  • In this paper we prove certain coupled coincidence point and coupled common fixed point results in partially ordered metric spaces for a pair of compatible mappings which satisfy certain rational inequality. The results are supported with two examples.

  • In this paper, we prove some fixed-point theorems in partially ordered fuzzy metric spaces for (𝜙, 𝜓, 𝛽)-Geraghty contraction type mappings which are generalization of mappings with Geraghty contraction type condition. Application of the derived results are shown in proving the existence of unique solution to some boundary value problems.

  • In this article, we utilize the concepts of hybrid rational Geraghty type generalized F-contraction and to prove some fixed point results for such mappings are in the perspective of partially ordered b-metric like space. Some innovative examples are also presented which substantiate the validity of obtained results. The example is also authenticated with the help of graphical representations.

  • In this paper, we introduce the weakly monotone $Pre{\check{s}}i{\acute{c}}$ type mappings in product spaces when the underlying space is an ordered cone metric space. Some fixed point results for such mappings are also proved which generalize and unify several known results in metric and cone metric spaces with normal cone. The results are supported by examples.

  • In modern times, coupled fixed point theorems have been rigorously studied by many researchers in the milieu of partially ordered G-metric spaces using different contractive conditions. In this note, some coupled fixed point theorems using mixed monotone property in partially ordered G-metric spaces are obtained. Furthermore some theorems by omitting the completeness on the space and continuity conditions on function, are obtained. Our results partially generalize some existing results in the present literature. To exemplify our results and to distinguish them from the existing ones, we equip the article with suitable examples.

  • In this paper, to include more generalized cases, the authors present a modified concept for the tripled and quadruple fixed point of the mixed monotone mappings. Also, they investigate the existence and uniqueness of fixed point of the ordered monotone operator with the Matkowski contractive conditions in the partial ordered metric spaces. As the direct consequences, the existence of coupled fixed point, tripled fixed point and quadruple fixed point are explored at the common framework and some previous results in [T. G. Bhaskar and V. Lakshmikan-tham, Fixed point theory in partially ordered metric spaces and applications, Nonlinear Anal. 65 (2006), 1379-1393; V. Berinde and M. Finally, some fixed point theorems are proved.

  • In this paper we obtain a unique common fixed point theorem for four self-maps which are involved in (𝜙, 𝜓)-weak contraction of a partially ordered b-metric space. The necessary condition has been given to a space for the existence of an unique common fixed of the maps. And our work changed conditions and nonlinear contraction, and search for the unique common fixed point of the maps.

  • A common fixed point result for weakly increasing mappings satisfying generalized contractive type in ordered partial S-metric spaces are derived. Also as an application of our results we consider a couple integral equations.to guarantee the existence of a common solution.

  • In this paper, we first prove a common fixed point theorem for generalized nonlinear contraction mappings in complete metric spaces there by generalizing and extending some known results. Then we present this result in the context of ordered metric spaces by using monotone non-decreasing mapping.

  • In this paper, we prove some coincidence point theorems for mappings satisfying nonlinear Prešić-Ćirić type contraction in complete metric spaces as well as in ordered metric spaces. As a consequence, we deduce corresponding fixed point theorems. Further, we give some examples to substantiate the utility of our results.
