Abstract. In this paper, we study a modified stochastic predator-prey system with general ratio-dependent functional response. We prove that the system has a unique positive solution for given positive initial value. Then we investigate the persistence and extinction of this stochastic system. At the end, we give some numerical simulations, which support our theoretical conclusions well.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce and study a class of coupled systems of fuzzy delay differential equations involving fuzzy initial values and fuzzy source functions of triangular type. We assume that these initial values and source functions are triangular fuzzy functions and define solutions of the coupled systems as a triangular fuzzy function matrix consisting of real functional matrices. The method of triangular fuzzy function, fractional steps and fuzzy terms separation are used to solve the problems. Furthermore, we prove existence and uniqueness of solution for the considered systems, and then a solution algorithm is proposed. Finally, we present an example to illustrate our main results and give some work that can be done later.

In this paper, we give the notion of M(., .)-𝜂-proximal mapping for a nonconvex, proper, lower semicontinuous and subdifferentiable functional on Banach space and prove its existence and Lipschitz continuity. As an application, we introduce and investigate a new system of variational-like inclusions in Banach spaces. By means of M(., .)-𝜂-proximal mapping method, we give the existence of solution for the system of variational inclusions. Further, propose an iterative algorithm for finding the approximate solution of this class of variational inclusions. Furthermore, we discuss the convergence and stability analysis of the iterative algorithm. The results presented in this paper may be further expolited to solve some more important classes of problems in this direction.

US DoD operated JCIDS(Joint Capability Integration and Development System) for top down requirement generation. Although the JCIDS can be a good practice for the countries which are trying to shift from bottom up to top down requirement generation, it contains many processes related with review and approval. In this study we structured a joint capability integration and development process from the JCIDS eliminating the organization dependent review or approval process so that it can be applied to any organization with some modification. Furthermore we implemented the process in the computer aided systems engineering tool, Cradle, for convenient use of the process. The result of this study can provide a basic process for top down capability development, and an efficient why of doing each element of the process using CASE tool.

In this paper, first order nonlinear Liouville-Caputo fractional differential equations is studied. The existence and uniqueness of a solution are investigated by using Krasnoselskii and Banach fixed point theorems and the method of lower and upper solutions. Finally, an example is given to illustrate our results.

Of concern is the existence, uniqueness, and continuous dependence of a mild solution of a nonlocal Cauchy problem for a semilinear mixed Volterra-Fredholm functional integrodifferential equation. Our analysis is based on the theory of a strongly continuous semigroup of operators and the Banach fixed point theorem.

Applying design methodology, new type friction tester has been developed. Functional analysis has been executed and functional structure were constructed during the conceptual design. Optimal solution has been selected and a proto model has been manufactured according to the conceptual design. Using the proto model, experiments have been carried out and the test results were proved to be satisfied and reliable.

By using an important lemma, some analysis techniques and Lyapunov functional method, we establish the sufficient conditions of the existence of equilibrium solution of a class of BAM neural network with impulses and distributed delays. Finally, applications and an example are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the main results.

본 연구는 현대인의 스트레스로 인한 우울증, 불안, 불면증을 개선할 목적으로 천연 아로마 솔루션을 개발하고, 그 솔루션을 이용하여 물티슈에 응용하였다. 구체적으로, 소나무오일 솔루션는 한국산 소나무 오일과 블랙체리 오일를 혼합하여 제조하였다. 제조한 소나무 오일 솔루션에 대하여, 중금속 분석, 항균 분석, 심리 평가 및 피부 평가를 수행하고 스트레스 개선용 기능성 아로마 물티슈 제조 가능성을 검토하였다. 더나아가, 소나무오일 솔루션 물티슈의 피부 개선 여부를 조사한 결과, 보습 및 탄력 측면에서 개선의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, we introduce and study generalized mixed operator quasi-equilibrium problems(GMQOEP) in Hausdorff topological vector spaces and prove the existence results for the solution of (GMQOEP) in compact and noncompact settings by employing 1-person game theorems. Moreover, using coercive condition, hemicontinuity of the functions and KKM theorem, we prove new results on the existence of solution for the particular case of (GMQOEP), that is, generalized mixed operator equilibrium problem (GMOEP).
