고등학생들의 학교 외모규제 준수에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Influential Factors on High School Students' School Dress Code Compliance)

  • 본 연구는 외모규제에 대한 찬반입장이 대립되고 외모규제에 대한 학생들의 심리적인 저항이 거센 상황에서 학교에서의 외모규제를 위한 실질적인 지침을 마련하는데 도움을 주고자 외모규제 준수도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보았다. 먼저 외모규제의 강도지각과 외모규제 중요도 지각이 외모규제 준수도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았고 다음으로 외모규제 준수도와 자기존중감, 창의성, 학교적응과의 관계를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 서울에 거주하는 남녀 고등학생 866명의 데이터가 사용되었고 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석, t-검정을 사용하여 분석되었으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들이 외모규제 강도를 크게 지각할수록, 그리고 외모규제의 중요성을 높게 지각할수록 외모규제 준수도가 높아졌다. 그러나 외모규제 중요도 지각의 회귀계수가 외모규제 강도 지각의 회귀계수보다 커서, 외모규범의 중요도 지각을 통한 자기통제가 더 큰 효과를 나타냄을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 외모규제 준수도가 높은 집단에서 자기존중감과 창의성이 모두 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 외모규제를 준수함으로써 학교의 규범에 적절하고 조화 있는 행동을 할 수 있는 학생들이 자기존중감이 높고 창의성이 높다는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 외모규제 준수도가 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 교사적응, 수업적응, 규칙적응에서 더 높은 평균값을 나타내 외모규범 준수도가 높은 학생이 학교라는 집단의 규범에 적절하게 행동하고 학교생활을 원만히 함을 알 수 있다. 그러나 친구적응의 평균값은 외모규제 준수도가 낮은 집단에서 오히려 더 높았다.

중등학교 조리실습에 대한 현황과 효율화방안 (The Present Situtation and Efficient Way of Cooking Practice in the Middle and High School)

  • Cooking practice is keenly related to not only the betterment of family health but to the improvement of dietary life. Cooking is a kind of practical skill and one is skill in it by repeated practice. The aim of cooking practice in school is to fix cooking method practically and scientifically, to acquire cooking skill. To achieve this aim there are many unrecognized or unsolved problems in the first-line schools. The problems and efficient ways of cooking practice in the middle and high school are as follows; 1. The aim of cooking practice: It should be first of all remembered that the practice is so practical that the knowledge and skill of cooking should be related to the future domestic life. Second, the practice should be able to serve the communal and national life by scientifying and improving life. 2. The content of the practice: First, it should be so arranged step by step that the content of each year should not be repeated. Second, the ratio of Korean cooking practice should be increased and the material of the practice should be chosen in consideration of the peculiarity of the community, seasons and economical problems so that it may be applied to the very day life. Third, to improve dietary life, the practice should be a way of the simplification of dietary life, of the nutritional efficiency. Forth, for the betterment of physical condition of the family the practice should involve balanced dietary plans and dietary therapy. 3. Teaching method: First, the practice should be scientific and comprehensive in consideration of not only cooking skills but also knowledge of nutrition. Second, micro-class system should be adopted, and practice labor should be allotted each student to develop cooperative attitude and the sense of responsibility. Third, in addition to the practice conducted in a body, comparative cooking, applicable cooking and experimental ability and the content of the text. Fourth, teachers should let the students examine and find problems by bringing them to a focus on the basis of theory. 4. Administration method: First, the practice schedule should be planned that a class has practices at least more than twice a semester. Second, two hours of class should be continued without cessation after beforehand survey and theory study. Third, facilities and utensils for practice should be enlarged. That is, cooking practice rooms, tools, utensils should be prepared. Fourth, enough cost of practice should be secured. The above mentioned points show the present situation and problems with which cooking practice teaching is confronted. In order to normalize cooking practice teaching, the first-line schools should give the above mentioned problems their careful consideration and improve the present situation so that efficient, creative, practical cooking practice will be possible.

다도교육이 여고생의 인성발달에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Dado Education on the Personality Development of Female High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 체계적인 다도교육이 청소년기 여고생의 인성발달에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 알아봄으로써. 인성교육으로서 다도교육의 필요성이 인정되어. 학교교육에서 가정교과과정과 특별활동. 특기$.$적성교육. 재량활동 등 다양한 교육과정으로 활성화되고 정착되어. 다도교육이 발전할 수 있는 계기를 마련하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기도 시흥시에 위치한 S고등학교의 여학생 16명을 실험집단으로 3월 14일부터 4월 18일 까지 총 10차시 20시간의 특기$.$적성 다도교육을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다도교육은 청소년기에 있는 여고생의 인성발달에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 다도교육 실시 전과 후의 인성발달을, 사전$.$사후 검사로 비교 분석 한 결과 인성영역 중 정서적 안정성. 배려성. 절제성. 예절성 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이는 다도교육이 청소년기 여고생의 인성을 바람직한 방향으로 변화시키는 인성교육으로써 가치가 충분히 있음을 입증한 것이라 하겠다. 둘째, 다도교육을 받은 후 자녀의 인성발달에 어머니가 만족하고 있음을 알았다. 다도교육이 예절바른 생활을 하게 하며 행동을 조심스럽게 하고, 정서적으로 안정되게 하는 등 인성발달에 도움을 주므로 자녀들에게 다도교육이 필요하다고 다도교육을 받은 실험집단의 어머니 100%가 응답하였다. 셋째, 실험집단의 학생은 다도교육으로 자신들의 인성이 바람직한 방향으로 발달된다고 인식하였다. 다도교육 후 자신들의 행동이 조심스러워지고, 예의 바르게 행동하려고 노력하는 등 바람직한 방향으로 인성이 발달함을 스스로 느끼고 있었다. 그리하여 대부분의 학생들은 학교에서 다도교육이 필요하며, 친구나 후배에게도 다도교육을 받도록 권유하고 싶다고 하였다. 넷째. 다도교육을 지도한 교사의 입장에서 학생들을 관찰하고 면접한 결과, 교육 시간이 경과되면서 학생들이 정서적으로 차분해지고. 남을 배려 할 줄도 알게 되었다. 행동도 진지해지고. 자세도 바르게 되었으며 인내심도 많아지고. 예절 바르게 행동하려고 하는 모습을 발견할 수 있었다. 이상의 연구 결과에서 다도교육은 우리의 전통문화에 관심을 갖게 하고 배우고 익힐 수 있으며, 청소년기 학생들의 정서$.$태도$.$행동$.$예절 면을 바람직한 방향으로 변화시킴을 알 수 있었다. 여고생에 대한 연구였지만 남학생들에게도 같은 영향을 미치리라 생각되어, 학교교육에서 가정교과과정과 특별활동. 특기$.$적성교육, 재량활동 등 다양한 교육과정으로 활성화되고 정착될 수 있기를 기대한다.

남성적-여성적 의복이 직장여성의 직업특성과 직업적합성 지각에 미치는 영향(I) -Suit을 중심으로- (The Effect of Masculine-Feminine Clothing Image on the Perception of Occupational Characteristics and Occupational Suitability(I) -Suit-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate(Ⅰ) the effect of a masculine-feminine image in women's suit on the perception of the wearer's occupational characteristics and suitability of the clothing for certain occupations, and (2) the effect of perceiver's sex, sex-role attitudes, and occupation on the perception formed by the function of clothing cues. The research design of the study consisted of 2(pink and navy blue colors) × 4(masculine and feminine forms) factorial design of a suit. The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stiuli and 2 response scales. The stimuli consisted of 8 drawings of woman's clothing made by systematic manipulations of 2 independent variables(color and form) in drawings of suit. The dependent variables were the perceptions of the wearer's occupational characteristics and suitability of the masculine or feminine clothing for certain occupations. Occupational characteristics were measured with a 7-point semantic differential scale composed of 21 bipolar adjectives. Perception of ccupational suitability was assessed with 12 items of 5-point Likert type questions. In addition, the Bem Sex-role Inventory was used to assess perceiver's sex-role attitudes. The subjects consisted of 393 men and 389 women, whose occupations were classified as professionals, secondary school teachers, and white-collar workers. They were randomly assigned to one of 8 suit. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, MANOVA, ANOVA, Mean and S.D. Three factors emerged to account for the perception of occupational characteristics. These factors were given the titles of (1) activity, (2) potency, and (3) evaluation factors. The activity factor was the largest, including 9 adjectives. Differences in the form of the suit had effects on potency and evaluation for both sexes, while it also had some effect on activity for women. The color of the suit had some effect on evaluation for both sexes. Strong effects of color and form on the suit were seen in perception of occupational suitability for the occupations of attorney(masculine) and secretary(feminine). On suitability for secondary school teaching occupation, the effects of color and form of suit differed by sex of the subjects. Perceiver's sex-role attitudes and occupation paritally influenced the perception of the wearer's occupational characteristics and suitability of the clothing for certain occupations. In summary, a masculine-feminine image of clothing had a significant effect on the perception of occupational characteristics as well as on suitability of the clothing for certain occupations. Thus, the results of the study support the implicit personality theory on person perception and also the stereotypes of sex-roles on the perception of occupational suitability.

On the blouse-skirt set, the form of the blouse had an effect on activity and evaluation for both sexes, while the color of the skirt had an effect on evaluation for both sexes as well as on potency for men. Strong effect of color and form on blouse·skirt were seen in perception of occupational suitability for the occupations of attorney(masculine) and secretary(feminine). On suitability for secondary school teaching occupations, the effects of color and form of blouse·skirt differed by sex of the subjects. Male subjects determined suitability by the color of the blouse, while female subjects determinied suitability on the basis of the form of the blouse. Perceiver's sex-role attitude and occupation partially influenced the perception of the wearer's occupational characteristics and suitability of the clothing for certain occupations.

동화내용을 인지한 아동이 지각한 친부모상 및 계부모상의 차이 -콩쥐팥쥐, 장화홍련, 신데렐라 및 백설공주를 중심으로 (A Study on Parent -and StepParent- Figure Percieved by Korean Children with the Knowledge about the related Fairytables)

  • Generally fairytales are recognized as very effective educational materials. However, some of them includes negative prejudices on stepparents, especially stepmother. These contents are very harmful to development and adjustment of children in remarried families. Moreover, not so many studies have been done that even the results were insufficient to not only practical but also academical needs. Therefore this study purposed to investigate the parent -and stepparent- figures perceived by children with the knowledge about the related fairytales. Specific research problems are as follows; 1. How many children do know the contents of the 4 related fairytales such as Snow Whit, Sindellera, Kongjui Patjui and Changwha Honglyun? 2. What are the parent -figures perceived by the children with the knowledge about the 4 traditional fairytales? 3. What are the stepparent- figures of the subjects? 4. Is the children's sex the statistically significant variable in their parent -and stepparent- figures? 5. Is the children's age the statistically significant variable in their parent -and stepparent- figures? 6. Is the their parents' educational level the statistically significant variable in their parent -and stepparent- figures? 175 boys and girls of age -9 and- 11 were selected from 2 primary schools in Seoul. All of them were from normal families. As the steadyselling books, 18 fairytales were chosen by 7 booksellers of large scale bookstores in Seoul. And then by 10 teachers and 10 literay persons, 4 Korean and foreign traditional fairytales were seleced at last. The questionaire of 5 subareas was developed and used as the research tools, in which include 40 items. SPSS/pc program were used for data analysis for frequency, percentile, mean, and t-test. The followings are the findings with cronbach α=.80 and .94 parent -and stepparent- figures respectively. 1)The contents of the 4 tradional fairytales were read already or wellknown, even if the children who didn't. 2)The subjects showed very positive their own parent-figures such as sweet, lovely, reliable, and true or good person. 3)The subjects showed very negative stepparent-figures in contrast. 4)They showed significant sex difference(p<0.5) in their own parent-figures. And girls were more positive than boys who were a little more positive(on insignifficant level) than girls in stepmother-figures. 5)All the subjects had positive parent-figures and negative stepparent-figures. 6)Their parents education level was no significant variable in the prediction of their parent -and stepparent- figures.

중·고등학교 학교급 전환기 '가족 및 가정생활' 내용에 대한 학생의 흥미도 차이 분석 (Analysis of the Differences in Students' Content Interest related to Family Life in Home Economics during Middle-high School Transition)

  • 교과 내용 흥미도는 교육과정 개정 및 교과서 개발에 도움을 주는 방식으로 학생보다는 교사 측면에서 연구되어왔다. 본 연구에서는 중·고 전환기에 해당하는 고등학교 1학년 학생들에게 생활 연계 차원에서 매우 의미 있는 가정과 내용을 중심으로 중학교에서 배운 내용과 고등학교에서 배운 내용에 대한 학생들의 흥미도를 알아보기 위해 고등학교 1학년 학생 227명을 대상으로 중학교 가정과 내용 17문항, 고등학교 가정과 내용 10문항으로 구성된 흥미도 검사 도구를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 이를 성별 및 성취 수준별로 흥미도 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 중·고 전환기인 고등학교 1학년 학생들의 경우 청소년 발달 등 자신에 관한 관심은 가족의 요구나 가정생활에 관한 관심에 비해 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았으나, 성취 수준에 따라 내용 흥미도에 차이가 나타났다. 이는 학습자의 발달과 학교급 전환기라는 학습자의 상황, 대학 입시 등 다양한 변인들을 함께 고려하여 내용 흥미도를 해석해야 함을 의미한다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 교육과정 개정, 교과서 개발 및 교과 수업에서 고려해야 할 시사점을 제공하며, 학습자 중심 관점을 토대로 교과 내용에 대한 학습자의 흥미 정도를 세심하게 분석하고 활용해야 할 것이다.

경상남도 특성화고등학교 학생의 식습관 및 영양지식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dietary Habits and Nutritional Knowledge of Specialized High School Students in Gyeonsangnam-do)

  • 본 연구는 특성화고등학교 학생의 식습관 및 영양지식을 조사하여 특성화고등학교 학생의 건강한 식습관 형성을 위한 긍정적이고 실천적인 식생활교육의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경상남도에 소재한 한 특성화고등학교의 학생들을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하여 270부를 SPSS(Statistics Package for the Social Science, Ver. 25.0 for Window) 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사 대상자의 생활환경은 '부모'와 동거하는 학생이 57.40%로 가장 많았고, 월 소득 수준은 '하'가 55.56%로 가장 많았다. 둘째, 조사 대상자의 식습관은 1일 '2식'을 섭취하는 학생이 64.81%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 1일 '1식'의 경우 식사 장소는 '학교 급식소'가 65.96%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 영양지식 수준을 분류한 결과 '상'이 37.78%, '중'이 37.41%, '하'가 24.81%를 나타냈다. 영양교육에 관한 경험은 최근 12개월 동안 영양교육을 받아 본 경험이 '없다'가 64.44%로 높게 나타났으며, '영양교육을 받은 경험이 있는 학생'은 35.56%로 교육 경로는 '학교(교사)'가 72.92%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 특성화고등학교 학생에게 발생할 수 있는 청소년 식습관 문제를 예방하기 위해 가정, 학교, 지역사회가 유기적인 협조체계를 이루어야 하고, 더 나아가 정부의 아낌없는 지원이 필요하다. 또한 학생들이 알고 있는 영양지식이 올바른 식행동으로 연결될 수 있도록 실천 중심의 식생활교육을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.

인천지역 초등학교 영양사의 영양교육 실태 및 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Elementary School Dietitian's Status and Recognition of Nutrition Education in Incheon)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary school dietitian's status and recognition of nutrition education (NE) in Incheon. A cross-sectional study was carried out using a self-administered questionnaire and subjects were 100 elementary school dietitians. The results are as follows. As for training in NE, $61.2\%$ of the dietitians attended training in NE. After training in NE, $86.5\%$ of the dietitians who attended training in NE were more concerned about NE. Also $59.5\%$ of the dietitians gave students NE and most of them did as a weekly printout 2-4 times per month. There was a significant difference in experience of NE for teachers between subgroups by experience of training in NE; while $48.1\%$ of the dietitians with training in NE gave teachers NE, $20.0\%$ of the dietitians without training in NE gave teachers NE. The main reason for not giving NE was too much work load and low concern of school administration. Also $96.4\%$ of the dietitians answered that NE is necessary in elementary school and the main reason for being necessary was correction of unbalanced diet and good table manner, As for proper time to start NE for children, $51.8\%$ of dietitians answered 'kindergarten' and $45.8\%$ of them answered 'lower grade of elementary school'. As for effective type for NE, $59.5\%$ of the dietitians answered 'NE as a part of other subject' and $23.8\%$ of them answered 'NE as a separate subject'. Also $79.5\%$ of the dietitians answered 'teacher' as the suitable person for NE. Most of the dietitians recognized menu formation as the ideal major work load and office work as the most time-consuming work load. As to job satisfaction, most of them were dissatisfied with office work and NE. Therefore, it is nationally supported for elementary school students' health and well-being that school dietitians as NE specialists give NE with minimizing their office work and developing a standardized NE program.

초등학생 저학년 돌봄교실의 건강식생활 교육프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of an Education Program for Healthy Dietary Life for Elementary School Aftercare Class Children)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to develop a school-centered healthy eating environment for children in elementary care classrooms and prevent incorrect eating habits and obesity through the development and application of standardized healthy eating habit-forming educational materials. Methods: Ten schools in eight districts of Gyeonggi-do and 400 students from 19 care classes were selected. Based on the developed educational materials, the program was applied to students once in two weeks. 'Notices for Parents' forms were also sent to the students' home to educate their parents. Pre and post-surveys were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the education. The pre-education, education, and aftercare were conducted from September 28 to September 31, 2016, from October 3 to November 30, 2016, and from December 5 to December 9, 2016, respectively. Results: The healthy eating program for elementary care classes was designed to develop a school-centered healthy eating environment and provide standardized educational material for healthy eating habits. Twelve educational topics were developed: , , , , , , , , , , , and . Moreover, the materials were produced in four forms: for students, for after school caring teachers, for external specialists, and for parents. The effectiveness evaluation was conducted to confirm the application of the program. The average eating habits score was 3.3 ± 0.6, with no significant difference between before and after application. The score of overall satisfaction of the education was 3.9 ± 0.9. The most satisfying content was 'Did you get to know how to eat evenly?'. Significant increases were observed in two contents for parents regarding their children's knowledge changes after the education: 'Five nutrients needed for growing children' and 'Knowing sugar foods and sugar-containing foods'. On the other hand, their educational satisfaction was 3.6 ± 0.6, which was lower than the children's satisfaction. This might be because their education was conducted only through the 'Notices for Parents' form. Conclusions: In the long term, the healthy eating habit-formation education for lower elementary school children is expected to be beneficial. To prevent obesity and establish healthy eating habits of children, it is important to develop healthy eating education programs centered on elementary school aftercare classes, including the development of educational materials and an application system through connection with the home and community.
