The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference and influence of educational institutions and majors on education service quality, learning satisfaction, and educational institution loyalty, and to provide information on an Academic Credit Bank System appropriate for the two types of education institutions and learners. Looking at the difference in education service quality, learning satisfaction and educational institution loyalty, Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities showed positive awareness compared to Job Technical colleges. Especially, differences in awareness regarding quality of education facilities were largest, followed by educational institution loyalty and learning satisfaction. Looking at the difference in awareness according to educational institution and majors, learners at Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities had positive awareness compared to Job Technical colleges in terms of quality of facilities, learning satisfaction and educational institution loyalty. No difference was found according to major. Looking at the effect of awareness of education service quality on learning satisfaction and educational institution loyalty, factors of education service quality affected learning satisfaction in the order of education>administration>facilities for Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities, and the effect on educational institution loyalty was found in the order of administration> education with no effect shown by facilities. For learners at Job Technical colleges, factors of education service quality affected learning satisfaction in the order of administration>education>facilities. Influence on loyalty to educational institution was found in the order of administration>facilities>education.

본 연구는 온라인 학습환경에서 대학생의 그릿이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 중 가족건강성의 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 실시되었다. 2020년 11월부터 12월까지 C도 G군 소재 일 대학에서 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며 가족건강성의 매개효과를 분석하기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대학생들의 그릿은 가족건강성(r=.230, p<.001) 및 학습만족도(r=.407, p<.001)와 정적 상관관계가 있었으며 가족건강성과 학습만족도,역시 정적 상관관계를 보여주었다(r=.378, p<.001). 가족건강성은 그릿과 학습만족도와의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있었다(adj R2=.243). 이는 온라인 학습환경에서 대학생들의 학습만족도를 높이는데 있어 그릿은 직접적 영향 뿐 아니라 가족건강성을 통하여 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 온라인 학습환경에서 대학생들의 학습만족도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 그릿과 가족건강성 모두를 고려한 프로그램의 개발과 시행이 있어야 할 것이다.

This paper studies characteristics of e-Learning users' motivation, attitudes and satisfaction. For this purpose, surveys were conducted of university students who choose e-Learning as one of main learning tools. The research found that stable service and proper service charges were critical to the loyalty to e-Learning service. It also showed that both quality and quantity of contents were very important factors to e-Learning growth.

본 연구는 m-Bizmaker를 활용한 앱 프로그래밍 교육이 특성화고등학교 학생의 학습몰입 및 학습만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석해봄으로써 앱 프로그래밍 교육에 대한 방안을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 현재 일선 학교에서는 SW선도학교를 중심으로 컴퓨팅사고력을 증진하기 위한 SW교육이 활발하게 진행되고 있으며 다양한 SW교육 방법들이 적용되고 있다. 특히, 앱 프로그래밍 교육이 학습 성과를 나타내기 위해서는 학습자의 학습몰입이 필요하며 학습만족도가 높아야 앱 프로그래밍 교육이 지속될 수 있을 것이다. 이에 앱 저작도구의 하나인 m-Bizmaker를 활용한 앱 프로그래밍 학습 내용을 수업에 적용해 본 결과 학습몰입의 일부 요인(통제감, 자의식의 상실)과 학습만족도 증진에 유의미함이 입증되어 특성화고등학교 학생의 앱 프로그래밍 교육 방안으로 적절함을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 대학 온라인 튜터링 학습환경에서 교수실재감이 학업성취도와 학습만족도에 미치는 효과를 분석하여, 학생들의 대학생활 적응 및 학습역량 강화를 위한 교수방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구를 위해 2021학년도 1학기 부산시 소재 D학교 OO연구소 튜터링 프로그램 참가자들을 대상으로 교수실재감, 학업성취도 그리고 학습만족도를 조사하여 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교수실재감과 학업성취도 및 학습만족도와의 관계분석에서는 학습활동의 학습관리, 참여관리, 내용구조화 순으로 높은 상관이 나타났으며, 교수실재감이 학업성취도와 학습만족도에 미치는 영향력에서는 튜티의 학습활동 하위영역인 학습관리에서 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 기초하여 온라인 튜터링 교수설계시에 교수실재감을 반영한 운영과정과 방법에 대한 방향성을 시사하였고, 학습환경에서 학습자의 학습경험의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 학습관리 방안에 대한 심도있는 논의를 제공하였다.

This study analyzed the impact of expectations congruence, usefulness, ease of use, and interaction on the satisfaction of learners who participated in distance learning. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting students taking remote classes operated by universities after COVID-19. The survey was conducted online using learning management system notices and mobile notifications at the end of remote classes. The research results are as follows. First, expectation confirmation was found to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Second, usability was found to have no significant effect on satisfaction. Third, ease of use was found to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Fourth, interaction was found to have the greatest impact on satisfaction. This study analyzed the impact on satisfaction with university distance learning after COVID-19. Based on the research results, it is necessary to specify teaching strategies such as supporting a distance learning environment optimized for learners and strengthening interaction.

본 연구는 사이버학습환경에서 학급공동체의식과 사회적 실재감이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 D광역시 M초등학교 6학년 사이버가정학습 학습자 172명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였으며 학급공동체의식, 사회적 실재감과 학습만족도와의 관계를 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 학급공동체의식과 사회적 실재감, 학습만족도 간에는 의의 있는 상관관계가 나타났고, 학급공동체 의식이 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 초등 사이버학습환경에서 학급공동체의식은 학습자의 학습만족도 향상을 위해 중요하게 고려해야 할 변인임을 시사한다. 이에 향후 사이버학습환경을 구성할 때 학급공동체의식을 높이기 위한 교수설계 전략이 요구된다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of learning expectation and perceived knowledge sharing on user satisfaction and IS continuance in the Korean Army which is currently using the Regiments' Information System to help their Integrated Administration Management. Based on both the Information System(IS) Continuance Model and IS Success Model, this study also examine the role of system quality on user satisfaction. We develop a research model(structural equation model) and its hypotheses that learning expectation, perceived knowledge sharing, and system quality increase users' satisfaction, which leads to IS continuance. The effect of learning expectation on perceived knowledge sharing is also hypothesized. Design/methodology/approach Online Survey using e-mails was administered to test our research model and associated hypotheses. Among the 360 e-mail letters including our survey questionnaire, 285 responses were collected via e-mails. Meaningful 225 cases were analyzed for our study. SPSS Statistics 24.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 were used to analyze both measuremant test and hyotheses test by using the data set. Findings Survey results show that learning expectation(confirmation variable), learning expectation, perceived knowledge sharing(a perceived usefulness variable), and system quality(a system characteristic) each increases user satisfaction, which leads to IS continuance, under the control of the effect of habit to use information systems. Learning expectation also has a positive influence on perceived knowledge sharing. Theoretical and practical implications are presented.

The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, intention on continuous use of mobile learning in cyber university. For this study, W cyber university in Korea was chosen to conduct web survey. The subjects were 283 students who participated in W's cyber university courses. A hypothetical model was composed of system quality, information quality, service quality, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness as exogenous variables, satisfaction and intention on continuous use of mobile learning as endogenous variables. The result of this study through structural equation modeling analysis is as follows: First, information quality only affect satisfaction, Second, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and satisfaction significantly affect intention on continuous use of mobile learning. These results imply that information quality should be considered for the design and development of mobile learning contents. Also, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and satisfaction is important to enhance intention on continuous use of mobile learning. This study proposes strategies for successful mobile learning in cyber university.

PURPOSE: This study examined the status of the efficient supply of assistive devices for students with disabilities. METHODS: A complete investigation was conducted on the request and supply of assistive devices for students with disabilities at the Korea National University of Welfare. The subjects were 112 students with disabilities who applied for assistive device rental. The status of the supply of assistive devices according to the type of disability was investigated. The overall satisfaction with learning support was measured. The questionnaire content was categorized into the following three factors to determine learning support satisfaction: support overall (role, staff, facilities) learning support (learning support, learning counseling, life consultation), assistive device supply (counseling, rental, uses, rental period, maintenance services). RESULTS: The most common type of students with disabilities was physical disabilities 62 (29.38%) and hearing impairments 62 (29.38%). Students with physical disabilities and brain lesions rented manual and electric wheelchairs the most. Learning support satisfaction was evaluated considering the factors support overall, learning and assistive device supply effects. satisfaction of learning support for students with disabilities 83.5 points. CONCLUSION: The satisfaction with assistive device supply appears to be relatively lower than support overall. Each university will gradually secure assistive devices that suit the characteristics of students with disabilities.
