유치원 교사의 사고양식과 창의적 인성과의 관계 (Biogenic Amine Contents in Fish Products)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among thinking styles and creative personality in early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 167 teachers who work in kindergarten in Busan. Data were gathered with Thinking Style Inventory and Creative Personality Scale. ANOVA, Pearson's correlations and multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was no difference in creative personality by teachers' background. But there were significant differences in thinking styles by teachers' background. Second, there were significant correlations between thinking styles and creative personality. Third, legislative, liberal, conservative, anarchic thinking styles were significant contributors to predict creative personality.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among kindergartens' organizational culture, directors' transformational leadership, teachers' creative personality and teaching flow. The participants of this study were 289 kindergarten teachers in Busan. They completed the survey questionnaire composed of kindergartens' organizational culture scale, directors' transformational leadership scale, teachers' creative personality scale and teaching flow scale. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. The results were as follows: First, there were significant relations among kindergartens' organizational culture, directors' transformational leadership, teachers' creative personality and teaching flow. Second, kindergartens' organizational culture, directors' transformational leadership and teachers' creative personality affected teaching flow of kindergarten teachers. From the findings, it can be suggested that kindergartens' organizational culture, directors' transformational leadership and teachers' creative personality are critical variables to improve teaching flow of kindergarten teachers.

중학교 자유학기제 형성평가 방안 탐색 (An Exploration on Formative Evaluation Methods for Free Semester System in Middle School)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop evaluation methods which would measure student achievement and progress without traditional paper-pencil tests such as mid-term and final examinations. More specifically, the main research focus were to establish general directions of student assessment during free semester, to build evaluation models supporting student's participation and learning, and to report and record various student evaluation results. As research results, we found that student evaluation of free semester should be organized to improve a) experience learning activity, self-regulatory and collaboratory study, b) high-order thinking ability and character-building, and c) teacher-student-parent cooperation. Since traditional paper-pencil tests were restricted in free semester, student achievement should be provided by a way of performance descriptions on transcripts rather than quantitative grade points. Student performance descriptions had to show not only subject knowledge but also students efforts, motivation, and participation. These multiple and educationally meaningful information would be collected by teacher-student-parent communication and collaboration.

해외수출을 위한 주요 요인들과 중소기업의 해외수출 가능성에 관한 연구 (Research Related to the Main Factors for Export and SME's Export Possibility)

  • The aim of the present study is to research how the main factors for the export of SMEs affect SME's Export possibility in structural method. 62 SMEs in Busan Region were participated in this study. For the empirical analysis, a multiple regression analysis and a path analysis were used with Spss18 and Amos 5v to figure out the relationship between the main factors and SME's Export possibility(SEP). The main factors as variances are "Manpower Needs(MN)", "Technology Innovation Needs(TIN)", "Education Needs for Export(ENE)" and "Intention of Decision-Maker(IDM)". The result indicated that ENE and TIN with IDM could structurally affect SEP through path analysis and implies that the main factors have to be considered with the intention of decision-maker as CEO for the successful export of SMEs.

B시 고등학생의 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Smartphone Addiction in High School Students in B city)

  • Purpose of this study was conducted to investigate the factors influencing smartphone addiction of high school students. The data were collected from 351 high school students in B city and analyzed with t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression by using SPSS 18.0 program. The smartphone addiction rate was 20.8%, which the high risk group rate was 8.5% and potential risk group rate was 12.3%. The significant factors of smartphone addiction were using time in weekend, accident in using smartphone, aggression, depression, attachment to peer and behavior control of learning attitude. And these factors explained 33.4% of the variance in smartphone addiction. In conclusion, the results from this study indicated a need to develop the intervention program to prevent smartphone addiction.

해양스포츠참여자의 여가만족이 운동지속에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Exercise Adherence due to the Leisure Satisfaction of Marine Sports Participants)

  • This research is to investigate the effects of exercise adherence due to the leisure satisfaction of marine sports participants. In this paper, we will provide a basic database to vitalize marine sports. In order to analyze the result, we conducted a survey targeting 326 participants from 2010 Busan metropolitan city marine sports. The following results are obtained after analyze the data using SPSS/PC+ Win. 15.0 with a correlation analysis and a multiple regression analysis. First, all of the sub-factors from leisure satisfaction and exercise adherence show a positive correlation after analyzing the relationship between the leisure satisfaction and the exercise adherence of marine sports participants. Second, after analyzing the effects of exercise adherence according to the leisure satisfaction of marine sports participants, the result showed that the egoistic satisfaction influences the exercise capacity. Therefore, the data shows that the psychological satisfaction affects exercise environment, exercise companion, exercise habits and exercise attention.

유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 비합리적 신념과 양육 스트레스와의 관계 (Relationships between Irrational Beliefs and Parenting Stress of Mothers with Early Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of irrational beliefs on parenting stress of mothers with early children. For achieving this purpose, Irrational Belief Test and Parenting Stress Index were administered to 300 mothers with early children in Busan and data from 234 mothers were used for statistical analysis. Collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of correlational analysis showed that irrational beliefs were positively related to parenting stress. Anxious over-concern factor was related to all parenting stress variables. The results of stepwise regression analysis revealed that 2~4 irrational beliefs significantly influenced parenting stress; sub-factors of parenting stress variable that irrational beliefs had the most effect on was competence factor. Based upon these results, it can be concluded that irrational belief is an important variable which predicts parenting stress of mothers with early children.

학년 및 성별과 부모의 양육행동에 따른 청소년의 또래 갈등해결전략 (Peer Conflict Resolution Strategy of Adolescents According to Grade, Gender and Parenting Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate if conflict resolution strategies that middle school students use are different according to grade, gender and parenting behavior. Six hundred middle school students completed Scale on Friendship Conflict Resolution Strategies in Friendship and Parenting Behavior Inventory. Collected data were analyzed using Two Way ANOVA, Cross-Tabulation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study showed that strategies that students use in conflict situations were partially different according to gender and grade. And parenting behaviors influenced strategies that students use in conflict situations. The implications of this study on theory and practice were discussed. Finally, limitations of this study and suggestions for further study were made.

비합리적 신념이 유치원 교사의 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Irrational Beliefs on Job Stress in Kindergarten Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between irrational beliefs and job stress in kindergarten teachers and explore specific irrational beliefs that influence kindergarten teachers' job stress. One hundred ninety one kindergarten teachers participated in the study and completed Job Stress Scale and General Attitude and Belief Scale. Collected data were analyzed using Pearson Correlation Coefficient Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, on the whole irrational beliefs were significantly positively related to job stress. Second, Although Self-Degradation and Demands for Fairness significantly predicted Kindergarten teachers' job stress, Self-Degradation were the most influential irrational belief. Finally the theoretical and practical implication of the results were discussed with the suggestion of future research.

아동이 지각한 부모의 과학태도와 신뢰도가 아동의 과학 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Influences of Parental Science Attitudes and Trust Perceived by Children on Their Science Self-Efficacy)

  • This study aimed to explore influences of parental science attitudes and trust perceived by children on their science self-efficacy. In oder to accomplish this purpose, a quantitative research was carried out for elementary gifted and general students using correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. The results were as follows. Firstly, children's science self-efficacy was positively correlated with parental science attitudes and trust perceived by both gifted and general children. Secondly, in the case of gifted children, their science self-efficacy was meaningfully affected by mother's trust, mother's science attitudes, and father's science attitudes perceived by them in that order. On the order hand, general children's science self-efficacy meaningfully affected by mother's trust and mother's science attitudes perceived by them.
