플립러닝 학습법을 통한 대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 과제가치, 수업참여도가 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of academic self-efficacy, task value, and class participation of college students on learning satisfaction through flip learning)

  • 본 연구는 플립러닝 수업을 진행한 대학생 462명을 대상으로 학업적 자기효능감, 과제가치, 행동적 참여도, 인지적 참여도, 정서적 참여도, 주도적 참여도가 학습만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 구조모형을 검정하고자 시도되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 직접효과는 행동적 참여도가 가장 큰 요인으로 나타났으며, 그 다음 주도적 참여도, 과제가치, 정서적 참여도, 학업적 자기효능감 순으로 나타났고 이들 변인들은 학습만족도를 86% 설명하였다. 학업적 자기효능감과 과제가치는 행동적 참여도, 정서적 참여도, 주도적 참여도를 통한 학습만족도에 간접효과가 있었다. 둘째, 성적이 중상위권(B+이상) 집단과 중하위권(B이하) 집단을 조절변수로 하는 다중집단 조절효과에서 주도적 참여도와 학습만족도의 경로계수가 집단간 차이가 있어 부분조절효과가 있었다. 따라서 학습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 학습자의 학습수준과 학업관심도에 따라 학습참여도를 높일 수 있는 다양한 방안모색과 개인별 맞춤형 학습적응 프로그램을 통한 중재전략이 필요하다고 사료된다.

노인 일자리사업 참여 노인의 참여 만족도와 생활만족도 및 삶의 만족도와의 관계 (Relationship of Participation Satisfaction, Living Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction among Elderly Participants in the Job Creation Project for the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 노인 일자리사업 참여 노인들의 참여 유형에 따라 노인 일자리사업 참여 만족도와 생활만족도, 그리고 삶의 만족도를 살펴보고, 노인 일자리사업 참여 만족도가 노인의 생활만족도와 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인 일자리사업 참여 노인들은 참여 만족도가 비교적 높았으나 생활만족도와 삶의 만족도는 그다지 높지 않았으며, 특히 교육형에 참여한 노인이 노인 일자리사업 참여 만족도와 생활만족도, 그리고 삶의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인 일자리사업 참여 노인들은 참여 만족도가 높을수록 생활만족도와 삶의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인 일자리사업 참여 노인들의 생활만족도와 삶의 만족도에는 노인 일자리사업 참여 만족도 중에 교육 만족도가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때, 노인 일자리사업을 확대, 시행함에 있어서는 교육형 위주로 이루어지도록 유도할 필요가 있으며, 노인들의 생활만족도와 삶의 만족도 제고를 위해서는 노인 일자리사업의 업무내용에 대한 교육의 강화 및 적절한 교육 프로그램을 개발 시행할 필요가 있다.

농촌 노인과 도시 노인의 생활체육참가와 생활만족도 비교 (A Comparative Study on the Sport-for-all Participation and Life Satisfaction Between Rural and Urban Elderly)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 농촌 노인과 도시 노인의 생활체육참가와 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 규명하여 비교하고, 지역특성에 맞는 생활체육 시설과 프로그램, 생활만족을 도모하기위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 연구의 분석을 위해 한국노동연구원의 2006년 고령화 연구패널조사 자료를 이용하였고, 60세 이상 농촌 노인 502명, 도시 노인 1129명을 분석대상으로 하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 농촌 노인과 도시 노인의 생활체육 참가여부에 따른 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 관련요인 간에는 유의한 차이를 보였는데, 생활체육에 참가하는 노인들이 전체적으로 생활만족도가 높게 나타났다. 노인의 생활체육 참가여부에 영향을 미치는 요인을 프로빗 분석한 결과 농촌 노인의 경우는 성별, 연령, 직업유무로 나타났고, 도시 노인의 경우는 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 수입, 직업유무가 나타나 다른 결과를 보였다. 또한 참가정도의 경우 농촌 노인의 경우는 참가빈도, 도시 노인은 참기시간이 생활만족도에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 생활만족도에 대해서 농촌 노인은 교육수준과 주관적 건강, 생활체육참가가 유의하였고, 도시 노인의 경우는 교육수준, 수입, 주관적 건강, 생활체육참가가 유의하였으며, 농촌 노인이 도시 노인보다 전반적인 생활만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 노인의 생활체육참가와 생활만족도를 향상시키기 위한 지원제도는 사회 인구학적 특성을 반영한 차별화된 지원이 필요할 것이다.

PL 리더십 성향과 프로젝트 특성요인이 프로젝트 참여 만족 및 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of PL Leadership and Characteristics of Project on Project Participants' Satisfaction and Performance)

  • The study was originated from recognition that project participants' satisfaction should be Improved to raise project performance and to make progress of a successful project since the above dissatisfaction was operated as a danger factor of the project. The study selected one large-scale sample project and attempted measuring characteristics of the project, participants' satisfaction and project performance with the whole project participants. The study analyzed correlations between individual level (team members) and group level (development team), and examined what effect a sub project manager under complicated hierarchical organization of the large-scale project, namely PL (project leader)'s leadership style had on each individual project participant's satisfaction and what effect project uncertainty in organization/technology environment had on project participants' satisfaction and project performance. The study verified that development team (group) had an effect on team member (individual)-level project participants' satisfaction by disclosing that there was a significant dispersion among groups within project participants' satisfaction by each individual. It is analyzed that it is necessary to make improvement through approach by each pertinent team to raise individual-level project participants' satisfaction. The study also verified PL's ideal leadership under strict methodology and hierarchical control of the large-scale project. Based on the verification of the hypotheses, the results of the analysis were produced as follows. First, the development team affects the satisfaction level that an individual has when he/she participates in a project. This suggests that the satisfaction with project participation should be improved at the team level. In addition, the project management style and leadership orientation of the manager of a sub project who is mostly affected by the team proved to have a direct influence on the satisfaction with project participation and project performances. Second, both the performance-oriented leadership and the relationship-oriented leadership of the PL of the development team were verified to have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the team members associated with project participation. In other words, when the team members recognize that the PL of the development team shows both the performance-oriented leadership and the relationship-oriented leadership, their satisfaction with project participation increases accordingly. Third, it was verified that the uncertainty of the organizational environment significantly affects the satisfaction level when the PL of the development team exerts a relationship-oriented and performance-oriented leadership. The higher the uncertainty of the organizational environment is, the more the satisfaction with project participation decreases whereas the relationship-oriented leadership has a more positive effect on the satisfaction than the performance-oriented leadership style. Fourth, when the PL of the development team exerts the relationship-related and performance-related leadership, the uncertainty of the technological environment has a significant influence on the satisfaction level. The higher the uncertainty of the technological environment is, the more the satisfaction with project participation decreases whereas the performance-oriented leadership has a more positive effect on the satisfaction than the relationship-oriented leadership style. The result of the research on the uncertainty of the project environment suggests that when the development team leader exerts a relationship-oriented and performance-oriented leadership style, the uncertainty of the organizational environment has a significant effect on the satisfaction with project participation; the higher the uncertainty of the organizational environment, the more the satisfaction level decreases, and the relationship-oriented leadership style affects the satisfaction level more positively than the performance-oriented leadership style. In addition, when the development team leader displays a relationship-oriented and performance-oriented leadership style, the uncertainty of the technological environment has a significant effect on the satisfaction with project participation; the higher the uncertainty of the technological environment. the more the satisfaction level decreases. The performance-oriented leadership style as well affects the satisfaction level more positively than the relationship-oriented leadership style. Based on the above results, the research provides the following implications when handling multiple concurrent projects. First, the satisfaction with the participation in the multiple concurrent projects needs to be enhanced at the team (group) level. Second. the manager of the project team, particularly the middle managers should have both a performance-oriented and relationship (task and human)-oriented attitude and exert a consolidated leadership in order to improve the satisfaction of team members with project participation and their performances. Third, as the uncertainty factor of the technological and organizational environment among the characteristics factors of the project has room for methodological improvement depending on one's effort even though there are some complications, we need to continuously prevent and control the risks resulting from the uncertainties of the technological and organizational environment of the project in order to enhance the satisfaction of project participation and project performances. Fourth, the performance (task)-oriented leadership is required when there is uncertainty in a technological environment while the relationship (human)-oriented leadership is required when there is uncertainty in an organizational environment. This research has the following limitations. First, this research intended to select one large-sized sample project and measure the project characteristics, the satisfaction of all the participants associated with project participation, and their performances. Therefore, it is inappropriate to generalize and apply the result of this result onto other numerous projects. Second, as this case study entailed a survey to measure the characteristics factors and performance of the project, since the result value was based on the perception of project team members, the data may have insufficient objectivity. Third, though this research targeted on all the project participants, some development teams did not provide sufficient data and questionnaires were collected from some specific development teams among the 23 development teams, causing a significant deviation in the response rate among the development teams. Therefore, we need to continuously conduct the follow-up researches making comparisons among the multiple projects, and centering on the characteristics factors of the project and its satisfaction level.

축제의 참여제약 요인과 관람객의 협상노력을 통한 축제만족에 대한 연구 (A study of the impact of constraint factors of festival participation and negotiation efforts of festival participant on festival satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 축제와 관련된 기존의 연구를 검토하고, 축제 참여자의 제약요인과 협상노력간의 관계를 살펴보고, 제약협상 노력에 따른 축제 참여 관람객의 체험인식과 만족의 관계를 검증하였다. 앞서 설명한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 설정한 가설에 근거하여 실증적으로 검증하였으며, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 축제참여 제약과 축제참여에 대한 협상노력 측면의 경우 축제참여의 제약요인(내재적 제약, 대인적 제약, 구조적 제약)과 협상노력간의 관계에서 대인적 제약과 구조적 제약의 경우 축제참여 제약협상 노력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 내재적 제약 요인의 경우 기각되었다. 두 번째, 축제참여와 관람객의 축제체험인식과 만족의 연구결과를 살펴 보면 축제참여가 인지적 체험, 감정적 체험 그리고 만족에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

대학생의 스킨스쿠버 참여 동기와 재미요인 및 대학생활만족의 인과관계 규명 (Investigation Causal Relationship among Skin SCUBA Participation Motivation, Enjoyment and College Life Satisfaction of College Students)

  • This study is to investigate the effect of the amusement factor and the motive of participation in skin-scuba class on the satisfaction with university life with the university students participating in the skin-scuba class and to provide the practical research data for the development of the marine sports, for the proper operation of skin-scuba class, and for the leisure life which the university students may lack. For these purposes, technical statistics between questions were disposed in order to grasp the average and standard deviation on each variables, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted for the reliability and validity of the scale, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to test the casuality of amusement factor, the motive of participation in skin-scuba class and the satisfaction with university life as the research methods. Research results showed that it was confirmed that the amusement factor and the motive of participation in skin-scuba class act as the important variables in the satisfaction with university life and it was predicted that the motive of participation in skin-scuba class and the amusement factor had interrelation with parameter. Therefore, a variety of programs reflecting the amusement factors should motivate the university students to particiapte in the skin-scuba class to increase the satisfaction with university life and to encourage the re-participation of students.

노년기 부부의 사회활동 참여수준이 부부관계 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 우울감의 매개효과: APIMeM 모형을 활용하여 (The Mediation Effects of Depressive Symptoms on the Association between Social Activity Participation and Marital Satisfaction among Couples in Later Life: Using APIMeM Modeling)

  • This study aimed at examining the mediation effects of depressive symptoms on the association between social activity participation and marital satisfaction among couples in later life. The study included 1,196 married couples aged 65 or above who participated in the 7th Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging in 2018. The study variables were husbands' and wives' social activity participation, marital satisfaction, and depressive symptoms. Covariates were individual age, education level, subjective health, couples' household income, and number of children. The Actor-Partner Interdependence Mediation Model (APIMeM) and bootstrapping techniques were used to test the significance of the mediating impacts of depressive symptoms based on the dyadic data structure. The results showed that for both husbands and wives, active participation in social activities had significant effects on increasing marital satisfaction through lowering depressive symptoms. However, only the participation of husbands in social activities was positively associated with their own marital satisfaction by reducing their own and their partner's depressive symptoms. These findings suggest that the active social participation of individuals salient for promoting the quality of marital relationships in later life, particularly for preventing their own and their spouse's depressive symptoms.

요트참가자들의 기본심리욕구와 운동참가동기 및 지속적 참여 의도의 구조모형 검증 (Structure-Model Verification of Yacht Participants' Motivation, Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction and Intentions of Persistent Participation)

  • 본 연구는 이론적 근거를 통해 요트참가자들의 운동참가동기와 기본심리욕구 및 운동에 대한 지속적 참여의도의 구조모형을 설정하고 설정한 모형을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구에서 운동참가동기와 기본 심리욕구는 생활체육참가자의 활동지속의도에 매우 관여적인 변인으로 보고되고 있다. 이를 위해 요트동호회 회원과 대학요트동아리 회원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 267부의 자료를 분석에 이용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 12.0과 AMOS 7.0을 사용하여 연구목적에 따라 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 공변량구조모형 분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 요트참가자들의 기본심리욕구, 참가동기 및 지속적 참여의도는 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 요트참가자의 기본 심리욕구는 지속적 참여의도에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었고 동시에 참가동기를 매개로 간접 영향도 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참가동기는 지속적 참여의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 넷째, 본 연구에서 제시한 요트참가자의 운동참가동기와 기본심리욕구 및 지속적 참여의도의 구조방정식모델은 통계적으로 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

부산·경남지역 베이비붐 세대 기혼여성의 사회관계 및 가족관계가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Social Relationships and Family Relationships on the Life Satisfaction of Married Female Baby Boomers in Busan and Gyeongnam Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify how social relationships and family relationships were associated with the life satisfaction of married female baby boomers who live in Busan and Gyeongnam province. This study included community sample of 499 female baby boomers who were married and had at least one child. Participants reported lower levels of life satisfaction. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to investigate the effects of the following variables on the female baby boomers' life satisfaction: subjective health, educational level, monthly household income, employment status, perceived size of social network, participation in leisure organizations, participation in voluntary associations, satisfaction with children, and marital satisfaction. Except employment status and participation in leisure organizations, other 7 variables were significantly and positively associated with the life satisfaction of married female baby boomers. In particular, marital satisfaction had the strongest effect on life satisfaction, followed by satisfaction with children. The results suggested family played a primary role in the life of married female baby boomers. Family life education program~ female baby boomers, their children and husbands need to be developed and offered in order to improve the life satisfaction of female baby boomers.

농촌경관 개선사업에 대한 주민인식 및 참여만족도 연구 - 금산읍 농촌중심지 활성화사업을 대상으로 - (Residents' Perception and Participation Satisfaction on Rural Landscape Improvement Projects - Focused on the Rural Revitalization Project in Geumsan -)

  • This purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and participation satisfaction of residents who participated in the rural landscape improvement project in Geumsan. The projects were conducted in three villages of Geumsan in 2018 and total 96 residents had participated. The results of the questionnaire survey on the participants showed that they usually have interests in community activities and actively participated. As a result of analyzing factors related to the change of residents' perceptions and satisfaction. It was found that there was significant difference in perception and satisfaction according to frequency of participation, not demographic factors. It is interesting that active interaction among residents during the projects and satisfaction on process are important factor for overall project satisfaction. For successful rural landscape improvement projects, it is necessary to encourage and support interaction and communication among residents. In addition, more various programs need to be developed to foster residents' attachment and sense of community.
