A Study on the Development of Product Planning Prediction Model Using Logistic Regression Algorithm (로지스틱 회귀 알고리즘을 활용한 상품 기획 예측 모형 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted to propose a product planning prediction model using logistic regression algorithm to predict seasonal factors and rapidly changing product trends. First, we collected unstructured data of consumers in portal sites and online markets using web crawling, and analyzed meaningful information about products through preprocessing for transformation of standardized data. The datasets of 11,200 were analyzed by Logistic Regression to analyze consumer satisfaction, frequency analysis, and advantages and disadvantages of products. The result of analysis showed that the satisfaction of consumers was 92% and the defective issues of products were confirmed through frequency analysis. The results of analysis on the use satisfaction, system efficiency, and system effectiveness items of the developed product planning prediction program showed that the satisfaction was high. Defective issues are very meaningful data in that they provide information necessary for quickly recognizing the current problem of products and establishing improvement strategies.

An Analysis of K-POP Stars' Images in Chinese Social Medias (중국 소셜 미디어에 나타난 K-POP 스타들의 사진 이미지 분석)

  • The main purpose of this study was to investigate K-pop stars' images in photos presented by social networks in China. In this study photos of K-pop stars were collected from a community site of Baidu as one of the biggest portal sites and were five idol groups (EXO, IKON, T-ara, Wonder Girls, and Girls' Generation) which have beeb getting famous in China. For this musical styles and backgrounds of the K-pop idol stars were scrutinized in brief and explored in respect with its images. The results of the study were follows: First, the overall pictorial images of K-pop boys' groups were characterized in masculine and stylish images emphasizing the western appearance. In case of K-pop girl groups, sexy, gorgeous, feminine and youthful images were identified. In conclusion, K-pop idol stars is contributing to expand Korean pop arts into Chinese public culture as Chinese people produced and circulated the pictorial images of K-pop stars and facilitated consumption activities of K-pop contents.

A Study on Naver and Google's Eventful Brand Experience Design (네이버와 구글의 이벤트성 브랜드 경험 디자인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze how brands are perceived to be most positive when they are presented to users in brand experience design, and to help them communicate more effectively. Originally, brands changed their logos periodically with the aim of communicating anniversaries. These days, not only this information but also emotional communication with users. As a research method, two major portal sites were selected for use in Korea, and a preference survey and in-depth interview were conducted based on the case of the event logos. From the results of the study, we were able to obtain results that the event logos act as a more positive factor when they provide users with various emotional motivations. In the future, we anticipate that users will be given higher value if they have a design approach that will elicit more diverse emotions from the brand experience.

Analysis of a Causal Relationship between Collective Emotion and Behavior to Sport Issues in SNS (SNS에서의 스포츠이슈에 대한 집단감정과 집합행동의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyse a causal relationship between collective emotion and behavior to sport issues in SNS. For the purpose, 5 sports issues with obvious collective behavior and 5 concerned articles in typical portal sites were selected. From those, each 100 comments with highest recommendation and 5 obvious actions made by the crowd were sampled as the analysis subjects. The results of statistical analyses on collective emotion and behavior materials were as follows. First, collective emotions showed differences by the sports issues. Second, there was a significant causal relationship between collective emotion and behavior in SNS. This study could receive a favorable evaluation due to the statistical analysis on a causal relationship between collective emotion and behavior.

Current Status of SNS Marketing Design and Development of Production Education (SNS 마케팅 디자인의 현황과 제작 교육 개발 방안)

  • Today, SNS exists as the most influential medium. A variety of designs are being produced in the context of numerous SNS marketing designs and the increasing exposure of ads to SNS and portal sites. Recognizing the current status of sns advertising design, which is heating up more than a decade ago, we will study strategies to introduce an important part of education to be conducted in universities and the current way in which it is used and produced. Modern SNS marketing designs include promotional posters, card news, and banner ads, and are evolving into various forms and content that are combined with advertisements. In communicating or sharing information, the importance of real-time advertising product work and the saving of caustic costs are important. This requires a diversification of university education, as well as a change in quality and speed of production. When the graduates of SNS Design Production Education Development Plan and design work were carried out, they conducted a study on the education section where real-time work is possible to proceed to the industrial field. Through this research, we would like to consider the development of SNS marketing design personnel and the practical implications of training methods.

Plan-Class Specific Reference Quality Assurance for Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy

  • Background: There have been much efforts to develop the proper and realistic machine Quality Assurance (QA) reflecting on real Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT) plan. In this work we propose and test a special VMAT plan of plan-class specific (pcsr) QA, as a machine QA so that it might be a good solution to supplement weak point of present machine QA to make it more realistic for VMAT treatment. Materials and Methods: We divided human body into 5 treatment sites: brain, head and neck, chest, abdomen, and pelvis. One plan for each treatment site was selected from real VMAT cases and contours were mapped into the computational human phantom where the same plan as real VMAT plan was created and called plan-class specific reference (pcsr) QA plan. We delivered this pcsr QA plan on a daily basis over the full research period and tracked how much MLC movement and dosimetric error occurred in regular delivery. Several real patients under treatments were also tracked to test the usefulness of pcsr QA through comparisons between them. We used dynalog file viewer (DFV) and Dynalog file to analyze position and speed of individual MLC leaf. The gamma pass rate from portal dosimetry for different gamma criteria was analyzed to evaluate analyze dosimetric accuracy. Results and Discussion: The maxRMS of MLC position error for all plans were all within the tolerance limit of < 0.35 cm and the positional variation of maxPEs for both pcsr and real plans were observed very stable over the research session. Daily variations of maxRMS of MLC speed error and gamma pass rate for real VMAT plans were observed very comparable to those in their pcsr plans in good acceptable fluctuation. Conclusion: We believe that the newly proposed pcsr QA would be useful and helpful to predict the mid-term quality of real VMAT treatment delivery.

Analysis of NCS-supported Web Services in Junior College (전문대학의 NCS 지원 웹서비스 분석)

  • This study analyzed NCS-enabled Web services at colleges. The search scope was based on the NCS Support Center, etc. of the two domestic and one overseas portal sites. Support for the NCS Support Center web service from 12 Junior Colleges was analyzed after the search. There were three categories of NCS-enabled Web services. First, NCS-enabled service status analysis, second, NCS-enabled project status analysis, and third, junior college-specific differentiated NCS-enabled web service analysis were conducted. As a result, NCS-enabled services had more quantitative web pages than NCS-enabled project status services. However, NCS-enabled project status services have been presented with more detailed and practical data than NCS-enabled services. Differentiated Web services were able to analyze what included efforts to maximize NCS Web service support for each Junior College. Based on the results of this study, we look forward to improving the quality of NCS-enabled web services for Junior College education.

COVID-19 and Korean Family Life on Social Media: A Topic Model Approach (소셜 빅데이터로 알아본 코로나19와 가족생활: 토픽모델 접근)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore what social media posts tell us about family life during the COVID-19 pandemic by examining the keywords and topics underlying posts on blogs and online forums. Our criteria for web crawling were (a) blog and forum posts on Naver and Daum, the top portal sites in Korea, (b) posts between February 23 and April 19, 2020, the period of the first heightened social distancing orders, and (c) inclusion of "COVID" and "family" or "COVID" and "home." We analyzed 351,734 posts using TF-IDF values and topic modeling based on latent Dirichlet allocation. We identified and named 22 topics including COVID-19 prevention, family infection, family health, dietary life and changes, religious life, stuck at home, postponed school year, family events, travel and vacations, concerns about family and friends, anxiety and stress, disaster and damage, COVID-19 warning text messages, family support policies, Shin-cheon-ji and Daegu. The results show that COVID-19 impacted various domains of family life including health, food, housing, religion, child care, education, rituals, and leisure as well as relationships and emotions.

A Study on the Consumer Perception of Metaverse Before and After COVID-19 through Big Data Analysis (빅데이터 분석을 통한 코로나 이전과 이후 메타버스에 대한 소비자의 인식에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out consumers' perceptions of "metaverse," a newly spotlighted technology, through big data analysis as a non-face-to-face society continues after the outbreak of COVID-19. This study conducted a big data analysis using text mining to analyze consumers' perceptions of metaverse before and after COVID-19. The top 30 keywords were extracted through word purification, and visualization was performed through network analysis and concor analysis between each keyword based on this. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the non-face-to-face society continued and metaverse emerged as a trend. Previously, metaverse was focused on textual data such as SNS as a part of life logging, but after that, it began to pay attention to virtual reality space, creating many platforms and expanding industries. The limitation of this study is that since data was collected through the search frequency of portal sites, anonymity was guaranteed, so demographic characteristics were not reflected when data was collected.

A Study on the Characteristics and Progress of New Voice Phishing Based on Psychological Descriptions (심리적 기재를 기반으로 한 신종 보이스피싱의 특성 및 진행과정에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: This study compares and analyzes the characteristics and progress of existing voice phishing and new voice phishing to present a basic policy plan to prepare countermeasures against new voice phishing based on psychological descriptions. Method: The criminal progress and characteristics of the two were compared and analyzed through damage cases on various portal sites centered on voice phishing crime scenarios. Result: As a result of analyzing the progress of the third stage of new voice phishing, the scenario of new voice phishing that can deceive victims was written more carefully and the scope of the crime was expanded. In the crime execution stage, the victim was socially isolated, reducing the victim's judgment ability, making it more difficult for investigative agencies to investigate, and in the final stage, the continuity and expansion of criminal damage such as extortion of money and valuables are shown. Conclusion: There were differences in the target and scope of the crime and the method of the crime strategy between the two, and the possibility of damage is much greater, so a more efficient response strategy should be prepared.
