The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among early childhood teachers' attitudes toward music education, music teaching practice, and music teaching efficacy. A total of 255 early childhood teachers participated in the study and data were analyzed through frequency, percentile, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Pearson's correlation. The results of this study indicated that early childhood teachers' music teaching efficacy, attitudes toward music education and music teaching practice were influenced mainly by the teacher's own educational level. They also showed that early childhood teachers' music teaching efficacy, attitudes toward music education, and music teaching practice were correlated with one another. In conclusion, the early child teachers' sense of music teaching efficacy turned out to be a very important factor in early childhood teachers' music education.

This is a study of strengthening the practice of environmental education in the primary and secondary school music program. Since the world war II, the environmental situation has been getting worse and worse. So it is now a global issue to conserve energy and solving the ecological problems we are confronting. Solving the environmental problem is not just a scientist's task nor a specific school education subject's either, but a responsibility of all human beings. In this sense, it is necessary for every school subject, including music, should include elements of environmental education in its education contents. in this paper the researcher has tried to point out some reasonable aspects of environmental education guidelines which would be pursued through school music programs. In the music subject the following eight environmental education strategies could be suggested: 1. An affective aspect of music should be used in educating students to aware of the importance of environmental problems. 2. The effectiveness of employing music for various educational purposes should be implemented to make students environmentally enlightened individual. 3. The main issue of environmental problem must be used in various musical activities such as singing, implementing, composing and appreciating music. 4. By employing an alternative materials for making musical instruments, students and musicians can participate in environmental education program actively. 5. Music is analogues to life and nature. Thus it is highly suggested for teachers to teach students music more sincerely In a way of studying music more seriously, students could achieve environmental education goals by discovering the similarities of the nature of the environment and music as a human environment. 6. By appreciating many musical works of dealing with environmental problems and ecological problems, one could achieve the necessary goals of environmental education. 7. By enlarging the boundary of music including the sounds of nature such as birds' singing, sounds of winds and various streams and tree's trembling, music could achieve the major goals of environmental education. 8. By recognizing sounds as an important human environment, school music program could attain the goals of environmental education. The researcher also has mentioned about the characteristics of music as a schooling subject. and has provided with some detailed curriculum guidelines for strengthening environmental education programs in music classes. Some model lesson plans implementing the environmental education for elementary, junior high school and 10th grade music classes are also suggested followed by six specific teaching ＆ learning methods for environmental education.

본 논문에서는 음악 교육 관련 철학적 이론들을 정리하고 선진사례를 분석하는 과정에서 도출한 함의 점을 가지고 제주 음악 교육 방향설정을 위한 정책 제언을 하고자 한다. 음악 교육 관련 철학적 이론으로는 실러, 슈타이너, 듀이, 부르디외, 리머, 엘리엇의 주장을 살펴보았다. 그리고 독일, 베네수엘라, 핀란드의 음악교육 프로그램에서 교훈 점을 찾아보고 이를 중심으로 한 분석의 틀로 전문가 10인의 인터뷰를 바탕으로 제주 지역사회의 음악 교육의 방향설정을 위해 4가지의 맥락으로 정책제언을 하였다. 음악 교육에 대한 사회인식의 개선을 위한 제언으로는 시민들의 관용의지 확장유도, 평가보다는 격려와 지지의 표현 확산, 자아실현을 위한 교육으로의 인식 전환, 초중고 공교육 부문의 음악 교육을 위한 제언에서는 사교육 의존도를 최소화하는 정책 수립, 모든 과목 학습 과정에서 음악사례 응용, 1인1악기 연주 프로그램 운영, 초등학교에 음악과목 전담 강사 채용을 제언하였으며, 평생교육 부문의 음악 교육을 위한 제언에서는 예술부문 평생교육을 위한 교육비의 국가 부담, 마을단위별 평생교육 프로그램을 통한 연주단체 신설과 운영을, 제도적 측면에서의 정책으로는 제주특별자치도 문화정책과 내에 문화예술 분야 중 음악교육 전문직 채용, 제주특별자치도 의회 내에 문화예술분야 음악부문 정책 자문의원 채용을 제언하였다.

최근 시장환경의 변화와 음악을 전공하는 음악학도가 많아지면서 음악학원이 위기를 맞고 있다. 무엇보다도 결정적인 이유는 음악경영의 경쟁자가 늘고 있고, 출산율 감소로 학원생이 줄어들어 학원 시장의 규모가 잠재적으로 축소되고 있다. 이에 따라 음악학원도 경영의 마인드가 필요하다. 본 연구는 음악학원의 운영의 성과인 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구의 내용은 3가지 영역으로 창업의 성공요인, 창업동기, 경영성과와 관련된 관련 내용을 살펴보고, 음악학원을 창업한 원장들을 대상으로 설문지를 통해서 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 경영성과에는 다양한 변수에 의해서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 음악학원도 벤처 경영의 접근방식이 필요하며, 음악학원, 거주환경, 상황적인 각각의 환경에 적합한 마케팅 전략이 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 2015 음악과 교육과정의 초등학교 교육과정과 연계하여 스마트 기기를 활용한 초등 '방과 후 학교' 스마트음악교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 연구 방법으로는 방과 후 교육 프로그램의 관련된 자료와 현재 시행되고 있는 초등학교 교육과정의 음악 관련 내용과 교과서 15종을 토대로 분석하였다. 그리고 초등학교 음악 교과서를 기반으로 한 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 태블릿PC와 애플리케이션을 활용하여 교육의 적합한 활용요소를 반영한 스마트 음악 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구를 통해 사용된 애플리케이션은 총 14종이고 제시된 교육 프로그램은 16 차시로 개발하였다. 본 스마트 음악 교육 프로그램을 통해 기존 공교육과정의 일방향의 음악교육이 아닌 다양하고, 체계적이며 지속적인 음악교육을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 현장성을 통해 학생들에게 다양한 예술과 문화를 직접 경험하고 보여주는 것은 물론 잠재된 예술성과 창의성을 일깨워 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 통합적 예술교육을 제공하고 예술교육의 평등을 지향하며 태블릿PC의 활용을 통해 미래 사회의 핵심적인 사고 과정을 기를 수 있을 것이다.

영재교육을 잘 수행할 수 있는 담당교사는 영재성 판별 및 교육과정 운영을 위한 선행구비 조건이다. 따라서 음악(국악)영재 담당교사가 지녀야 할 지표에 대한 실질적인 답변이 요구되는 시점이다. 이 연구는 음악(국악)영재 담당교사가 지녀야 할 자격 조건을 탐색하고, 그 특성을 바탕으로 평가지표를 개발함으로써 예술영재의 선별 및 판별, 교육과정 운영을 위한 전제조건을 충족시키기 위하여 수행되었다. 이와 같은 연구 목적의 달성을 위하여 좋은 교사 및 영재담당교사, 음악(국악)영재 담당교사의 자격 조건과 관련된 다양한 문헌을 체계적으로 고찰하였고, 각 문헌에 제시된 결과를 비교 분석함으로써 음악(국악)영재 담당교사의 평가지표를 개발하였다. 나아가 개발된 평가지표의 학문적 타당성을 도모하기 위하여 25명으로 구성된 전문가 패널을 대상으로 델파이 기법을 투입하였다. 연구 결과, 음악(국악)영재 담당교사의 평가지표는 3개의 대영역과 8개의 중영역, 18개의 소영역으로 최종 구성되었다.

In this study, the investigator distributed total 100 questionnaires by childcare center teachers in final analysis. The purposes of the study were to examine teachers' perceptions of early childhood music education provided by childcare centers or kindergartens and also the difficulties they experienced with the instruction of early childhood music education and thus provide basic data to develop an educational program for early childhood teachers and search for a direction in early childhood music education in the field of education. The findings were summarized as follows: Both kindergarten and childcare center teachers showed a high perception level of need for and importance of early childhood music education. The teachers thought that early childhood music education facilitated the development of young children across all areas and promoted their pleasure and expressive abilities. Providing music education, the teachers faced difficulties due to the lack of musical knowledge, basic musical skills, and experiences with and confidence in musical activities. They also felt a need for teacher education.

본 연구는 A 교육대학원에 재학 중인 15명의 예비 음악 교사들을 대상으로 세계시민교육 역량 제고를 위한 강좌를 개발 및 실현하고, 그 효과성을 탐색하였다. 강좌는 세계시민교육의 여러 주제 중 다양성과 포용을 바탕으로 한 다문화 교육에 중점을 두고, 관련 이론 탐색을 통해 음악의 사회·문화적 산물로서의 본질을 이해하고, 참여자 주도로 중학생을 위한 수업 방안을 개발 및 실현하는 과정으로 구성되었다. 사전/사후 검사 결과 강좌 전후로 첫째, 예비음악교사들의 다문화 교육 태도가 향상되었고, 특별히 교사의 역할에 대한 태도가 큰 폭으로 증가하였다. 이는 본 연구의 강좌가 예비교사들로 하여금 다양성 및 다문화 교육과 관련한 인식과 편견을 반성하고 음악 교사로서의 역할을 고민하도록 도왔기 때문으로 여겨진다. 둘째, 다문화 교수 효능감의 향상 중 다문화 상황에서의 교육 및 다문화 교육 교수 효능감 향상이 두드러졌는데, 이는 성찰지를 통해 본 강좌가 음악의 사회·문화적 산물로서와 상징적 표현 가능성의 가치를 깨닫도록 한 영향임을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 강좌는 실질적인 삶의 문제들을 풀어나가는 변혁적 교수법의 필요성 인식과 실천, 음악에 대한 다각적인 이해와 탐색을 바탕으로 한 세계시민교육의 여러 주제들의 접근을 도와 예비음악교사들의 세계시민교육 역량을 발전시키는데 도움을 주었다.

인터넷이 광범위하게 사용되고 있지만 어린이들의 음악 적성 검사를 쉽게 할 수 있는 방법이 개발되어 있지 못하다. 인터넷을 통하여 어린이들의 음악 적성 검사 도구를 개발하여 학생들이 조기에 음악 적성 검사를 쉽게 제공하고 학생들의 음악 능력을 조기에 진단하고 보다 효율적인 교수 학습 환경을 제공함으로서 각 개인의 음악적 능력을 향상시켜 줄 수 있는 기반을 마련한다. 본 연구에서는 웹상에서 음악적성 시스템을 구축하여 실제 사용할 수 있는 시스템을 만들었다. 본 연구의 효율성은 어린이들이 쉽게 음악 적성검사를 할 수 있다는 점이고, 시스템의 데이터 파일만 변경하면 다양한 적성 시스템에서도 사용할 수 있다는 점이다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of early childhood teachers' music attitude and emotional leadership on their music teaching efficacy in the music education. Methods: 301 early childhood teachers answered the music attitude scale, music teaching efficacy belief instrument, emotional leadership scale, and questionnaire for socio-demographic characteristics and music experiences. Data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's productive correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: First, early childhood teachers had a higher music teaching efficacy in case of at least 10 years of teaching experiences period, having a post-graduate degree, having a music training experience, enjoying learning musical instruments and singing and listening to music during regular music lessons, and having a long music training experience. Similar results were derived from the subfactors of music teaching efficacy. Second, there were positive correlations(r=.172-.659, p < .001) in the total and subfactors scores among early childhood teachers' music attitude, emotional leadership, and music teaching efficacy. Lastly, early childhood teachers' music attitude and their emotional leadership were explained at 39~52 percent for their music teaching efficacy. Conclusion/Implications: This study suggests that it is important for early childhood teachers' perception of their belief, knowledge and feeling about music education.
