The recent emergence of electronic commerce could provide different opportunities to small firms in overcoming part of their technological, environmental, organizational, and managerial inadequacies. However, recent research provided a gloomy picture about electronic commerce uptake and use in small firms. Until now few small flrms adopted electronic commerce. This phenomenon gives us several implications. One of the implications is a need to generate more research to small firms' uptake and use of electronic commerce. So, this research aims at what is determinants in small firms' adoption of electronic commerce, especially business - to - business(B2B). Several previous studies were identified various influential variables in adoption of small firms' electronic commerce. To some extent, by industries these variables may be different in influencing B2B adoption of small firms. This study selected fishery industry's wholesale firms as survey domain. Then, It selected some variables from previous studios and group them in several factors for consistently comparing variable's influential power. Through hierarchical influencing model of B2B adoption, managers who worked for fishery wholesale firms were surveyed. Among the first level's factors of the model, business factor was identified as the statistically most influential factor in B2B adoption. Technological factor and environmental factor at the frist level were identified as relatively less influential factors. Among the second level's factors of the model, it was statistically significant only that technological usefulness factor was more influential than technological burden factor in B2B adoption. And among the third level's factors of the model, it was identified that formal plan and task team for B2B, top management support, and mutual beliefs of inter - firms were statistically more influential than related variables in B2B adoption. These results give us some implications. First, fishery wholesale firms recognized B2B as a new business paradigm, and technological problems as not obstacles in adopting B2B. Thus it would be possible to activate the fishery B2B if they were guided to getting B2B benefits and B2B's relative advantages. Second, they considered the power of influential factors might be different by B2B stages. That is, top management support was more important in the B2B introduction stage, and formal plan and task team for B2B and mutual beliefs of inter - firms were more important in the B2B operation stage.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influential factors to home management ability of mothers and their unmarried daughters through researching the relationship of their home management ability. It would provide the basic data for the direction of Home Economics Education. The subjects were 653, from 20 to 30 years of unmarried women and their mothers in Chonbuk province. The questionaire was used to measure their Home Management ability. The measured areas were planing, creativity, consumption management, housework, evaluation, and human relation. The question items were respectively 6 and totally 36. Spss was used for the statistic. Frequency, Percentage, Means, Standard Deviation were used for general understanding. For data analysis, F-test, Pearson Product-moment Correlation, Duncan's Multiple Range Test, Stepwise Multi-regression Analysis were used. Lastly, the research pattern was examined by Path Analysis. The results were as follows. 1. The importnat influential factors to mother's home management ability were their schooling level and their perceived socio-economic status among the general factors(age, shooling level, perceived socio-economic status) and the family atmosphere factors(monthly income, family type). 2. The important influential factors of unmarried daughter's home management ability were the monthly income of their family and the socio-economic status perceived by them, among their mother's general factors, family atmohphere factors, their own general factors(age, schooling level, perceived socio-economics status, occupation, growing place). 3. The influence of mother's home management ability on unmarried daughter's home management ability was much more remarkable than mother's general factors, family atmosphere factors and unmarried daughter's general factors.

The purpose of this study is to seek solutions for the adverse effects of the informatization by analyzing the influential factors of internet addiction to maximize prevention of the internet addiction for highschool students. The causal factors of the internet addiction are classified into three categories: personal factors, familial factors, and social environmental factors. To validate the study, the questionnaires were given to four high schools which were two generalized high schools and two specialized high schools in the Seoul and Kyunggi Area. The most influential factor of the internet addiction was identified, and hierarchical influence among factors were analyzed by evaluating the questionnaires. The result of the generalized high schools was different from that of the specialized high schools. It proved that different countermeasures must be prepared depending on environment of internet users. Therefore, diverse and comprehensive solutions for internet addiction must be devised to solve the problem of internet addiction.

This study investigated the influential range of landmarks and the relationship between landmarks and cognition factor so as to offer basic data to be used for the effective use and the management of landmarks. In this study, eighteen famous landmark in Seoul were selected and analyzed. The result of this study can be summarized as follows : 1) First, eighteen determining elements of cognition factors were selected via documents survey. Second, general cognition factors of landmarks were analysed using these elements through questionnaires to specialists. As a result of factor analysis, historic cultural factor, scale factor, visual form factor, locational factor and uniqueness factor were revealed. 2) According to revealed cognition factor, eighteen landmarks are categorized into four types using MDS method via questionnaire to resident in Seoul city. These four types of landmarks are: type I that are recognized by historic cultural factor; type II that are recognized by scale factor; type III that are recognized by uniqueness factor; and type IV that are recognized by visual form factor. 3) As the result of regression, the influential range of landmarks were revealed at about a 10km radius(type I : 12km type II : whole area of Seoul city≒15km, typeIII : 8.7km, typeIV : 8.5km). 4) As a result of analysing the correlation between the influential range and the cognition factor through multiple linear regression analysis, the locational factor is the main factor affecting the influential range of landmarks in every type. The uniqueness factor comes next, which affects influential range partially. 5) Except type 1, as a result of analysing the correlation between influential range and the physical heights of landmarks, a quadratic equation is revealed, showing that the influential range of landmarks over 200 meters in height shows a radical change. Landmarks can be used as reinforcement tools of legibility, effective tools for landscape management and for the improvement of a community's image. This study on the influential range of landmarks and main cognition factor can be utilized as a landmark management plan and in urban planning, such as a new town plan.
Case management is becoming increasingly more important in the field of social welfare. The purpose of this study was to examine the practice of case management at community child centers and to identify factors influencing their performance. In addition, this study also analysed the performance level of case management at each stage and the factors influencing the level at each stage. For the purpose of this study, data obtained from about 181 community child center workers in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongsangnamdo were analyzed. According to the results of the analysis, in Model 1 which represents the category of socio-demographic and personal factors, three factors namely gender, experience in case management, and interpersonal skills were found to be significantly influential and they have an explanatory power of 21.5%. Under the category of organizational factors in Model 2, four factors were found to be influential: experience in case management, interpersonal skills, availability of case management guidelines, and holding case conferences. These factors account for 33% explanatory power, 11.5% higher than that of Model 1. In Model 3 which represents the third category of community network literacy, three factors namely interpersonal skills, availability of case management guidelines, and ability to utilize networks were found to influence case management at community child centers, and they have an explanatory power of 43.4%, 10.4% higher than that of Model 2. For the practice of social welfare, these findings have the implication that community child center workers need to improve their interpersonal skills by cultivating communication skills, collaborative problem-solving skills, conflict-management skills, and other relevant skills. Furthermore, it is necessary to provide specific guidelines for case management, to have regular case conferences, to establish a community network, and to reinforce cooperation and mutual support among institutions within the network.
This study analyses "Survey of Health and Behavior of Children and Adolescents" which is conducted by National Youth Policy Institute that investigated influential factors in difference between actual obesity and perceptional obesity. GLM (Generalized Linear Mode) was carried out to estimate the effects on the eating habits and physical activities and multinomial logit analysis was carried out to examine the influential factors in difference between actual, obesity and perceptional obesity. The results of this study are shown as follows. First 72.0% of total respondents showed the congruence between actual obesity and perceptional obesity and 24.6% of total respondents perceived them fatter than actual. The remaining 3.5% perceived them thinner than actual. Second, the main effects of actual obesity and perceptional obesity on eating habits were statistically significant, but interaction effect between them was not statistically significant. The main effects of actual obesity and perceptional obesity on physical activities and interaction effect between them were all statistically significant. Third, the influential factors in difference between actual obesity and perceptional obesity were gender, age, school record, education of parents, subjective economic status, and living together with family.

This study identifies influential factors for invigorating the public management office (PMO) system for system integration (SI) projects in public sectors and analyzes the priority of each factor from the point of different stakeholders, i.e., owners, SI company, and PMO. Based on the literature review, four first-level influential factors are identified: legal system maintenance, owner's capability, SI company's capability, and PMO's capability. Among them, the PMO's capability is determined as the most critical factor by all the stakeholders. Among the second-level influential factors, the capabilities of professional engineers and project managers are considered as important among the PMO's capability, whereas the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most critical factor among the legal system maintenance. With respect to each stakeholder, project management capability is considered as the most important factor for owners, while the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most important factor for PMO.
The study is conducted with the subjects who have under gone coronary angiography to examine the influential factors for the severity of coronary stenosis. Four indicators related to hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, obesity of metabolic syndrome were used as influential factors. As a result of the study, metabolic syndrome such as diabetes and dyslipidemia had 3.3 times and 7.7 times higher chance to lead to 1VD, respectively. In 2VD, diabetes showed 2.9 times higher risk, and dyslipidemia showed 8.5 times higher risk. In 3VD, diabetes was found to be 5 times higher and dyslipidemia was 17.5 times higher in risk. Therefore, it was confirmed that dyslipidemia showed the highest correlation among metabolic syndromes. According to this study, it was confirmed that dyslipidemia and diabetes were closely related to the influential factors for coronary artery stenosis.
Along with the advance of Information technology and the introduction of the information era, cyber education through the internet has been activated in universities and private educational organization. However, most cyber education is not being practically applied in government employ. This study looks at the influential factors of cyber education in order to create a cyberspace where the public official can obtain information at a place and time convenient to them. This will provide a chance to activate cyber education effectively. The hypothesis was approved through multiple regression analysis was executed in order to explain and predict the relationship between influential factors and cyber education effects. The results of the study show the influential factors of education effect as follows: - the instruction design and contents factors such as interesting educational contents, interaction between leamers and teacher, and positive instruction, all had an important influence. - the learner factors, such as a desire to leam, motivation, and interest in the lesson, also had a significant influence. - the environmental factors such as systematical basis and support, atmosphere, and consideration of others had a large effect on the education effect.
The purpose of this study is to identify the influential factors of clothing conspicous consumption, and the relationship between these consumer characteristics and clothing purchasing behaviors. The influential factors of clothing conspicous consumption are defined materialism, sensation seeking tendency and demographic characteristics. And clothing purchasing behavior can be defined such as fashion leadership, impulsive purchasing behaviors, bargain sale purchasing, and the price and total pieces of clothing. The data were collected from 320 female students of university using questionnaire, and were analysed with frequency, %, multiple regression, ANOVA and Duncan test. Reresults can be summerized as follows. First, clothing conspicous consumption was not influenced to sensation seeking tendency but materialism. Second, the sensation seeking tendency, materialism and clothing conspicous consumption was proven to be partially related to the clothing purchasing behaviors. Third, the demographic characteristics have influenced on the sensation seeking tendency, materialism, clothing conspicous consumption and clothing purchasing behaviors.
