Therefore, the study offers academic implications based on these findings and proposes strategies for utilizing various types of leisure activities to enhance leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction among airline cabin crew. It also suggests that future research should further validate these findings through methods such as the Delphi technique or Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis to assess the importance and prioritization of these factors among relevant industry stakeholders.
