Let us consider that ${\mathbb{K}}$ be a complete ultrametric algebraically closed field and ${\mathcal{A}}({\mathbb{K}})$ be the ${\mathbb{K}}-algebra$ of entire functions on ${\mathbb{K}}$. In this paper we introduce the notions of (p, q)-th relative order and (p, q)-th relative type of p adic entire functions where p and q are any two positive integers and then study some growth properties of composite p adic entire functions in the light of their (p, q)-th relative order and (p, q)-th relative type. After that we show that (p, q) th relative order and (p, q)-th relative type are remain unchanged for derivatives under some certain conditions.

We use the definition of Euler polynomials of the second kind with (p, q)-numbers to identify some identities and properties of these polynomials. We also investigate some relationships between (p, q)-Euler polynomials of the second kind, (p, q)-Bernoulli polynomials, and (p, q)-tangent polynomials by using the properties of (p, q)-exponential function.

This paper will show that the relation (1.1) $$L^1({\Omega}){\subset}C_0(\bar{\Omega}){\subset}H_{p,q}$$ if 1/p'-1/n(1-2/q')<0 where p'=p/(p-1) and q'=q/(q-1) where $H_{p.q}=(W^{1,p}_0,W^{-1,p})_{1/q,q}$. We also intend to investigate the control problems for the retarded systems with $L^1(\Omega)$-valued controller in $H_{p,q}$.

In this paper, we present and prove an new theorem on symmetric functions. By using this theorem, we derive some new generating functions of the products of (p, q)-Fibonacci numbers, (p, q)-Lucas numbers, (p, q)-Pell numbers, (p, q)-Pell Lucas numbers, (p, q)-Jacobsthal numbers and (p, q)-Jacobsthal Lucas numbers with Chebyshev polynomials of the first kind.

In this paper we define the (p, q)-analogue of Bernoulli numbers and polynomials by generalizing the Bernoulli numbers and polynomials, Carlitz's type q-Bernoulli numbers and polynomials. We also give some interesting properties, explicit formulas, a connection with (p, q)-analogue of Bernoulli numbers and polynomials. Finally, we investigate the zeros of the (p, q)-analogue of Bernoulli polynomials by using computer.

Our aim is to establish certain image formulas of the (p, q)-extended modified Bessel function of the second kind M_ν,p,q(z) by employing the Marichev-Saigo-Maeda fractional calculus (integral and differential) operators including their composition formulas and using certain integral transforms involving (p, q)-extended modified Bessel function of the second kind M_ν,p,q(z). Corresponding assertions for the Saigo's, Riemann-Liouville (R-L) and Erdélyi-Kober (E-K) fractional integral and differential operators are deduced. All the results are represented in terms of the Hadamard product of the (p, q)-extended modified Bessel function of the second kind M_ν,p,q(z) and Fox-Wright function _rΨ_s(z).

The problem of vertex labeling with a condition at distance two in a graph, is a variation of Hale's channel assignment problem, which was first explored by Griggs and Yeh. For positive integer $p{\geq}q$, the ${\lambda}_{p,q}$-number of graph G, denoted ${\lambda}(G;p,q)$, is the smallest span among all integer labellings of V(G) such that vertices at distance two receive labels which differ by at least q and adjacent vertices receive labels which differ by at least p. Van den Heuvel and McGuinness have proved that ${\lambda}(G;p,q){\leq}(4q-2){\Delta}+10p+38q-24$ for any planar graph G with maximum degree ${\Delta}$. In this paper, we studied the upper bound of ${\lambda}_{p,q}$-number of some planar graphs. It is proved that ${\lambda}(G;p,q){\leq}(2q-1){\Delta}+2(2p-1)$ if G is an outerplanar graph and ${\lambda}(G;p,q){\leq}(2q-1){\Delta}+6p-4q-1$ if G is a Halin graph.

The main subject of this paper is to introduce the (p, q)-Euler polynomials and obtain several interesting symmetric properties of the modified (p, q)-Hurwitz Euler Zeta function with regard to (p, q) Euler polynomials. In order to get symmetric properties, we introduce the new (p, q)-analogue of Euler polynomials $E_{n,p,q}(x)$ and numbers $E_{n,p,q}$.

The main aim of this paper is to study some growth properties of composite entire functions on the basis of relative $(p,q)-{\varphi}$ type and relative $(p,q)-{\varphi}$ weak type where p and q are any two positive integers and ${\varphi}(r):[0,+{\infty}){\rightarrow}(0,+{\infty})$ be a non-decreasing unbounded function.
