Smart Phone 보급이 확산되면서 인터넷 PC를 대체하는 모바일 통신으로 활용되고 있다. Smart Phone은 기존의 전력망과 IT가 융합된 Smart Grid에도서 업무용으로 사용되고 있다. 따라서 Smart Phone을 통한 Smart Grid 네트워크 접속에서 접속과 제어에 대한 보안 취약점과 Smart Grid 네트워크에 대한 취약점에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Smart Phone을 사용하여 Smart Grid 네트워크를 통한 전력망 시스템에 접근할 때의 접속 취약점에 대한 연구를 한다. 또한 Smart Phone을 사용하여 Smart Grid 네트워크에 접속 한 후에 전력정보, 통제정보, 개인정보 등에 대한 접근 권한을 탈취 가능성에 취약성을 분석하여 발생하는 문제점과 대해 연구한다. 그리고 Smart Phone을 통한 Smart Grid 네트워크 보안 취약점에 대한 보안 강화를 위한 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Ubiquitous-IT839전략 중에 8대 신규서비스에 VoIP 기술이 들어있다. 본 논문은 VoIP 인터넷 네트워크에 연결된 소프트폰과 LAN 구간과 연결된 인터넷전화 및 디바이스, IP PBX, 기간사업자 망이 연결된 WAN 구간에서의 VoIP 서비스의 도청 실험을 하였다. 실험 네트워크에서 도청 실험을 한 결과 CVE 리스트에 따르는 단말기와 Proxy 및 허브와 같은 VoIP 네트워크의 연결점에서의 취약점이 발견되었고, 해커의 공격에 의한 도청이 성공되었다. 현재 070으로 명명된 VoIP 네트워크에서 각 도청 구간별로 접근제어, 기밀성, 신뢰성, 가용성, 무결성, 부인봉쇄의 6가지 보안기능의 관점에서 도청의 보안방안을 적용하였다. 보안 방안의 적용 후에 도청 실험을 실시한 결과, 패킷에 대한 AES 암호화로 내용의 도청을 방지하였으며, 접근차단과 인증 및 메시지 해시함수 및 착신거절의 사용으로 도청을 예방하였고. 네트워크 모니터링과 감사기록으로 보안성과 감사기록을 유지하여 VoIP 정보보호를 이룩할 수 있었다.

Real cyberterrors are invisible and difficult to identify. Even after a cyberattack, its origin and cause are difficult to determine. Cyberterrorism results in invisible cyberwars, and it is believed that World War IV will begin with a cyberwarfare. For national cybersecurity, information on cybersecurity must be collected, shared, and disseminated. In this study, we investigate a blockchain system designed based on the World Cybersecurity Agreement. National cybersecurity information is linked to the hyperledger blockchain system network through the National Cybersecurity Center. National cybersecurity information designs and uses a secure protocol for protection; further, it is collected, shared, and disseminated to treaty countries. National cybersecurity information is shared and spread by the hyperledger blockchain system, and it uses a cyberdefense system that responds to the cyberattacks and their origin. This paper serves as a policy and legislation guideline for forming a World Cybersecurity Agreement between countries.

본 논문은 교통표지판을 자동으로 인식하는 방법에 관한 연구로 기존의 교통표지판 인식시스템에서는 인식하는데 걸리는 시간이 길고 잡음환경에서 인식률이 저하되며 변경된 교통표지판은 인식하지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기위해 컬러정보를 이용하여 교통표지판 영역을 추출하고 추출된 이미지를 인식하는데 다층퍼셉트론 신경망 알고리즘을 적용하여 교통표지판 인식시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 교통표지판의 컬러를 분석하여 영상에서 교통표지판 영역을 추출한다. 영역을 추출하는 방법은 RGB 컬러 공간으로부터 YUV, YIQ, CMYK 컬러 공간이 가지는 특성을 이용한다. 형태처리는 교통표지판의 기하학적 특성을 이용하여 군집화한다. 교통표지판 인식은 학습이 가능한 다층퍼셉트론의 오류역전파알고리즘을 적용하여 인식한다. 다층퍼셉트론 신경망 알고리즘은 패턴인식 분야에서 우수한 성능이 입증 되었다.

As proceeding Munmin and Kukmin's government, it is to bring in regionalism of genernal public administration and police administration, specialization, efficiency issue, demand inventing of audit technique to meet this trends. Especially, according to supporting qualitative improvement of the audit, its environment faced that orienting performance audit emphasis on not the legality but the efficiency more systematic and scientific theory or technique. In order to attain police audit's efficiency through performance audit, this study discussed that scientific management techniques should be applied police audit. Accordingly, the primary purpose of this study is to apply public audit to scientific management technique, bring to light limits in public sector(especially, police sector). To be efficiency audit(namely, performance audit), 1) OR techniques are explained linear programming, network modeling, PERT/CPM, queuing matrix model, simulation, 2) Statistical analysis methods are argued delphi technique, data envelopment analysis(DEA), analytic hierarchical process(AHP), time series analysis models etc.

In this paper, we implement a wireless robot in which the RF communication the dangerous place where human cannot approach. In the proposed network image control system, the noise occurred in wireless communication is reduced by implementing the noise eliminating circuit and the driving time of a wireless robot is increased by adopting the recharge battery. By constructing the wireless communication, controled in the remote site with a wireless robot.

본 논문은 이 세상에 존재하는 어떤 종류의 보안시스템도 시스템 접근권한을 가진 전산 담당자의 시스템 침해 행위를 막아내기란 어려운 일이라는 점을 되새기고, 전산 담당자의 침해 행위 사례와 그로인한 피해의 정도 등 심각성을 재조명하고, 나아가 기술적 보안조치의 한계선상에 있는 전산 담당자의 권한 관리와 기술적 조치를 넘어 인적관리를 통한 침해예방 방안에 대해 나름의 대안을 찾아 보고자 한다.

High aspect ratio via-hole etching process has emerged as one of the most crucial means to increase component density for ULSI devices. Because of charge accumulation in via-hole, this sophisticated and important process still hold several problems, such as etching stop and loading effects during fabrication of integrated circuits. Indeed, the concern actually depends on accumulated charge. For monitoring accumulated charge during plasma etching process, charge-up monitoring sensor was fabricated and tested under some plasma conditions. This paper presents a neural network-based technique for analyzing and modeling several electrical performance of plasma charge-up monitoring sensor.

본 연구는 소상공인이 추가적인 외부 전문 인력 도움 없이 고객 접점을 활용 할 수 있으며 모바일 앱과 모바일웹, 홈페이지를 자동으로 만들 수 있게 한다. 자동화 플랫폼 시스템은 Single Page Application, 크로스플랫폼 기반의 네이티브 모바일 앱, N-Screen 기반의 콘텐츠 구축, 사설 클라우드 기반의 PaaS구축 기술, P2P네트워크 기반의 파일공유 및 멀티미디어 스레드 기술을 접목하고 자동화된 플랫폼을 이용하여 소상공인이 고객과 쉽게 소통 할 수 있는 방법을 연구한다.

차세대 반도체 공정을 위한 많은 노력 중 미세가공의 중요성이 날로 증가함에 따라 reactive ion etching (RIE)에 대한 연구 또한 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 RIE 과정에서 etch rate과 uniformity에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인 4가지 즉, $CHF_3$, $O_2$, chamber pressure, RF power의 변화에 대한 실험 계획법(DOE)을 통해 계획하고, 실험한 후 neural network를 통해 학습함으로서 RIE 공정상의 최적화를 모색하였다.
