지르코니아 코어와 전장용 세라믹의 결합 강도에 대한 표면 처리 방법 평가 (Evaluation of surface treatment methods on the bond strength of veneer ceramic to the zirconia core)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the impact of physical surface roughing with a polishing tool onto the pre-sintering yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (TZP) core and liner treatment for chemical bonding on the bond strength of TZP core and veneering ceramic. Methods: Overall, 80 specimens were classified into two groups (non-liner, NL; and usingliner, UL ) depending on the use of liner, and these two groups were then subclassified into four groups depending on the polishing tool used. (1) Non-liner groups: NS, non-liner+stone point; NC, non-liner+carbide bur; NP, non-liner+paper cone point; NT, non-liner+silicon point. (2) Using-liner groups: US, using-liner+stone point; UC, using-liner+carbide bur; UP, usingliner+paper cone point; UT, using-liner+silicon point. The pre-sintering surface roughing values and shapes were observed, and after burning up the veneering ceramic, the shear bond strength was measured using a universal testing machine. For significance testing, a one-way analysis of variance and Tukey's multiple comparison test were conducted. An optical microscope was used to observe the fracture plane, and the following results were obtained. Results: Surface roughness NP (4.09±0.51 ㎛) represented a higher value than other groups (p<0.001). In shear bond strength, NS (35.21±1.44 MPa) of the NL group showed the highest bond strength (p<0.001). The UL group did not show a statistically significant difference between groups (p=0.612). Conclusion: Our study findings reveal that the bond strength of TZP core and veneering ceramic was improved by pre-sintering physical surface treatment than by chemical bonding with liner surface treatment.

컨테이너 정기선사의 전략적 제휴 특성이 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect Strategic Alliances on the Performance in Container Liner Shipping Companies)

  • Purpose - The antecedent to the relationship between the effect of the characteristics of strategic alliances and the performance of container liner shipping companies has been investigated in this study as container liner shipping companies' strategic alliances. It affects positively and negatively home, partner, and the third parties' performance in container liner shipping companies. Extensive literature reviews on shipper's strategic alliances reveal that strategic alliances in financial and non-financial performance of container liner shipping companies show the performance such as economic effects, business performance, global supply chain management performance, customer satisfaction, and forward integration and backward integration performance. The purpose of this study is to test empirically that the relationship between the characteristics of strategic alliances and financial and non-financial performance in container liner shipping companies. Structured equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the hypothesis using AMOS statistics program. Most previous researches focused on the relationship between the characteristics of strategic alliances and alliance types. There are few empirical studies that focus on business performance data because it is difficult to collect data in container liner shipping companies. However, this research measures financial and non-financial performance differently compared with the previous researches focusing on the characteristics of strategic alliances and alliance types measurements. Research design, data, and methodology - The conceptual model for the study is based on the studies of Lim (2010), Chen & Zhen (2009), and Wang & Meng (2014). The model is built around the factors of characteristics of strategic alliances and business performance. Cost, marketing, and service factors are regarded as proxy for the characteristics of strategic alliances. The financial and non-financial performance are regarded as proxy for the performance of strategic alliances. Based on the analysis of one hundred cases such as forwarder, shipper, and liner shipping companies, this study uses structural equation modeling to verify the effects of the characteristics of strategic alliances on business performance. Conclusions - This study provides container liner shipping companies to get some policy and practical implications in terms of the characteristics of strategic alliances and business performance. First, the cost factor for alliances characteristics has a positively significant influence on the financial and non-financial performance of strategic alliances. The cost factor relationship between high and low performance group does not have a significant difference on the performance of strategic alliances. Second, the marketing factor of alliances characteristics has a positively significant influence on the financial and non-financial performance of strategic alliances. The high performance group's marketing factor has a great non-financial performance than low performance group, but the low performance group's marketing factor has a grater financial performance than high performance group factor does. Third, the service factor of alliances characteristics has a negative influence on the non-financial performance of strategic alliances. The high performance group's service factor has a great non-financial performance than low performance group. Based on the findings from this study, related implications and future avenues deserve to be discussed.

Ramie의 최적 펄핑 조건 및 위생용 ramie/면 부직포의 물리적 특성 연구 (Studies on the Optimum Pulping Condition of Ramie and the Mechanical Properties of Ramie/Cotton Non-woven Fabric as Hygienic Uses)

  • This study was investigated in optimum condition of pulping of ramie and the mechanical properties of non-woven fabric for the performance of ramie/cotton panty liner. The result of pulping condition on ramie was most suitable for type I (mixed NaOH with $Na_2CO_3$ in 30%:70%). The sample (I) was showed yield value of 68.2% and the best fibrillation and lignin removal rate. The non-woven fabrics of ramie/cotton were made in range of ramie content of 0, 15 and 30%. As ramie content increased, so were increased in air permeability, compressive strength and compression recovery rate. But surface roughness and compressional energy were decreased. Therefore, the non-woven fabrics of ramie/cotton are very suitable in hygienic goods for female panty liner. The ramie panty liner showed a little decrease in absorption and strength, as increasing the amount of ramie. But the performance of ramie panty liner was appeared beyond standard values used by usual panty liner.

투수시트를 활용한 투수거푸집의 특성 (Properties of Permeable Formwork using Permeable Liner)

  • 굳지않은 콘크리트에는 항상 일정량의 잉여수가 발생하게 된다. 이러한 잉여수는 콘크리트 내부에서 갇힌공기로 남게 되어 내구성을 저하시키는 요인이 되므로 잉여수를 제거할 수 있다면 구조물의 내구성 향상에 큰 도움이 될 것이다. 기존에 많은 연구가 있었지만 투수시트의 특성에 대한 상세한 검토는 부족한 상태이며, 거푸집의 천공에 따른 시공성 저하는 여전히 의문이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 투수거푸집 시스템에서 직포 및 부직포 투수시트를 적용할 경우의 기초적인 특성을 실험을 통하여 검토하고 시공성 향상을 위해 거푸집에 천공을 하지 않는 투수거푸집에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 투수거푸집에서 직포와 부직포 투수시트를 사용한 경우 직포의 조밀성 및 부직포의 두께 등에 따라 일부 차이가 있었지만 W/C 감소, 표면 평탄성 증가, 표면부 강도 향상이 있었으며, 시멘트손실은 미미하여 적용성이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 투수시트 내부에 탈수된 잉여수의 배수통로를 가지고 있는 배수 부직포 투수시트를 적용한 경우 거푸집에 천공을 하지 않고서도 필요한 탈수성능을 발휘할 수 있어 시공성 향상에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

치과용 지르코니아 이장재 처리에 따른 지르코니아와 도재의 전단결합강도 비교 (Shear bond strength of a layered zirconia and porcelain according to treatment of zirconia liner)

  • Purpose: Physical and chemical properties of gold is most suitable to be restored of teeth to its original state. Recently zirconia was used instead of gold because of esthetical and intimacy of human body. Because of high strength and high abrasion resistance of zirconia, all zirconia artificial tooth lead to wear the original tooth of opposite site. To preserve this original tooth, zirconia artificial tooth covered with dental ceramic glass was used. When joining the zirconia core and dental ceramic glass, difference of their thermal expansion coefficient and wetting ability is generated the residual stress at interface lead to crack. In order to solve this problem, intermediate layer what is called zir-liner was imported to decrease the residual stress and increase the bonding strength. Methods: In this study, to identify the optimum conditions for manufacturing process, various methods to rough the surface of zirconia core were adopted, and vary the thickness of interlayer, and analyzed bond strength. Results: Bond strength of sanding specimens group showed higher than that of non-sanding specimens group, and once applied intermediate layer with sanding specimens showed highest bond strength with 28 MPa. SEM photomicrographs of zirconia cores fired at $1500^{\circ}C$ showed parallel straight lines in sanding and pockmarked surface in blasting surfaces as abrasion traces. Observation of the destruction section after shear test by SEM were carried out. Liner applied non-sanding group and non-liner applied sanding group all showed interfacial crack. Sandblasting group with non-liner showed remained dental ceramic glass on the surface of zirconia. Sandblasting group with once applied liner showed partially remained liner and dental ceramic glass on the surface of zirconia. XRD analysis revealed that sandblasting group showed higher monoclinic peaks than other specimens group and this result was due to the high collision energy for stress induced phase transformation. Conclusions: A study on the improvement of bonding strength between zirconia and dental ceramic glass steadily carried out for the future to practical use.

KSR-III 복합재 가압탱크의 설계 및 제작

  • 본 논문에서는 "KSR-III 복합재 가압탱크“에 대한 구조 설계/제작 과정을 기술하였다. 복합재 가압탱크는 라이너 위에 복합재가 덮어 씌워진 형태이다. 하중을 부담하지 않는 라이너는 AI 6061-0로 만들어 졌으며, 라이너는 헬륨가스 기밀만을 담당하였다. 복합재 탱크는 라이너 위에 T700/Epoxy로 와인딩 하였다. 알루미늄 라이너가 얇았기 때문에 다단계 경화 공정이 필라멘트 와인딩 기법에 적용되었다. 다단계 경화 공정은 라이너의 실린더가 원형 형상을 잃지 않게 하였다. 보스부의 체결력은 보스링에 의하여 카본섬유로 분산되었다. 또한 보스링은 보스부의 국부적 변형을 막았다.

  • In manufacturing process of composite cylinders with metal liner, the autofrettage process which induces compressive residual stress on liner to improve cycling life can be applied. In this study, finite element analysis technique is presented, which can predict accurately the compressive residual stress on liner induced by autofrettage and stress behavior after. Material and geometry non-linearity is considered in finite element analysis, and the Von-Mises stress of a liner is introduced as a key parameter that determines pressure cycling life of composite cylinders. Presented methodology is verified through fatigue test of liner material and pressure cycling test of composite cylinders.

  • Strength evaluation was carried out for the cylinder liner of a low-speed marine engine. Calculation of temperature distribution, nonlinear structural analysis, material test, and fatigue strength evaluation are briefly introduced in this paper. Strengths of five liner models are compared, and the effect of materials experiencing different heat treatment is evaluated. Structural analysis including boundary and material non-linearities was performed for axisymmetric liner models. High cycle (fatigue limit) and low cycle (fatigue life) fatigue analyses are carried out. As results, localized high stress was occurred next to the mount line. Maximum stresses are varied significantly with respect to different liner models and different materials.

해운동맹의 폐지가 정기선 시장에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (The Impact of Abolition of the Shipping Conference on the Liner Shipping Market)

  • 국제 해운시장에서는 규칙적이고 반복적으로 이루어지는 정기선 서비스의 특수성을 인정하여 정기선사 간의 과당 경쟁을 방지하고 항로의 질서 유지와 안정화를 위해 국제 카르텔인 해운동맹의 결성을 인정하였다. 하지만 선박대형화와 복합운송의 발달 그리고 비동맹선사의 세력확대로 인하여 해운동맹은 와해되기 시작하였으며 결국 폐지되기에 이르렀다. 정기선 시장에서 중요한 역할을 담당했던 해운동맹이 폐지되면서 정기선 시장의 경쟁구도는 변화를 겪기 시작하였다. 따라서 해운동맹의 폐지가 정기선 시장에 미친 영향에 대한 연구가 필요하게 되었으며 해운동맹의 폐지로 인하여 영향을 받은 요소를 선정하여 상관분석과 다중 회귀분석을 통하여 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 해운동맹의 폐지로 인하여 각 선사들은 선복량 증가로 운임 경쟁이 심화되었고 결국 비용구조가 유리한 선사는 수익을 창출하고 그렇지 못한 선사는 적자를 기록하게 되었다.
